I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the cake I received from your bakery on 12/05/2024. The order number for this delivery was #*******.

Unfortunately, the cake was stale and of poor quality. It was dry, tasteless, and had an unpleasant texture. I was expecting a fresh and delicious cake, especially given the reputation of your bakery.

I had ordered the cake for my mother to celebrate the occasion, and it was a significant disappointment to serve such a low-quality cake to my mother. I have been a loyal customer of Bakingo and have always been satisfied with your products, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

I request that you take immediate action to address this issue. I would appreciate a replacement cake or a full refund, along with a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.

Ordered a fruit cake for my parent's Anniversary and it was a complete disaster. Despite the previous positive experiences with this site, this time they completely messed it up. Customer service's offer of 15% cash points was not enough to make up for the disappointment. I've decided to never use this site again and would caution others to think twice before ordering from them

Fruit cake was ordered for my parent's Anniversary. They completely messed it up. When I wrote to customer service they offered me 15% cash points. NO. I don't need that. I send them pics of the delivered cake. I will never use this site again and also warn you to think twice before ordering it.

I have ordered customised cake on my wife's birthday. Instead of making pictures using cream they used third class paper to make pictures. Product is not even worth rs 100. I felt cheated and totally ruined my excitement to surprise my wife. I suggest other customers as well never order customized cakes from bakingo. They will make sure to ruin your happiness.

Worst experience I had with bakingo. We ordered the pull up cake with expectation that after the pull up stars with blue liquid will be scattered but actual cake is totally different. Cake taste was also not good and it was not fresh as well. I have to order another cake for my daughter's birthday. Attaching image, you can compare with the website pic which is totally different. They even don't bother about the customer review.

Delivery could not be made till 5 hours thereby defeating purpose of timely sending birthday cake. Putting review of good service is only done. Please also put my review on site so that people may place an order well in advance.

Nowhere name of the birthday person mentioned even after messaging twice. Cake was displaced from position. Overall it ruined my party. No point in ordering a 2.5k rs cake. Poor customer support. They blame third party.

Trust me you will regret! I have been ordering from this site but unfortunately they end up doing some or the other error intentionally! Sometimes the quality of the flowers are so poor that you feel like throwing them right away and sometimes they send less flower sticks! Never ever try to purchase their hamper as the quality of their cookies and dry cake is extremely bad and stale...whe you complain about the same they will just say sorry for the inconvenience caused and thats it! It very repetitive! Order at your own risk and if you want to spoil your special occasion!

I ordered cake for my sister yesterday morning but still not delivered, pathetic service, there is no answer to contact number to get status,
Day passes away and cake is still not delivered, not even a update from Bakingo team, no apologies. Also playing with people emotions and respect within their family relations, worst experience.
We should sue them for this kind of unprofessionalism.

Good place, the only thing is that the waiters don't listen to the end of what you ask or order from them. Sitting at a table and there were not many people, they brought the order without our preferences.

The BEST cakes provider in spoling any type of event. Booked a cake and and after having waited for couple of hours past the scheduled delivery time, status was changed as delivered without actually delivering the item. Its loss of hard earned money and more over loss of precious time of any event that you might plan for. This bakingo.com is untrustworthy and dont waste your time. Also, no proper response and updates from customer service.

The cake delivered to me was damaged during delivery. They delivered through Dunzo. No replacement process. Neither i was asked to check for confirmation if cake has been delivered in correct state. I opened the parcel after some hours hence they denied to replace. Earlier also we had faced same issue, and had thought it is just one of scenario.

My fiance want to give me surprise on valentines day so he ordered morning a gift pack from bakingo but till now I didn't received anything at the end he discussed this with me because now day is going to end. What the meaning of selective same day slot if services are really bad. We are really disappointed with the bakingo app service and i will not order again from this as today my valentines day surprise spoiled already. Very worst service. So unofficial if there is option i will give 0 star rating.

Damaged cake received. Order number *******. My friend ordered cake for us. it was damaged. And the guy amit in chat team was very rude. He replied slightly damaged cake. Its too bad Worst cake ever I had never order from here

I ordered the blueberry cheesecake cake for a birthday & they send a completely different cake. They refused to acknowledge their mistake, even after sharing pictures. They ruined the day. Please dont order from them

I bought a cake from bakingo and it's a nightmare for us. From cream to bread everything is gross. Even the local baker can make ******* times better than bakingo. Actually I want to say $#*! cake but I will say tatti cake. This bakery needs to stop making cake and give their time on something else.

I ordered a cake for a milestone birthday party the cake was a bomb cake and such poor service they did not send the thread itself and to please me they told that they will only give a 50% discount on my next order, very disappointed.

It was my friend who suggested me Bakingo. But, I was very afraid to try from a new bakery as it was my son's birthday party. I didn't want to make any bad decisions. I ordered a butterscotch cake which was very delicious and it was better than what I expected.

This is to inform all the customers that if you are having any health issues because of the cake, you have the full rights to sue the company & bring them into the court. Health & hygiene is a serious issue.

They spoiled today my dads birthday. First they sent me wet and watery cake and second time they sent me same cake it was odd and bitter in taste. When I complained they said we baked fresh cake in half an hour they baked fresh cake wow…and they dint even took back or listened to my complaint and they have not even accepted their fault. I told them come and eat ur cake. Then Also. I'll not order any cake from here and worn not to order from bakingo

This time delivery of cake was not good, also cake was damaged and just 2 normal candels and in this Covid-19 we trust on home delivery however delivery person has delivered cake without wearing mask, from going forward i would not order from Bakingo.

While placing order, I encountered some technical issues with the coupon code that was shared by Bakingo. I reached out to the customer support and they made sure that I was compensated fully for the coupon code discount, even though the code was giving some technical issues. Thank you Anshu for all your help. Keep it up!

Very nicely delivered the cake with all the things I asked for. All the messages were there. It was a wonderful surprise for my colleague and she loved it too. Thank you so much.
