I ordered a new ceiling fan from Bailey Street Home and a downrod to attach it to the vaulted ceiling in my bedroom. I mis-measured the downrod length so the item I received wasn't long enough, so I contacted Bailey's customer service to request a return and refund. Long story short, their Customer Service team (namely Ms. Ann Magat and Mr. Daniel Williams) did a great job assisting me with my inquiry, even following up when I was not able to respond to emails for several days due to circumstances. I received my refund in a timely manner. I really appreciate their help and would definitely order from Bailey Street Home again due to their great service.

Receiving my order was difficult. Bailey Street used FedEx and restricted the shipment so I could not alter the delivery date or shipment location because I would not be home to receive it. My strong preference is to change the shipment to a secure FedEx drop off location like the Walgreens near my home to avoid risk of theft. Bailey Street's 888# will not connect you with a live agent and the on-line chat agent could not resolve my problem and a "supervisor callback" takes 1-2 business days

No project can be completed in 30 days. By the time I prepared and planned out the rest of these two light fixtures, I was on day 38 since I received the product. I requested a return and I was told I exceeded the 30 day policy. I would NOT have purchased from this seller had I realized I only had 30 days to return them if anything came up. Something came up. I am stuck with $400 of lights that I was told to just sell online. I don't know why they won't take them back - but for $400 I will never purchase anything from these guys again. They also didn't respond to my request the first time - completely ignoring it.

I found the light fixtures that were perfect for my bathroom revamp. They arrived quickly and I was thrilled. When we opened them to have them installed, one globe was broken, the glass had a hole and it happened in the box because the broken glass was still in the box. I made several phone calls (waited for 2 hours and never talked to anyone), emails, and reported the return needed. Never heard back from anyone. It has been several months and still the only reply I received was the automated, we got your message and will be in touch...
Customer Service makes or breaks a company, this is so poor. I know things are crazy, but to never even follow up and address my issue is ridiculous after 4 months.
This was my first and will be my last time shopping with Bailey Street Home! I received a damaged clock and requested a replacement. I received an email requesting pictures. I sent in pictures and a video of the clock with no response. I called customer service the rep said she would submit a ticket and someone would reach out to me via email within 24 hrs. I never received an email. Called back…same response. Buyers be ware… if you receive a damaged item, don't expect the replacement or refund process to go smoothly! I will NEVER shop with this company again!

I received a candle holder with a big chip in it. I immediately requested a replacement. I received an email asking me to send pictures, which I did. I have followed up with three emails. I tried to call but was put on hold for over 20 minutes. They have not responded since the initial request for pictures. I will NEVER buy anything from them again, and I encourage everyone to stay away!
Unlike other large e-commerce businesses, this company does not provide a return label when returning product. You will receive an RMA number, take you product to a shipping company ie.-post office,FedEx, UPS. You pay the shipping costs, mine was $86 and then you have to fill out a form online with the tracking number because they don't provide return labels.
I returned 2 light fixtures to Build.com and it cost me $17. From now on, I will not buy from Bailey Street or any other e-commerce business with these return policies.

Receive 3 of the four lights not broken. Since July, it's now October we have 3 new lights and one old one that is a 100% different. The glass was broken and they told me a replacement order was out in, over a month goes by and I call and they tell me it will be in stock Sept 24. On September 25 I get an email saying it'll be mid November. This is unacceptable service. I requested a full return and they refused. I put a dispute in to PayPal and they finally tell me they will send a whole new light. I don't care I just want a complete set of four outdoor lights and waiting more than four months to resolve is unacceptable. If I don't have a full set I will dispute again and report to the better business bureau. I've had better service from Wayfair and Overstock!

My experience with this place was the worst customer service ever, I was trying to place an order for a desk and when it went into my cart it was taken out and the price changed. I called several times was on hold for a very long time and then finally got someone in customer service they always said that is not my department I was transferred to a voice mail with no return calls emails were not answered as well, would not recommend as there are real companies that appreciate their customers.

I ordered two sconces advertised as with electrical cord and they arrived as hard wired. With no response from customer service I had to modify and pay to alter electrical wiring and mounting. Never did hear back from them although the acknowledge receipt of my complaint
My coffee table exceeded expectations. More beautiful and spacious than I expected. I purchased it from Bailey Street Home for a fraction of the price of their competitors. Delivery was smooth and the truck driver brought it into my home and unpacked it for me. There was a small inconspicuous blemish inside the cabinet caused from shifting in transit, so I called customer service and they adjusted the price even further so I could retouch myself. Will be purchasing a bedroom set and a dining room set from Bailey Street Home soon.

On 5/1 I purchased a mirror that was advertised as being "in stock" and "Ships in within 24-48 hours". I kept checking for shipping confirmation and a week or so later got a message saying it was delayed until 6/10... then 6/10 came and I had a message that it was delayed until 7/10. Then 8/10... now the message says delayed until further notice. False advertisement saying it was in stock and guaranteeing delivery. No one ever answers phones and no response to any of the emails I have sent. This is a scam company. They had no problem charging my debit card on 5/1. If I could give zero stars I would. No only has this been a disappointment because I do not have the promised/purchased product but I had now spent hours calling, emailing, and checking to see where it is. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 crystal lamps twice from this company. What I received were 2 very ugly cheap looking plates, BOTH times.
I called and emailed multiple times and never received a response.
Fortunately, I ordered them through Walmart and received my money back.

From what I've been reading, this appears to be standard, including lack of access to real people for customer service. Did not realize how cheap and small the lights would look when installed on the ceiling. They are so shiny they look plastic and they are very close to the ceiling and not as I envision them to be from the pictures. Due to the super high gloss the shells look plastic and it looks very cheap. How would I know this would be so noticeable when installed? Very disappointed in quality and visual appearance of this product as well as with customer service. I seem stuck with these lights now as customer service told me I could not return them & offered nothing back to me for my disappointment and paying over $100 for two very cheap looking lights.The pictures look better than the real products

I have currently been waiting in the hold queue for over an hour regarding the status of an order and I've quickly learned this is not unusual when trying to reach this company. Calls are not answered, emails are not returned, chat msgs are not handled - you will just sit in their queue. They will even leave you in the chat queue if they close for the day, despite entering the queue during normal business hours. The only way to get to a person is to say you have a new order. You will then be told someone will get back to you, but they never do. Any other reason selected in the phone/chat queue doesn't seem to get answered. Now tracking all calls/emails/chat attempts to dispute charger with CC company. Disappointing. Buyer beware.

I ordered a lumbar pillow cover that was advertised as being blue and mustard in color. When it arrived, it is definitely not blue, but is gray and mustard. I had bought it to go with a blue and mustard stripped comforter and it will not work with it, but I am going to keep it anyway and try to use it somewhere else in my house. The description of the product should be revised to accurately reflect the colors of the item. It is a beautiful pillow cover, but just not blue and mustard that I had hoped I would receive.
I loved the pillow cover and if the colors had been as described, it would have been perfect. I ordered the pillow cover as it was a great price and was exactly what I was looking for in a throw pillow cover.
I thought the colors were going to be blue and mustard. In the photo on your website, it says it is blue and mustard and that is what the colors appear to be; however that is not the case. Go pull one out of your stock and see what I mean. You would have to be color blind to think the gray is blue!
