Requested BBB intervene in refund/replace problem with cspire (cell company). BBB initially investigated, accepted bogus info from cspire as true (despite my written records to the contrary) and refused further action on my part.
Waste of time dealing with BBB.
I have written a few letters reporting negiglence and abuses from national grid electric company that they clearly cheat and lie and denied stopped meter that they tampered my history regaurding my copies of evidence of those issues that nothing worked out even with a lawyer and i am still got scammed and ripped off anyways.
So, I just got this message from the BBB:

Yeah, that sounds about right. So, why do they exist again? Someone please remind me.
I left a review about a business few days ago on BBB. Then BBB sent me an email. Saying I need to provide my personal info so they can share it with the business, but they won't post me review, they're saying I was never a customer. Which is wrong. I deal with that particular business daily, and I already provided my name and email address to BBB. Im not giving out any other personal info. This is a load of BS
Lol this private business is TRASH! Trying to strong arm other businesses into submission by making them join their dumb club or get a bad review. NEWS FLASH, BBB is old news and no one cares about your reviews on businesses as GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE KING!
BBB.org Is running a pay for play scheme in which the big companies are awarded an "A" rating for hefty membership fees. BBB should be shut down by the federal trade commission.
Reviews and ratings are only posted after careful review and approval from companies like Care.com and other fraudulent. Com companies that have a terrible reputation for horrible and unethical business practices. Who can you trust? No one!
They allow people to write things about businesses that is not even true. Then leave the reviews up for everyone to see. They don't say anything within the complaint. They need to be reviewed themselves! TERRIBLE service
Depending on the company, this place can be a treasure-trove of info, or can be pretty worthless. Based on what I read in the little crevices of the site, Should a company move, altar its name a little bit, or even open up a new location, they completely start over and the BBB doesn't link the two profiles. Certain shady places use this to their advantage, just reset their trash ratings and after like a year if nobody updates the page of the old place, it just all gets deleted/archived and nobody is the wiser of how horrible the company really is. People need to watch closer on the business info!
You won't win anything on this site. If you file a complaint, it can just go on and on indefinitely until you've had enough and just give up. These businesses get away with doing people dirty... especially Listia. Should complain to BBB about BBB and how useless they are.
Oftentimes, I know it's very difficult to try and convince the VA that your civilian doctor's opinion should mean something; especially when you're trying to increased VA disability compensation. Thanks to American Medical Experts, the civilian doctor's opinion was transformed into a language the VA can understand. Win, lose, or draw; I highly recommend their services for a job well done. Again, I was totally impressed with their services and without a doubt you got m vote!
Sincerely,
Ron E.
