Because they took the money off my card on a fraud case in which I never received the items, because the owners of the company, beezid, are on the run from the law. So they took my money and I was conned. Without receiving any products. Then they, Barclay, turned around and investigated and originally took the charges off. Then Barclay came back and charged me for the items. There fraud department did a flip-flop on the case. When I asked why, they said because I called three months after, so it was too long after I reported it, the reason for that is the people at beezid said my products would be here in September is what they told me. Which I never received because the owners shut down and took off with everyone's money and are being pursued by law enforcement. I also put charges on my American Express Platinum and Discover card for beezid. They investigated the case with beezid and took the charges off those cards right away. The company is a scam and the owners are on the run from law enforcement. Why you put the charges back on is a mystery to me. I would never recommend your card to anyone, and I will be paying off the balance to your card, so I will never have to deal with your company again, and will also confirm that Barclay credit cards are the worst credit card company I have ever dealt with and try to forget how I was defrauded on my account associated with you.
