I have ordered a cake with fixed time delivery charges still they didn't deliver till birthday celebration. They were not ready to refund and neither got ready to deliver at venue despite of their unprofessional behaviour.

Placed an order at around 6 and was promised to get it delivered by 9.
Now the time is 11pm and there's still no response.
Their cakes and pastries are one of the best I've ever eaten!
They deliver on time, which it makes the whole experience even better.
