I have ordered a cake with fixed time delivery charges still they didn't deliver till birthday celebration. They were not ready to refund and neither got ready to deliver at venue despite of their unprofessional behaviour.
Last night i ordered red velvet cake, it was too yummy. Also their customers support very very helpful.

The website takes pincode to check whether they deliver to this address?. As per their website they deliver to pincode ******* (Ghaziabad). Due to some error in their website, it was always taking Noida as delivery city from Drop-down menu. So I contacted their customer care to confirm the address. I came to know that they do not deliver to all areas which come under pin-code *******. I do no tunderstand why will they have filter based on pincode on their website when they are not even service to whole area coming under same pincode. I had to cancel my order at last.
Before placing order please call their customer care to confirm whether they deliver in your area specifically. Do not reply their website for any information.

Bakingo provides variety of options for cakes as well as pastries along with that some essentials. Fresh cakes with very good taste. They give delivery on time.
Love this bakery. Delicious cakes with softest, creamiest mousse. Already did few orders from them and never regret it. Once was delayed delivery time, but it was fine with me.

Ordered a cake and had to personally follow up with the delivery executive and the service delivery team. Cake was extremely pathetic and was not edible.

Poor Midnight delivery service.
Poor customer care service.
Delivery guys are arrogant and rude.
Customer care people don't communicate properly the customer concers to the rest of the team.

Ordered at 1pm and picked up a schedule for 3-5pm. I called the CS and was informed, ordered will be delivered at 6pm. I kept my patience. Our office closes at 6:30pm and guess no cake even till 6:10pm.
Lets hope they refund the money. DO NOT ORDER SAME DAY DELIVERY CAKE.
