I was interested in buying a nylon electric guitar in medium price range. On Bajaao i got three options with similar specs 1) Cort Sunset nylon 2) ESP Nylon String 3) Harley Benton Custom Line Nashville Nylon. On 25th December got a great deal for the third one, hence instantly booked it online. It clearly mentioned that guitar dispatches in 16 business days. Hence started tracking my order as soon 12th Business day ended and Bajaao people were kind enough to inform me about my order, of course you have to chase up with them and not vice a versa, as same for all e-commerce companies. Since i was only 500 kms away from Mumbai, i decided to head up towards Bajaao's Andheri office & the manager was kind enough to give a short tour of the office and various sections right from QA, Packaging, Cust Support and Software Development team. I received my guitar at my door step on the 14th business day ( Under promise, Over deliver example set by these people). Guitar was in perfect shape, perfect gloss and action, packaging was tight with enough fillers, used two boxes keeping in mind guitar coming straight from Europe and further till customer, Plugged it into Roland cube and sounded as expected! Maine Akai ka MPC Studion 4th October ko order kiya tha jo ki Bajao k pass available ni tha but fir bhi in logo ne mere order le liya aur mujhe 11th october tak pagal banaya ki delhi se shift karenge kabhi delhi nahi h mumbai se karenge, aap ko call arrenge karate h mere paise 8 days use karne k baad bhi mera order cancel ni kar rahe the jab maine inko sunaya tab jake k mere order cancle kiya h ab bol rahen hn 8 days main apko paise wapas milenge
I have buy an electro-acoustic guitar through this shop. Despite it is not come in time I'm very happy with quality of the product and how it was packing. Definetly I will buy again acoustic equipment through this shop again. But i'm absolutely understand that it will not come time.
With customer service speak through YOUR e-mail not through site, then you definetly receive the asnwer.:-)

Their Customer care team is really bad. I suggest you buy from a Pro audio Shop near you.
I lost lots of time with the site.
Pray that you get the product without any defect because they do not care. Calls and emails becomes un-responsive after your first 2-3 interactions.
I would like to start by saying, I can never shop online again thanks to them.
So, on 2nd May I decided to order a guitar for my special someone's birthday. Unsure if they will be able to deliver it on the 10th of may, which was the birthday date, I called them to confirm, because if not them, amazon could have easily delivered it. So the sales executive tells me, ma'am you place the order, we will deliver by 10th. Mind you, he never said we will try to, I told him I will only order if they are sure. He said take my number, and after you place the order call me. Well, so after I ordered, I called him, till date he has never picked up. And their cutomer care never picked up too. I emailed them saying that I had requested and early delivery. I got a reply saying we will try to, thanks.
I was like, damn! They made a fool out of me so I at least place the order. I thought okay even if I recieve it a day or two late, no problem.
And the days passed by on and on and on... and till 12th May, they didn't even ship the product. I kept calling and emailing there was no answer. They put the customer care to answering machine or when there's a ring they reject the call. And I though to myself, they have run away with my money. Well then around 13th, after my 100 emails they call and tell me, they just received the guitar in their warehouse from the seller they were supposed to buy it from and it's a different colour, so if I want the other colour. Are they dumb or what? I mean it's not a clothing item or footwear, where I would compromise with another colour, I paid for the colour I wanted. It's a damn guitar.
I asked for a refund.
And again they are dragging me on and on and on... 6 days have passed and they haven't even processed my refund. Let alone it reflecting in my bank.
And they still don't pick up their cutomer care. Also, they emailed me last evening saying that process of refund has started, and when I asked for my transaction id they stopped replying. I mean really.
Also, they are so funny, they forward me a customers email which said they delivered him a guitar instead of the drum set. Lol.
And I logged on to amazon to buy the guitar and the seller was bajaao.com I shut the website immediately.
