I received my jeans today and I must say I love them. They are of great quality, the tracking communication was excellent, and they took only two weeks to arrive. I will definitely buy from them again.

The website says easy returns. NO that is not true. It took me three emails to find out the return address is in America, will cost a lot, will take ages. Azzlee offer you money to keep a garment that doesn't fit. The third offer was 70% of the cost which I reluctantly accepted and gave the item to the charity shop.

I ordered two blouses. They did not fit. I began the return request process, and they then sent emails offering to "make a deal" such as I keep the items and they refund 50%. The alternative being for me to pay for the shipping cost to return the items, which I did. After more back and forth, they finally gave me return instructions, which I followed. They never refunded my credit card, and they have not responded to my email requests asking about the refund. I feel ripped off.
After receiving a few of the things I ordered, I quickly realized that the clothing was not going to fit. United States size XL and China size XL are vastly different. Now I am needing to return for a refund and I am getting the run around.

AZZLEE charged my account for something I never ordered! In fact, I have NEVER done business with them due to them being in China! Merrick Bank found "due to the fact that you have done business with them before, we feel the charge is correct." I have NEVER done business with them so #1. I will not pay Merrick and #2. I will go on every social media site out there and destroy this company! Even my postal carrier told me "they tried to scam my mother also." Do NOT buy anything from this company! EVER!

I ordered four shirts and spent $90, I received notifications that the package had shipped. The day it was to be delivered, I never got it. The package was NOT delivered to my house. It was delivered to someone else. Asslee had me contact USPS and place a claim on the missing package and I did. Post office called me stating sorry they lost my package. I then informed Asslee of that fact and asked to have to package reshipped or refund. I have been told by email from Asslee to take it up with USPS, they are not doing anything. Basically, I was blown off. I have never in my life heard of a company not resending the merchandise. So I'm out $90 and no shirts. Do NOT order from this company, god forbid your order gets lost!

The sizes vary with each piece of clothing—the size charts and product descriptions are very detailed. The prices are very reasonable. I've bought several essential pieces from Azzlee's website. The discounts are great too!

Out of the 4 pcs: 2fit fine& very nice. However 2 did not fit. Received my order with no packing label or invoice. I tried multiple times to get through on different days at different times of day even tried evenings@ different times tried weekends could not get through. Not sure I want to try buying anything again. I do not want to shop Azzlee's (even though the clothe is very nice) for fear the same will happen again. I paid for 2 pcs I can't wear or return so I find it's not much of a good price. Possibly if I could at least get a credit back for those pcs: then I could choose something else.
Trying to get through is complicated enough then trying to explain the situations by typing then by phone call which never happens. It is a real waste of many many hours,days trying. It is a hassle. Better for the shipment to have all the paper work With a bill of ladle,invoice more Important RETURN LABEL Attached with each order would avoid many frustrated clients. Also Inclosed should be a RECEIPT of my purchases and payment.

Two of the blouses I ordered were not available. I ordered 4 tops. It took forever to get any. The first one I received had a daisy flower in front. But what I received was a flower cut in half and a seam right through it. No matter the reason, I did not like it. I spent time sending e mails to you and was asked to send pictures of the top I received. It shouldn't matter. I should be allowed to send something back that I don't like. I was in the end only allowed to get a partial refund.
Whoever read my e mail, did not read very well. I felt I was corresponding with a robot, not a person.
Company made it impossible to return items. Dress took almost a month to get to me. It was cheaply made and felt like a slip instead of thicker material for a dress. I googled the address that the associate asked me to send it to and it was permanently closed! Forget about free returns! Don't order anything from this company. I have seen this exact dress on several other company websites. I think it's a bit of a scam!

Wanted a dress for a graduation party thought I would try this company, the graduation passed by and didn't get the clothes. They told me that one item was on back order so I said can you please send the rest for now. Then waiting again to get everything. Finally came and nothing fit me. Did not like the material. The tracking didn't work either. I asked where the clothes were coming from and never got an answer.

I received my order a few weeks ago, wrote an email as instructed to get instructions regarding return of order. Both tops were I'll fitting. Too small. Smaller than my usual size. I still haven't gotten return instructions.

My order was meant as a surprise birthday gift for my wife. Although the items were fine quality and the right size, she was not enthused with my choice and I wanted to return the items for a refund. I emailed support staff at azzlee to obtain authorization and am still waiting for a response.

Ordered dress for wedding. Kept checking tracking number & it never went off label prepared! Contacted customer service to cancel order. They said I couldn't because it had shipped. Tracking number still said label prepared! Customer service did reply quickly on my 4 messages. I ordered 2 sizes larger than normal having had issues with other companies before. Dress didn't fit. You have to pay overseas postage to return & get refund which would have given me $20 out of my $50 order.

I am happy with my purchase, but I had to order twice because it wasn't true to size. (Runs small.) Fortunately, I had a friend that could use it.
I will compliment customer service, when I had a question about tracking, they replied quickly and provided the answers I needed. Tracking either did not update or was very slow to update on both orders I placed.
I really like the blouse, especially the fabric. It's very sheer and summery. Would recommend!

My experience was good, even though the pants are a little tight on the waist. I'm going to have them let out a bit, but decided to keep them because quality of fabric is impressive.
