This company is a scam. They claim they can change based on availability of their flower arrangements but WITHIN the same type and following the arrangement chosen. So what they do is create a mediocre arrangement that looks absolutely nothing like the one ordered and not the size specified making the customer feel embarrassed and angry realizing what the recipient received! Not to mention the worst customer service ruining in this case a Birthday. I need accountability from this company. I am beyond disappointed. NEVER ORDER FORM THEM!

I picked Ava's on line while awaiting a flight. I paid $114 for an orchid that I requested have two flowering branches with lots of buds. It is a very poor specimen that is well past its prime and I would never use Ava's again.

Quick to bill and take your money. Absolutely the worst service ever. Was delivering on Tues and didn't arrive till late wednesday. NEVER AGAIN. Call 3 times and got the run around BS story. The internet web support is an even bigger joke. Their reviews are all self written. You can not give them a review on their site.

I am very dissapointed for my recent order with Avas Flowers, I feel that I have no respect to my relatives when seeing the flowers, feel shame and not want to take the picture, no band and no word on order as we discussed, I told the representative please charge me the way it should be for what i want. The product is not up to standard. Please, business is for long term, do not treat your customer this way,... I always order flowers ahead and I will arived later to check on it. 🤦🏻

I have contacted customer service 5 times over a one week period. Still no flowers. I have spent countless hours on the phone and online trying to get answers. Every time they say they will be delivered that day and they don't. I'm finding it impossible to get my money back - they just put me on hold, hang up on me. It's been an awful experience avoid at all costs. I wish I would have done more research about the company. Learn from my mistake.

We saw the Ava's Flowers ad stating "Free delivery " so my husband and I bought (at 8:00 am today) a bouquet for our friend. The price was around $89.00. Then they asked if we wanted a card attached to it with message, we said "sure". That was another $4.00 (other flowers business give you a free card). At the end WITHOUT ANY WARNING we were charged $28.94 for a "Service fee" PLUS $10.00 of delivery fee!
What exactly that "Service fee" is? Only Ava's flowers know!
An $89.00 bouquet turned out to be $140.00!
In the evening we received delivery confirmation from Ava's Flowers. We called our friend and she said the flowers never arrived!
We will NEVER buy again from AVAS FLOWERS.

I ordered a gift basket to be delivered June 19,2022 and I was guaranteed it would be delivered on June 19. It was not.
I should have done some digging in this horrible company before I put my trust and money in their hands.
Terrible terrible people and service. And then when I called to inquire I find out they don't take customer service calls on Saturdays.
Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.

Spending over $100 on flowers and balloons to get ripped off! This company should be banned from doing business! The flowers were grocery store quality and a few roses do not equal a "Luxury Grande" bouquet. This company is a fraud!

They spoof themselves as a local florist with same day delivery. They also show a picture of an arrangement, but if you want the one in the picture there's an upcharge, and every order has a significant "service fee'. Not only did they not deliver the flowers on the day promised, it's been two days and they still haven't delivered the flowers. I have been unable to get in touch with someone that can help resolve this. They haven't responded to my emails, and every call results in sitting on hold until the system cuts me off and kicks me out. There are no flowers and there hasn't been a refund. Find another reputable provider!

Ordered a spray for a funeral 3 days in advance of ceremony. Countless calls and nothing resolved. Nothing ever delivered. No response back from their usless customer service number. Stay away from these people. They are terrible. How heartless of them to put additional stress on a funeral event by not even responding to a customer's request for a very large order.

I could have gone to my local grocery store florist for this messI ordered the Moon sun and stars luxury upgrade for $159.00 they sent me sunflower sunshine for $39.99. Ordered flowers for a birthday, delivery was never made and they lied about making an attempt as the recipients were home all day. The phone CS was not America and couldn't really help aside from offering to make the delivery a different day. At the end I got a full refund, they are a waste of time. Don't try them

This is basically a call center. They job out the flows and delivery, often to local folks who can't fulfill the promises that were made to you (don't carry that product, can't do that floral design, etc.). I had to explain my order to five different people and it still was wrong and was late. No one would give me a refund, despite calling many times and spending a lot of time on the phone. No call backs, no information, no satisfaction. Terrible experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM AVAS!

While we did get a refund on the expedited delivery fee and a 20% discount. Their picture shows three balloons one of which should have been a Mylar Happy Birthday balloon. They were delivered three days late with only one pink balloon. The quality of the flowers looked like they had been around for a few days prior to delivery.

$125. Nicer flowers at the gas station. No teddy bear or chocolate or balloons. Flowers torn and upside down. Closed on a Saturday. No way to contact them. Website, phone system deliberately complex to prevent complaints. Do yourself a favor and hit yourself with a hammer instead.

My 81 year old mother ordered $100.00 worth of flowers for our new home and we rec'd a small bouquet of flowers that did not appear fresh and looked like they came from the grocery store for $15.00. Pictures are very deceiving when ordering. They do not care. Do not order from this company, you will not be happy.

Don t waste your time!. Foreign scam artist! Stole my money and did not deliver my daughters birthday flowers as paid for. "Heidi" (yeah right) could not explain anything but offered their Standard $15 refund. So basically the price is high to begin with. They know the flowers will not be delivered same day. My daughter recently moved to Texas and to celebrate her, and her husband buying their first home I thought I would send her flowers. Pictured below is the bouquet that I ordered, and she sent me a picture of what she received. They look nothing like what I ordered which totaled almost $80. I will call the company on Monday as they are closed for the long holiday weekend and do not have a way of leaving a message. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered flowers for my mom's 80th birthday. Total crap and I was so embarrassed that she had to receive such a horrible bouquet from us. I cried for a half hour. No pink roses, no red carnations, no lilies. Had problems with ordering from the beginning. Someone from customer service called and when I called back, all I got was their automated system. NEVER do business with this rip off company!
