We're impressed with the quality of their racks, displays, and holders. It helped us make a good impact upon our opening. One particular product we liked a lot is the semitransparent neon pegboards since it's good for displays.
The negative attitude of the staff was awfully disappointing! He was reluctant to help our team because he said "it wasn't his job". I mean, he could pass it on to the person who should handle our request without being hostile to our team!
My order arrived on time but it was chipped on the edges, my effort to have this resolved was a nightmare as I was asked to incur the restocking fee by returning my product. I resorted to stick the product I got.
I ordere a few products, and they were damaged during shipping. When I asked for a replacement they became extremely rude and disrespectful. They lie blatantly about free replacement and never provide the same. It's all fake! I would avoid using their products in the future and save my time and effort. BEWARE!
Customer service wasn't what I expected. Didn't even expect a refund but at least a sincere apology for the obvious mistake they made! The supervisor nor the manager were goos to talk to, they were disrespectful and even blamed us for the mistake they made!
Amazed at how they are able to up hold the quality of their products while keeping their prices low. We had no problems looking for quality products.
I was so excited to receive the products that I ordered because they were so good at pictures so imagine my disappointment when it arrived looking nothing like the photos. I immediately called their customer hotline to complain but then they had the audacity to tell me that I shouldn't compare the products to the photos because they weren't meant to be 100% accurate.
It took almost 2 weeks to even get a quote from this company and that was after countless follow up calls. Once the order was finally placed the lead time suddenly tripled with no desire from the company to try and accelerate the order due to the problems and delays in getting to that stage. Deadlines were missed, promised were left un-kept. I would AVOID THIS COMPANY and look elsewhere for the products you are after.
We got what we weren't expecting at all. We were even excited for the delivery of our displays but they weren't what we expected. It was a huge disappointed that we wanted to return it but we couldn't.

Most of the operations of this company are managed from a warehouse. I don't think that's very smart as it feels weird to connect with someone there.
The ones you order online are not the same quality as the one they used to delivery before. Their products used to be way better with cheaper prices.
