J'ai acheté un legging début octobre et, après seulement trois utilisations, toutes les coutures ont commencé à se défaire. Le legging n'a été lavé qu'une seule fois, à 30°, dans des conditions normales. Pour un produit à ce prix, c'est absolument inadmissible.

J'ai contacté le service client, qui refuse tout échange ou remboursement sous prétexte que les 30 jours sont dépassés, alors qu'il s'agit clairement d'un défaut de fabrication. Aucune solution proposée, aucun geste commercial.

Très déçue de la qualité et du manque de considération pour les clients. Je ne recommande pas et je souhaite prévenir les futurs acheteurs.

This company has stolen from me. I placed an order on 16 November 2023 which was never delivered to me. They took my money for a package that was never received (delivered to the wrong house). As the seller, the responsibility lies with them to rectify this. When I ask for a refund in emailing with them, they have literally stopped replying. This has happened twice now. They are the seller. They took my money for goods which were never received. In effect that is theft and the fact that they stop responding the moment I ask for a refund is proof of this. I've had no response since asking for a refund. They have gone silent. I think this company is thus a scam as they have literally stolen my money and refuse to return it or give me my product in return. I'm actually shocked and will truly never buy this brand again. Their customer service is non existent.

Placed my first order, wanted to return a couple of things. The returns portal has apparently been broken for more than a week, really? I find that very hard to believe. Their solution - post it yourself, tracked so I can prove they got it when my refund doesn't happen. I had to message via messenger, I was never able to speak to a person. Never ever again! Sweaty Betty is so much better and their service is excellent.

I won't lie, I was a little taken aback by the pricing at first as most items seem to cost the same amount so it looked a little scammy. However, shipping was super fast, and the quality of the leggings I got amazed me! I loved the level of thought and detail they put into designing the leggings so that its breathable, and the material feels great!

I ordered these red shorts. The material is great and they arrived very quickly. I got an xs but they are too tight on me. Recommend sizing up.

'm in LOVE with their camo seamless shorts! They're so comfortable and squat proof, and they don't ride up like other compression shorts I've tried. Definitely buying more!
