It is one you need to be cautious about, and is misleading about the products they sell. They seemingly offer what appears to be authentic ladies Coach handbags but once you receive them you find them of inferior quality and workmanship. They do not stand by their return policy. I have made numerous attempts to return 3 handbags, due to their poor quality and have received no help what so ever. They only attempt to talk me out of returning the bags due to the costs incurred due to shipping/handling and their restocking fee. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC, but expect nothing to ever happen. I highly recommend anyone to avoid this site to prevent any dissatisfaction or loss due to the inferior products they sell. Their is also no contact information on their site, i.e. address, phone number, etc.,only an email address which is of little use. They also have a duplicate site called: www.coachsale-us.com
