I am extremely dissatisfied with Bagsfromcoachoutlet.com
I thought they were associated with the actual Coach Company in the US and found out that I was dealing with a company in China.

The bag I purchased was not ridicules cheap. $80 which included shipping. In fact it is a similar price to what I could get at the Coach Outlet after all discounts. The difference is that they offered a style I could not get from the outlet.

I purchased a brown leather bag and was sent a completely different style bag which was gold.
I immediately contact them to get the correct bag sent to me prior to Christmas and have been in back and forth email communication for a week. I was giving them every opportunity to make it right.

Finally today they said I must follow their return process with requires me to pay to have it sent back and pay $20 for restocking. Since none of this is my fault I have disputed it with my credit card company and will not pay it.

I want everyone to know to not do business with Bagsfromcoachoutlet.com. Although they may send you something it may be wrong and they will refuse to make it right.
