I was looking for a delivery for my relatives living in Delhi. Suddenly I remembered her birthday and then I contacted Bakingo and you know what they just delivered it within 2 Hrs and tye quality of the cake was awesome and I will surely go for it.

Making the first order always leaves the person in doubt whether the product would be good or not, whether the delivery would be made timely or not. But Bakingo cleared all my doubts and won my trust. You have surely won a loyal customer for yourself.

I ordered cherry explosion cake for my anniversary. The cake was partially burnt and was giving foul smell when I opened the box. Taste was really bad. Also the cherry on the cake was not fresh. It was complete waste of money for me.

Was my first order with bakingo and the cake was too rough, rubbery, hard and breaking into pieces. It was not baked properly. I normally order from Ammas pastry, Just Bake or Cake zone. I regret my choice for my sons bday this time.

First time I have booked a cake to be delivered in Noida. I was really very happy with there delivering service and quality of cake was jus awesome.

I was at the friends' party and there was a cake from its shop. It was so delicious cake with an unusual taste. One love! Now I know where to buy cakes! Guys, I don't know about the price but it costs itsmoney!

My nephew recently made me organizing his birthday. He is so busy, while I'm retired and I thought that it's okay. I didn't mind to help him to organize his birthday so he asked me to find a proper baking company in order to buy some cakes, biscuits and some other sweeties. I understood that I wouldn't find some interesting baking companies offline, so I started to search online. I found this company and the pictures of their cakes gained my attention. I ordered here couple of packs of cakes and my nephew really liked those caked a lot. I will definitely apply here once again in future, when it comes to my birthday.

Ordered chocolate and vanilla cake for my brother in law bday for the first time on bakingo and trust me we all loved the cake on the first bite itself. Worthy, tasty and value for money. Will try other flavors for the upcoming special occasions

I have been ordering cakes from Bakingo for my loved ones since 3 years now. Their exceptional timely delivery is what makes them different from others! They never fail to amaze me with their experimental customized and delicious cakes within short notice as well! Their delivery exexutive even showed up during the worst wether conditions! If you want to ruin your party or any event these are the best guys. I had ordered a cake for my 2 yr old baby 3days well in advance costing 2700/-. It was supposed to be delivered by 3pm in the noon on the event date, but these guys never attempted to attend the calls irrespective of calling them 60-70 times. They were simply rejecting the calls or left unanswered. The entire event of 2 yr toddler was spoiled... and in the last minute we couldn't manage to get new cake. After everyone left and the cake has finally arrived around 9:46 pm in the night, it was fully smashed didn't come in proper shape and the picture presented on the website and the cake in real was horrible! Special instructions which I mentioned, the message was not applied. Overall it's a terrible experience! After 4 days they attended our call and were provided very irresponsible statements! PATHETIC SERVICE!

They made my day. My husband ordered a cake from them design pattern simplicity and taste everything was soo good. My husband said Mujhe kuch krna hi nhi pda I know he is a lazy man. But anyways thank you Bakingo for making my birthday special.

Ordered a cake on Valentine's day at 12 pm and after multiple follow up the cake got delivered at 8.40pm in the night and the taste was ridiculous cannot get worse than this. The delivery itself was post 8 hours and the taste also sucked and on thr call the guy said thay due to valentine's day it was late but this late and with awful taste why does such place exist. Never order from here

This time delivery of cake was not good, also cake was damaged and just 2 normal candels and in this Covid-19 we trust on home delivery however delivery person has delivered cake without wearing mask, from going forward i would not order from Bakingo.

I had ordered a butterscotch cake, it was delivered on time. The cake quality was awesome, very tasty & fresh. It was same as shown in the picture on the website. KEEP IT UP TEAM, You are doing a great job.

So I ordered my first cake in 2021 from bakingo.com & it was good freshly baked so I decided on my birthday I will order from bakingo again yesterday on August 10,2022
I received a Spoiled cake, rotten smelly cupcakes. The cake was literally made me scream to their team because they spoiled my birthday. I call their team on WhatsApp just no response at all
On the call their representative said they will pick up and deliver a new fresh baked, then they said it's hard to deliver fresh because it takes time okay. From 1:30 pm noon I wait for pickup, I keep calling their team they keep saying same words again an again and their pickup boy arrive at 5:30 pm so obviously my whole day is spoiled and I hate this company now I didn't receive refund yet
And I also found that Bakingo.com is not an individual company but it's owned by floweraura

The taste of the cupcakes was very bad. They were in very bad condition at the time of delivery. Also the message on the cupcakes was wrongly written.
Got no refund and customer care guy said they will replace my order. Why will I have a replacement after a horrible taste.

Good taste with bad attitude, I always order corporates cakes from here but this time bakingo staff attitude was so bad even after their mistake. I ordered a customize cake and they committed to deliver the same but they send something different and even after that they said ki kuch nhi ho payega isme.

Very unprofessional, poor service. There's no tracking system. No one responded on the phone number and email id given on the website. They really need to update their website, their tracking feature ctually dones't show anything.

I've been lucky enough to try one of their cakes on my friends birthday party. Never have I felt a better taste that this one. Thank you for these wonderful memories!

I'll never take there service again. They didn't deliver cake on my father's birthday after confirming Oder. Worst service ever from the people who are calling me for order confirmation.

Best bakery in a town. Tate is yummy and delicious. I love the chocolate cake very much. Delivered it is fast. Value for money. Cake lovers do order from Bakingo. Nice experience.
