I ordered a tower display and compartment tray. The display has just arrived and on unpacking it, it's the right size but has damages so I wish to return this. Tried to speak to someone to resolve this and they can't even give a timescale of when someone will come back to me. They do not look after your post sale. Customer service doesn't exist here. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
Please do not order form this company. Product turned up damaged. Company refuse to acknowledge damage was their fault. Even though photos clearly show damage was caused pre packaging. Slow response and general disinterest in the problem. I am extremely disappointed with this company and will never use them again.

I would understand the outrageously shipping fees if my orders were delivered promptly, but no! I has to wait 2 weeks before they were able to ship my orders, 2 weeks of no action from them. I was wondering what happened to my orders because I haven't received any update from them and when I called they told me it's in the queue for shipping. Like what in the world happened and they've forgotten orders?!
I paid for shipment and it's quite expensive for the product purchased. Still, after waiting the max 14 days promised the product still hasn't arrived. I contacted customer service and they took 2 or more days to answer. Disappointed a lot.

The leadership here is looking for individuals with certain personalities, and not fitting in with the company's terrible work culture will make you feel like an outcast. The managers themselves subject employees to intense harassment and abuse. You wouldn't want to work here if you know this.

Most of our managers here are narcissists with big egos. They are the type of people who never take accountability for their own actions and decisions, and they always blame the employees when problems arise. What's worse is that most of the people in the management are so aggressive and hostile toward employees, which I find really unnecessary.
I ordered a product from their website and received it a few days later. When I opened the box, I was immediately disappointed. The product was poorly made and had several defects. The workmanship was shoddy, and the materials were cheap. I was clearly sent a defective product. I immediately contacted their customer service department to explain the issue. I spoke to a representative who promised to look into the matter. However, I never heard back from the company. I called several more times, but I was always given the runaround. Finally, I was able to speak to a manager. The manager was rude and dismissive. He told me that there was nothing he could do and that I was responsible for the defective product. He then hung up the phone on me.

They also provided the shields for our cashiers as an added protection against COVID-19. When it comes to POPs, Azar is really my choice supplier. They always make our store look clean and organized.
