Refund at only 60%

Had to return some wiring for refund (audio installer told me to buy wrong length). Tried to arrange a swap for the longer version, but AVL Gear rejected this, insisting on a return-refund-new purchase. Post Office told me it would cost $5.50 to send, but I used the return label from AVL Gear. They overcharged for postage at $8.00, and then penalised me another $8.00 for the return, taking a 40% chunk out of the refundwhen the wires were returned unopened, in original packaging.
