I ordered a camera body and adapter from BecexTech. I was more than happy with the purchase price. Once the order was completed, I was continually updated with a delivery schedule. The order was delivered in a safe and timely manner. If I wanted to save money on a further purchase, I certainly would do so with confidence.
Order was late, incomplete and defective with poor *******@becextech.co.nz. For a month now I have been trying to get either the phone I ordered repaired, a replacement or a refund. I have sent the phone back at substantial additional cost to me. At no stage has Becextech ever initiated contact to inform of delays, I have had to contact them. There customer service phone line is disconnected so all contact is via email. The answer is always..." a few more days". That day never comes. I personally think it is a scam. Do not believe anything they say either on their flashy website about delivery times, customer service or there refund terms. Their website says 3 to 5 days, I asked for the postage to be refunded nearly three weeks ago...still haven't said they will. I hope no-one else makes the decision to buy off them and gets ripped off like me.
I ordered a phone from them. They sent me the wrong one and immediately tried to contact them. Via email, they responded asking for many items; of which i provided all i could. One specific thing was the weight. I had a scale from when i was with Stamps.com and sent it. Their issue was like 200 grams off their records. I later added the label and it matched the fedex label weight. They are continually fighting with me the item is not correct. My entire argument is exactly that. They refuse to refund and now they want to "alert the authorities" on me! I have continually asked them to send me a return label and they refuse.
So I bought a news htc phone last year, It played up on the first day, I went on deployment came back in the new year. Contacted them (they only do email), was told to send the phone to their repairer who by the way is not a HTC approved repairer. I get the phone back a month later and the phone is still broken(start-up software issue I think). I email them again and request a phone call to speed up the process. No phone call but "can you turn on the phone and hard reset it while we figure out what to do" and that is after my lengthy mail explaining the issue! I send another reply email and the response, "send the phone in again". My advice, find another supplier that actually can communicate preferably by phone. This email stuff back and fourth takes a day each way.
I am so annoyed and sorry that I supported becex. Poor service, wouldn't even give 1 star! Becex, give me my money back...

Stupidly I bought a phone from this company and instantly discovered that the phone itself had inadequate speakers for my use. The phone was bought July 24,2020. I finally got a partial refund today, the ultimate 'F... you' from Becex. I was required to send the item back by registered mail, which of course was costly and not part of the refund. Ultimately I spent $535 to get a refund back of $397 and the whole process took 'only' over a month. Worst of all, the individuals I was in contact with via email (you can't call these people) were very unconcerned with my issues over the phone and additionally threatened to send the phone BACK to me if nothing was wrong with it, and that would allow them to further charge me over $50! I am out over $100 for buying the wrong phone and choosing this company. Be warned.
Ordered 2 x Samsung S21 Phones. Waited 16 days for delivery. Tried several times to find out where my order was. Hadn't even been shipped. Was given false information 3 times even after expressing my distress & asking for a refund. Only reason I received my order was because I opened a Paypal dispute. Can't rate them low enough. :(

No communication after purchase, false information once a complaint made, had to open a Paypal dispute to finally get my order shipped. Would have preferred a refund & will never purchase via this company again. (Purchased via Catch Of The Day - their Customer Service was useless also). Beware!

Returns only allowed for first 7 days. Never heard of such online shopping company.
After that, they will claim that returns only allowed if the item is "unused condition" even if you find the item is defective. And Fees apply.
After 14 days, No returns, not to say free shipping return.

BecexTech.com is a great way to sell your products. They have a lot of customers from all over the world and they have a good reputation. The marketplace is also very easy to use. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to sell their products online!
It arrived promptly and I was required to sign for it which should apply to every delivery. However, to much consternation, a power plug and cord was not included forcing me to buy one online. This I was not impressed with at all. At the price a power cord is expected to be included.

I purchases a lens from them. Firstly, I realized I purchased the wrong lens for my husband as a gift. So I literally emailed them and cancelled the same exact day. Ofcourse they dont have a direct phone. These scammers. So it took two days to respond and they said they will request to cancel and if it has been processed there will be fees incurred. I responded and told them nothing has been processed please cancel. Then 48 hours later I get an email your order has been processed. I then immediately get an email from this same woman stating it has been processed there will be a admin fee and she will REQUEST A CANCELLATION. On top of that I have been charged 70.00 usd for foreign exchange fee plus they haven't refund me the 2900. 00 for the lens or even confirmed the cancellation. This is q scam tactic and I would stay clear of this company!
Ordered due to the 1-3 day despatch. After a week it was clear they didn't have the product, after weak excuses like "the warehouse is looking for it…it was a $4k lens. Wanted a refund, on a Sunday they contacted me to say they had received more stock but still didn't manage to despatch anything - did they have it or just an excuse to delay the refund? Finally a refund after 3 weeks. So disappointed with the whole experience.
This company sells stock they don't have. Warehouse dispatch time is NOT 1 - 3 days. It takes weeks. The customer support is VERY patronizing. I was told I would be refunded but may incur a cost of AU$55 admin fee for their mistakes. After arguing the point They said they would refund me without charging fees so I purchased a phone elsewhere. When I inquired as to when I would be refunded they stated the phone is now dispatched. This is NOT the refund I was promised and now I have 2 phones coming. The warehouse is NOT in Australia and Becextech has NO communication with it. I am also worried the phone will be a refurbed second hand phone or a Chinese knock off but classed as new.

Ordered and paid for a new phone on their website, only to be emailed later claiming it wasn't in stock and offered a more expensive phone (classic bait and switch). I said I would wait for the phone to be back in stock.
Fast forward 5 weeks and I contacted BecexTech to get an update on the order. They told me that the item was "perhaps discontinued" and I should buy a different and (you guessed it) more expensive phone, despite the phone in all it's variations still being listed as available on the BecexTech website!
Bait and switch me once, shame on you. Bait and Switch me twice... shame on me for believing your lies.
Bait and Switch are deliciously illegal tactics. Will file a complaint with ACCC.

Do not buy from BecexTech. They are based in Hong Kong and are not bound by Australian Consumer Law. You will get burned.
I found the delivery information, delayed, however, once the order began to proceed, I found the information process to improve. I would be happy to use your service again and would recommend BecexTech to others.
It was a pleasure doing business with BecexTech. I ordered an refurbished item and was a little nervous, but the product was in great condition at a great price. I fought a bit with Auspost on the signature required for delivery bit, but that's not really BecexTech fault, but worth bearing in mind if your work hours and Auspost delivery hours happen to coincide.
Purchased Iphone SE 3RD GEN 28/4 they send wrong phone a GEN 2 (suspiciously) to see if i knew the difference...hey mistakes happen...they wouldnt send me the right phone until they received wrong phone they sent and inspected it,after receiving they still didnt send original order after daily emails to them as their phone number never picks up finally refunded me on the 18/5... 3 weeks of nightmares customer service is pathetic wont be spending a cent there again!
I purchased a new phone and received a second hand one, the package was not sealed properly, BecexTech had their tickers to seal it when I opened the box, the phone had fingerprints as well as there was no cover that protect the screen.
Also, order phone cover and screen protector that never received.

This is not going to be my final review as I am still waiting for the item they took my money for.

I was told my order wouldn't ship before the Chinese New Year by Customer Service so I asked to cancel my order. The CS rep didn't process my cancellation so the warehouse shipped it. I spoke with them about return as I was clearly given misinformation regarding shipping and they want to charge me $150 as a restocking fee. Guess money is more important than service... especially due to the fact that it was their mistake.
When I said they were ripping me off their response was..."Should we wish to rip you off, we could have taken your money from the first place and not bother sending your order" ARE YOU KIDDING ME
I know they're cheap but find another place to buy your goods!
I'm actually a true shopaholic and I believe that people have to go shopping because it brings plenty of dopamine to their organisms. Of course, it's also a kind of addiction, however I can't reject this addiction and basically I'm not going to do it. I found this website when I was searching for various marketplaces in order to buy some clothes and various things. It seemed to me that this platforms offers good assortment of goods and I made couple of orders. The main thing which I liked a lot is the velocity of shipping. It was super fast and I guess I will certainly make here couple of orders.
SCAM WARNING. 1) They company took my money and 10 days later did not send the phone 2) they gave me a FAKE TRACKING number 3) they operate under multiple companies names to avoid you finding them 4) they do not have any way of contact, no phone, no address, nothing. Do not gamble with your money! This is as dodgy as it gets

This company and the A holes that run it with a constant suppy of 1/2 turths, BS and failure to deliver the agree apon product. Right from the start the money was taken with a 3 4 day dilivery promised. 14 days later still no phone. We cant get a straight reply or even a reply.
They have taken my sons hard earned money for his first phone and given nothing in return.
We have contacted fair go so other people will not get ripped off from these A holes
I never received the $339 unlocked, "A" quality, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 I paid for. I received a Sprint locked, "B" quality chipped phone, with a receipt for a $270 phone. More than five weeks and 25 email later I have not been able to get a full refund. I ordered from BecexTech, was billed by Julian Technology PTY LTD, the return shipping label they sent with the phone was to YY shipping in Iowa. ( I was only able to upload one pic to this review)
Don't buy anything from BexecTech their item are coming from Hong Kong and you'll be waiting for about a month later to receive your order and customer service is sucks they don't want to do anything to help to out all they do is to ask you to wait or give you a bull$#*! excuses and they took too long to post your order out for delivery. Don't waste your money and time on BexecTech

I got Asus Rog 3 and the screen cracked from the inside was in my car all good put it in my side pocket got out of the car and next thing I see the phone screen went blank too off the screen protector and there is a crack underneath it, did my online research and there are issues with the phone all over the internet but somehow this Company is trying to blame me for it and trying to prove the customer is lying. Well I personally do not know how this Company got all these awards because they have the worst possible customer service team.
Have lodged a complaint about them with ACCC really have not seen a Company who is too busy trying to prove there customers are liars rather than try to resolve the issue.
