I have ordered a cake with fixed time delivery charges still they didn't deliver till birthday celebration. They were not ready to refund and neither got ready to deliver at venue despite of their unprofessional behaviour.
They deliver cakes all over India. They just took the money and cancelled the order without asking me.

Hi there,
I placed an order for Red Velvet Cake of 1.5 Kgs with clear instructions about the message on the cake.
I even had a chat via live help and called customer care to reiterate the requirement so that there are no screw ups.
To my HORROR, they just did that.
The Cake delivered was 1 KG & 0.5 KG separately and the message needed was split into half for each of the cakes. This is highly disappointing and frustrating as a customer. The cake was supposed to be delivered during the late hours i. E. between 11-12 AM but was delivered much sooner by 10-11 PM, the cake delivered was slightly cracked apart with the icing and the taste turned out to be totally not fresh.
I'm going to ensure this review is shared everywhere so that everyone is aware and cautious before ordering from Bakingo!
