Battery Operated Candles

I ordered online two (5201-76) battery operated COUNTRY candles 6" $8.95/ea., flicker bulb, 64" cord, fluted base! What arrived was (two 2) Primative (5201-76B) 4.5", flat base, non-flicker bulb, with a 60" cord@ $9.85/each. Attempted to converse with "customer service rep", who was beyond rude and condescending, telling me, "they had a snow storm, she was the only one there, etc, etc." She was totally detached in listening to my problem, talking down to me, talking "over" me and just wouldn't LISTEN. When I finally got to state my issue, she told me "You ordered what you got!" What I got was NOTHING like what I ordered! I know EXACTLY what I ordered because I printed out picture. She initially hung up on me, I immediately called back! Again RUDE, rude, rude! She tells me "you're not listening to me!" Absolute disgraceful behavior. She snaps at me "BARKING: "I'm just going to send you a return label" I said "Thank you"-again she hung up in my ear! Customer service is non-existence at this facility. Could not include photos on this site-tried x 5, that's my limit! I then read reviews on Battery Operated Candles, apparently this company is notorious for their putting people off once the sale is made. My advice would be NOT to do business with this company-they do not want to stand by their products!

My last order arrived very fast. We love the Santa with the reindeer water window. Have had many comments on it. It's just fun to look at!

In the past you have had a lot more selection to choose from. You also don't offer anything but flat rate shipping and give no information about the delivery date. This time of year it is an important factor.

I have shopped with your company before for these products, your range, selection and price make it worth being a return customer. Your site is also very easy to navigate which makes the shopping easier.

These Halloween fire effect candles are great! After viewing a video of the product on the web site, it did not disappoint once we got it plugged in at home. We're very happy with our jack-o-lantern candle/fireplace.

Love the products available here! Will definitely be back to shop the awesome selection of Christmas decor! Hoping to eventually see more floor lantern stands, as I can't find any through other retailers.

I liked everything about my experience with purchasing these battery operated candles, except my color choice. I would like to return the five ivory colored vanilla scented candles I purchased and trade them for white vanilla scented. Is that possible and do you have a customer service contact number?

Pretty frustrating trying to update my password. When I c licked on "re-set password" I was brought to a page that did not have the option of re-setting my password. After 5 attempts, I called your toll-free number and my password issue was quickly solved. The individual who helped me also showed me where to find the red candles I was looking for in both diameter and height. Just fix your website and I'll be even happier next visit!

Your sight says delivery within 1-4 business days. Sure hope so. I need as soon as possible. Would be nice if your site gave different delivery options right on the purchase screen without having to call your company.

We ordered a single candle to check the quality. We were so please with it that we ordered an additional 13 candles. The real metal base is impressive - much nicer than a higher priced competitors painted plastic base.

Candles are well thought out, and very well made. The "two sided LED" is pure genius - provides a great light outside the window and a more mellow appearance inside. If you are looking for new LED window candles, you must try these.

Love the lighted water lanterns! I've found so many great candles on Battery Operated Candles that I haven't seen anywhere else.
Their prices are good, shipping is fast and safe and I always go to their site when I'm looking for candles.

My 9' candle color is a little off compared to 7' and 5'. Am getting used to that. My 5' candle has a clicking going on intermittently by the flame. I am trying a few things to fix that. If can't will be in touch with you. Mary N.

I cannot often afford your items for myself, but am sometimes able to find clearance items which make wonderful gifts for my family and friends. I love to buy in advance and the snowman lights I just purchased will be used as a birthday gift in September for a person who loves Christmas decor, especially snowmen!

Update: Yay... I received my order quickly and I'm enjoying my new candles, with a few set aside as gifts. I was really impressed with how they made sure each item was securely wrapped and protected from damage. I will certainly order again and I've shared their website with friends and family.

My winter barn seen light/snow globe is beautiful. It is even nicer in real life than on the pictures. I can't say enough good things about the product and the customer service. At first I was afraid the candle was too small, but once I put it in my wall sconce, it looks amazing! So life like! Beautiful! I'm very pleased with my purchase. I will buy from your company again, and highly recommend it to others.

I had ordered 4 3# battery operated candles with timer elsewhere 2 weeks ago and they never turned off. Contacted the company thinking that maybe the entire lot was defective but no answer. I pray your candles are tested to operate the way they should because I have to get on a ladder to change the batteries and/or turn them on and I don't want to turn them off manually every day.

I'm returning to buy a candle to replace one from this site I bought previously. I'm not thrilled the battery door features no screw despite there being a hole for one since that is why I'm in need of a replacement. The battery door bulges badly and has now cracked from the weight of the batteries and the gravity of their downward thrust position when candle is upright. Had this problem been remedied when I called the company some time ago I would be purchasing many more of these candles but since I was told no screw would be sent I won't invest in more than this one replacement. I'd love to buy a whole set of them if I didn't feel foolish in doing so as they'll only break like this one did in time.

So far, so good...will do a follow-up after products arrive. Everything looks great on the site! I was extremely happy with a previous shipment of a trio of battery operated taper candles in a mercury glass option. They were stunning!
