I ordered a window treatments, and then the pandemic hit and everything shut down. I recently received my order and I am very pleased with it. The delay in shipping was certainly no fault of the company. Despite this, they have been very cordial. They contacted me throughout the waiting process to keep me updated. They even refunded a portion of the purchase price as an appology for an incident that had nothing to do with them. I will definitely continue to shop here
I purchased a super king silk duvet & two king shams from the website (the shams complete a set that I bought in the store). It has been about 7 weeks and I still dont have my purchase. The last email communication that gave any info was Dec 29 and everything was to be shipped then. I wrote to find out where the stuff is and got a reply that it was forwarded to another employee. I am getting very frustrated!
There were errors on Beddington's part & on Canada Post's part for the January 5th delivery that I never got but the wrong address that was entered on the shipment sticker had 4-233 Nassau St N Winnipeg, Mb. R3L 2H7. Regarding the delivery on Jan 19 - my telephone number was not accurately displayed on the shipment sticker - so had I not called Beddintion's to tell them I had no delivery & no phone call or any notification from Fedex that they had attempted to deliver my duvet - who knows what would have happened. I had to go & pick up my duvet - it took almost 2 hours to get it & go home again. I don't know if I will order from Beddingtons again or not. I am still thinking about the whole fiasco.

Worst experience ever... 4 months and nothing. Asked for full refund... Received partial order and it was incorrect. Have had about 30 Email exchanges and the problem has not been resolved. Have not heard anything from the CHINA Company about refunding my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Trust Me
Ordered the Hotel sheets to fit 10" mattress. Washed them prior to first use and they don't even cover the sides now of my 9" mattress. I. Am barely get them corner to corner.
The quality is going down for all products produced in China. Buy local instead and get a better quality.

Still no word on when item will be shipped nor when I may expect delivery.

I ordered curtains in November and still have not received them. They said it would have taken 3 business days and it is now mid January.

This is very poor communication on my part. Very sorry for the long delay and when I spoke to our customer service desk, they advised that the panels were sold out and I did not reach out to let you know.
I agree with your rating and will certainly try to do better in the future. We will cancel your order and return all money paid back onto your PayPal account.

Processing time is extremely long. 15 business days. Then it has to ship, and you wait the usual shipping time (5-7 business days)
