I ordered four shirts and spent $90, I received notifications that the package had shipped. The day it was to be delivered, I never got it. The package was NOT delivered to my house. It was delivered to someone else. Asslee had me contact USPS and place a claim on the missing package and I did. Post office called me stating sorry they lost my package. I then informed Asslee of that fact and asked to have to package reshipped or refund. I have been told by email from Asslee to take it up with USPS, they are not doing anything. Basically, I was blown off. I have never in my life heard of a company not resending the merchandise. So I'm out $90 and no shirts. Do NOT order from this company, god forbid your order gets lost!

Out of the 4 pcs: 2fit fine& very nice. However 2 did not fit. Received my order with no packing label or invoice. I tried multiple times to get through on different days at different times of day even tried evenings@ different times tried weekends could not get through. Not sure I want to try buying anything again. I do not want to shop Azzlee's (even though the clothe is very nice) for fear the same will happen again. I paid for 2 pcs I can't wear or return so I find it's not much of a good price. Possibly if I could at least get a credit back for those pcs: then I could choose something else.

Trying to get through is complicated enough then trying to explain the situations by typing then by phone call which never happens. It is a real waste of many many hours,days trying. It is a hassle. Better for the shipment to have all the paper work With a bill of ladle,invoice more Important RETURN LABEL Attached with each order would avoid many frustrated clients. Also Inclosed should be a RECEIPT of my purchases and payment.

Two of the blouses I ordered were not available. I ordered 4 tops. It took forever to get any. The first one I received had a daisy flower in front. But what I received was a flower cut in half and a seam right through it. No matter the reason, I did not like it. I spent time sending e mails to you and was asked to send pictures of the top I received. It shouldn't matter. I should be allowed to send something back that I don't like. I was in the end only allowed to get a partial refund.

Whoever read my e mail, did not read very well. I felt I was corresponding with a robot, not a person.

Company made it impossible to return items. Dress took almost a month to get to me. It was cheaply made and felt like a slip instead of thicker material for a dress. I googled the address that the associate asked me to send it to and it was permanently closed! Forget about free returns! Don't order anything from this company. I have seen this exact dress on several other company websites. I think it's a bit of a scam!

Ordered a dress that took nearly 1 month to be sent. When it arrived (which was too late for the intended occasion of the dress), the USPS gave me notice that it could not be delivered until $16 was paid for insufficient postage. At this time, I was out of town and when I returned the package had already been sent back to Azzlee. Azzlee would not accept that they were responsible for the insufficient postage and refused to refund my money until I paid $9.50 for their handling fees. All-in-all a bad experience. Buy clothing from reputable retailers only.

Nice enough, but refused to accept responsibility. There was a language barrier and it was difficult to communicate effectively.

The time in which I received my purchase was a least 3 weeks later.
I want to order more summer pants however I may received them by September. Your shipping policy needs to be changed. I emailed your company at least 5 times and I was surprised that I got an email back with a message.

Customer service was a little behind because I only found out about out of stock order after not receiving my purchase for 3 weeks..

Love the fashions. HATED the quality. Cheap fabrics and the craftsmanship was poor. Then to top it off the return policy is CRAP!. I had to pay for the return shipping. Out of 8 items that should have fit I returned 6 of them. I will not purchase from AzzLee again unless I can get it on Amazon because I lost 40% of what I spent on the clothes.

CSR were nice enough but policies on returns SUCK!

The shipping did take longer than hoped, but they arrived. The fit was true to size. I'm 5'2 190 lbs and ordered a xl, fits perfect. I am enjoying the quality of my outfits. However, the tops run a bit small so I would suggest sizing up especially if you don't like a snug fit. The shipping took a lot longer than expected. Had hoped to wear a couple of outfits for activities the first part of May (initially expected shipping was supposed to get it to me in plenty of time) and my order took until the end of May to arrive.
