I returned a product worth $299- and went to use the docket the girl gave me when I returned it, only to be told that the voucher had been used. I contacted the store manager who never got back to me, so decided to ring head office. The website has been down since before Christmas and it has taken them one whole month to return my numerous calls. They have told me that I should have received another bit to the credit note (which wasn't given to me) and that someone had used my voucher three times to purchase goods! Buyers beware - it has to be their staff member who spent my money! There is no other explanation! Very dodgy indeed and extremely poor customer service. I will never enter another of their sties again! I'll certainly be making everyone aware!
