I ordered a new ceiling fan from Bailey Street Home and a downrod to attach it to the vaulted ceiling in my bedroom. I mis-measured the downrod length so the item I received wasn't long enough, so I contacted Bailey's customer service to request a return and refund. Long story short, their Customer Service team (namely Ms. Ann Magat and Mr. Daniel Williams) did a great job assisting me with my inquiry, even following up when I was not able to respond to emails for several days due to circumstances. I received my refund in a timely manner. I really appreciate their help and would definitely order from Bailey Street Home again due to their great service.
Your representative sucks! He is so rude and unprofessional and keep on repeating the same thing all over again! No empathy, not very helpful and not knowledgeable! Also, please send us an email for any orders being placed online because we needed that! Your process sucks!
I found the light fixtures that were perfect for my bathroom revamp. They arrived quickly and I was thrilled. When we opened them to have them installed, one globe was broken, the glass had a hole and it happened in the box because the broken glass was still in the box. I made several phone calls (waited for 2 hours and never talked to anyone), emails, and reported the return needed. Never heard back from anyone. It has been several months and still the only reply I received was the automated, we got your message and will be in touch...
Customer Service makes or breaks a company, this is so poor. I know things are crazy, but to never even follow up and address my issue is ridiculous after 4 months.

FedEx and UPS and USPS were charging as much as my item cost (!) for the return postage.

I ordered from them in July, a simple small end table. They back ordered it to September, kind of weird but okay sure there's a pandemic. THEN they back ordered it til November. I tried to call them and email them to get a refund, and didn't get a call back or an email back. Convinced this company isnt real and i just gave my money away. It's a scam don't fall for it, i would give zero stars if i could:
I placed an order for two sconces on Wednesday, 5/30 because of their same day shipping or get $50 claim in hopes of receiving the lights ASAP. I called customer service one week later because I hadn't receive any information about shipment. I waited for over 25 minutes and the only information they could give me was that they would email shipping information in two days. I get shipping information two days later on 6/2 thinking the lights would be sent soon, but the shipping status has not been updated and it's been 4 days already.
Beware of their same day shipping or get $50 claim. It's deceiving! Yes, I received my $50 credit but I still don't have any lights.
Also, I've emailed Bailey Street Home SEVERAL times and they have not responded. And their customer service phone line always has a very long wait.
I WOULD NOT recommend that you order from Bailey Street Home. Horrible experience.

I was very happy to find the lighting look I wanted at a price I could afford. The sale + free member discount + free shipping was easy to navigate. The option to pay through Amazon was also amazingly easy and I'm excited to receive the fixtures.

While I knew when I ordered the pizza board that it would hold a 24" size pizza, I didn't expect it to be 1-1/2" thick and weigh 5 pounds! It is quite a feat trying to hold the heavy board with one hand and slide a hot pizza onto it with the other.

I ordered a lamp and then changed my mind. The order had not shipped but they said they were not able to stop it from being shipped. I do not understand why it could not be stopped when it had not shipped. I need to return but don't feel I should have to pay to have it returned.
My friend sent me a lamp from your company and I loved it and wanted to get something to somewhat match.
Long hold times which I had to expierence a few times. I made my intial order with my wrong credit card and called right after to update it and they told me they couldn't. This is something that is very easy to do on an Amazon or Wayfair order. I ordered two chairs which I hardly used over the year. One of them totally fell apart when someone was getting up a year and 2 weeks after my order. I called them hoping they could do something (maybe a discounted replacement or replacement parts) and they kept repeating it's over the warrenty so there is nothing we can do. I was not looking for a full refund. I prefer to order from companies that are reasonable and try to work with their customers when they sell a product that falls apart with limited use in a short period of time.

Placed order. Received the BOX quickly. Contents were nowhere NEAR what I ordered (See pictures - ordered silver/purple, received rust with purple back and RED shades!). Contacted company immediately. They requested pictures, which I sent immediately. NO RESPONSE. I have emailed 3 more times, still, NO RESPONSE. I have a light I cannot use and want to return/replace, but cannot get ahold of anyone. SHAM/SCAM should've known better than to order with them.

I purchased a wall clock, that was presented in multiple shades of various woods. It arrived in a flat grey paint, that also covered part of the "brass tones" in the numerals. I reported the problem and that I wanted to return the item. Return "approved" if I pay for return shipping! Return shipping was $70. I asked them if this could be modified or shipped back at their reduced rate. FI was only told to return with the return slip in 10-30-days or it would no longer be accepted. I payed $120+ for the item. I told them I will keep the clock and give it away... but I would review the issues on their website. NO RESPONSE. So here it is. REALLY BAD TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I DO MUCH INTERNET SHOPPING OF HOME FURNISHINGS, DECOR, SUPPLIES, ETC. THIS IS NOT A FRIENDLY COMPANY, WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN... and I spend thousands every year doing my shopping on line. These guys are not good business.

I thought I was purchasing a wicker ottoman for 145.00 because in my search for an ottoman,, and with all the other ottomans, Bailey Street had a photo of an ottoman with cushion. After I place the order and was reading the description more closely and I realized it was only the cushion! I immediately called the number provided to cancel the order and they were closed. I Called again today, per the message they have, and again, closed. It is Saturday. However when I looked up my order status, the cushion was sent today. So they can't take calls to cancel the order but they can hurry up and send a 145.00 cushion. I'm sure they see enough busy people who just take the overpriced cushion because they don't want to spend their precious time sending it back. My fear is that when I send it back I will have to pay some huge fee for shipping. (Shipping is ridiculously expensive.) I do a lot of online ordering and businesses seldom bill immediately and ship out within hours. It seems like a scam to stick me with a purchase I don't want. I will follow up this review with another review stating whether or not they cover the shipping, or if I end up getting screwed because I didn't read the description closely enough.

I have been through hell and back trying to get ahold of customer service because the product I received doesn't match the image on the website (photos show what they advertised vs what I got - the legs aren't the same wood or joints). I've been trying to reach a resolution on my issue for over three weeks and haven't heard back. They don't respond to emails, I was on hold for over three hours on the phone before realizing their office had closed and the system kept telling me a rep would be right with me, the chat queue wait time is inaccurate... Funny how they respond to positive reviews quickly but not to customer help emails. The "we're a small company and have suddenly had a ton of new customers and can't keep up" excuse is trite. I have nothing positive to say about Bailey Street Home and will tell my fellow designers to stay far far away. Most of the reviews that show on the main page of their website are fake, if you see this one congratulations on finding the real reviews. I know the good deals are tempting but spend your money elsewhere.

I have been waiting for a mirror dresser that was the perfect size and price. Could not be happier. The dresser is stunning. This is my first purchase but will not be my last.
I placed an order in July for 6 new glass top desks. They were delivered mid July and did not come with the glass tops, only the table legs. We have ordered 4 of these in the past from this company and they came with both the glass tops and the legs for around the same price. This was very misleading and disappointing. To make the matter worse, I have called them MULTIPLE times now, starting in mid July, to discuss getting a quote for the 6 glass table tops that were supposed to come with the desks, and have had to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes EACH time I call, only to get no answer, or to be told two separate times that they will call me back with a quote. Have I gotten a call back or an email? NO. I have tried calling several more times to check on the status of my quote and have been on hold 20-30 minutes more each time—no answer. I finally got a call back today and the lady couldn't pull up my order number so she transferred me to someone who could, but guess what— 15 more minutes on hold and no one picked up. Surprise, surprise. It has been 6 weeks since the table legs were delivered and I still have no idea where I stand with getting 6 glass table tops.
Honestly, this is the worst customer service I have received from a company. I get better customer service from my cable company, which isn't saying much. My level of frustration is 10/10.
