There were difficulties having a Canadian credit card but staff worked through this.
Side note: just after receiving the filters my geo furnace quit and is being replaced by a different unit that can't use these filters! So I won't be ordering them again.

If I could have just clicked, Yes, I received my order. Fine and dandy. But, Nope, to submitting just a "Star" review isn't good enough. You want me to type something. Well, you're response requested email, is complete waste of my time. So, I'm going to deduct two stars. Thank you for playing.

Our refrigerator water filter was back ordered with no specific availability date from the manufacturer, which forced us to look elsewhere. How lucky for us! Not only was the price at All Filters much less than our refrigerator manufacturer, but shipping was free and we received our order in two days.

I am timely sent reminders, which is a great help since I invariably forget that it's time to reorder. When I called All Filters for a water filter for an old refrigerator in a new move, I was impressed with their ability to quickly locate the correct filter. Many thanks for your service.

Have check other places for the same brand and can't find them cheaper. Always comes in just a few days after order placed and in good condition. Think they are a great source for quality product.

I'm using a Merv 11 pleated filter from All Filters. With the free shipping, these are about $1.50 per filter less expensive than the similar product at Home Depot AND, I didn't have to drive to a store!

Website was easy to use. More importantly for me though is that I had a question about getting set up for future tax exempt purchasing and the customer service experience I had via emails was swift and painless!

I'm sure glad that this filter bypass plug was well described and fit my model of refrigerator. I had no problems installing it and look forward to installing a better filtration under my kitchen sink.

I did some shopping around and these were the best price I found. Not only did All Filters have a bulk deal that will have us taken care of for a couple years, but the filters were delivered quicker than I expected. It may be 2 years before we need another filter but I'll definitely use All Filters again.

I appreciate the reminder emails about what filters I need to replace. They have the model on file so if I'm ready to replace, I can submit order through the email. I love the convenience, quality of the pool filter is very good and a great price.

We have been ordering our specialty air filters from here for years. The service is always good, prices are better than other sites and the order is always correct. The filters fit perfect and delivery is prompt. Most of the time shipping is free, I cannot say enough.

I was able to find a filter for my refrigerator at a fraction of the cost of other retailers. I like the fact that they send reminders when it's time to replace. All you have to do is hit the replace button to set the order in motion.

I made my order and also called to make sure I had the correct filter for my refrigerator and the lady was very nice. I got the filters in a sufficient amount of time. My husband went to put it on and it was NOT compatible with the one we have. I purchased a 3 pack. I emailed to find out how to return and try and get the right ones. I did what I was asked in the email and have not heard back from anyone.

After contacting you all about receiving the wrong filters I received a reply asking for my order number and the number on my old filter. I sent that and have not heard back from anyone. I keep looking in my email.
