Beddy's has a rating of 3.6 stars from 115 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. Reviewers satisfied with Beddy's most frequently mention bunk beds, and bottom sheet. Beddy's ranks 7th among Bedding sites.
I was honestly skeptical about ordering this. I didn't want to spend this amount for bedding and end up not liking it. My hesitation was with the built in sheet and comforter. I thought that it would either be too hot, choosing the minky option, or too thin to keep me comfortable throughout the night. I was wrong on both thoughts. But my biggest surprise was with the fitted sheet. Not only does it fit my mattress, that has an additional memory foam layer and padded cover, it does not wad up and come loose after several nights of sleeping. It has become my favorite bedding set and I hope to purchase a second set in the future!
We loved the concept of the set as we are currently traveling in our RV full time & have close quarters, but the fact that I have had to patch the top of the comforter 3 times in less than 4 months is really disheartening. The materials tears too easily. I have never experienced this with any other comforter. I reached out to Beddy's but they will not stand behind their product when it is sold thru their Amazon store. "Their hands are tied" Apparently quality control is different depending on where you buy the item. I was not even offered a discount on a future purchase (as many folks here have indicated). I purchased the unit for $289 on Feb 14,2022 thru Amazon because the shipping was quicker and we were relocating sooner than Beddy's could ship. Buyer beware, the concept is great, but the quality is very poor.
I like the idea of this beddy's ziping all over comforter. But something's wrong with the outer lash like design on the material, it keeps on shedding. After washing with cold water & drying, there are pieces of very tiny thread all over it. Tried vacuuming, used sticky rolls, picked off with hand whatever I can, fluffed it… but the tiny pieces of thread continues to shed. I like the interior of the beddy's comforter. The lining is smooth cotton fabric. I wish the outer comforter had the same smooth cotton material. Any suggestions how I can stop this shedding. Can't use it til I remove the shedding, it's going to be all over me and our bedroom.
While I love the concept, given the price point and how much money they've already raked in, I would feel a lot better purchasing from them if the moved their manufacturing to the USA (from China). Also, the minky is made of polyester and the "all cotton" is deceptive because there's still polyester in it. Poly synthetic fabrics have been shown to disrupt hormone levels in kids and are not great for kids with eczema (you can look this up), so I feel like this is another area where I just don't agree with their business practices. Feels a bit like they're putting greed/profit margins ahead of customer well-being & the domestic economy, with no thought given to minimizing the environmental impact…. Come on Beddy's! You can definitely up your game and be a more conscientious company.
While it is true that our interior Minky is made of polyester and the filling in the comforter is also polyester, our sheets are 100% cotton and the comforter shell is also 100% cotton. Unfortunately the fluffy soft material of the Minky fabric is polyester and we just aren't able to get that plush velvety feel with 100% cotton. We do offer an All Cotton option without the Minky and then the only polyester would be the fill between the 100% cotton sheet lining and the outer 100% cotton comforter. This fill is what adds the fluff to the Beddy's set.
We were really excited to get our Beddy set.We purchased a set for a guest room, so rarely used. We have had them less than 45 days and washed twice (following their wash instructions). All of the stitching is ripping out, the ENTIRE comforter is like this. Customer service is refusing a refund as it is outside of the 14 day return window. For a $500 bedding set that they market for kids rooms, I would expect it to hold up longer than 45 days.
Tip for consumers:
Don't waste the money.

We are so sorry to see that this has happened. We have not seen any of our Beddy's sets have damage like this before. Beddy's has a 365 day tiered warranty and we are so happy that our Customer Service Team was able to assist you within the first tier of our warranty and issue a gift card for the full amount so that you can get a style you will love.
We recently acquired two new foster daughters and purchased Beddy covers and accessories for some bunk beds we had to get out of the attic which took us a little over a week to do. Processing a return is VERY problematic, there is no customer service number... only online and then it tells you that your're a couple of days late and "ineligible" to return. I just need to exchange for a size that will fit. Now it seems like I'm getting stuck with a very expensive zipper bag that I cannot use. While I'd like to purchase the right size - I feel it's the principal of the thing - Beddy's should allow exchange for a standard minimum of 30 days (and best practice would be 90 days). I'm not asking for a refund. Just a product I can actually use.
We want our Customers to be happy with their purchase and work hard to communicate to Customers what our return policy is. We have a 14 day, from delivery, return policy that gives our Customers an opportunity to receive their Beddy's and try it out to make sure it is something they will be happy with. We can always be reached at Hello@Beddys.com.
Ripped seam of the zippers came off on my twin set. I spent over $475 for two, the pink with mink and the grey with mink. I let the company know and they specifically said sorry can't help it's passed warranty but here's a 20% discount to buy and risk another one ripping. Like all the you tubers they offer this same 20% so it was truly no favor of theirs to offer me. Second the tip of the seam from the zippers this is not a washing or kid doing, it's a manufacturing issue. The stitch did not hold while trying to zip it. I'm so sad that they can't help me. I can't afford to buy another one and was really having faith they would make it right and they did not.
Tip for consumers:
Just don’t buy it also took almost two weeks to ship

Beddy's offers a year warranty on all our products. We believe this to be one of the best in the industry. We work hard to make a quality product that you will love and can use for many years and we are so sorry this was not your experience.
I purchased a beddy for our spare room in feb of 21. I have MAYBE washed it 5 times as this room is in our basement and hardly ever slept on. There are already holes popping up in the bottom sheet. Super disappointed as this thing is like NEW. Was only offered a discount code of 25% to purchase a new one. Sadly I will never purchase one again and they are so expensive and don't hold up
We are so sorry to see this has happened. Our warranty covers up to 365 days because it is made mostly of fabric, which does wear out over time, so we are sorry that you were outside of this warranty timeframe. We believe we are one of the few companies that offer such an extensive warranty coverage on a product such as ours.
The website says that this bedding set will fit a mattress up to 15 inches. My mattress is 12 inches, and after one wash this set is 3 inches too short on both sides. It looks awful. I washed in cold water, but it shrunk! The Beddy's idea is genius, but the execution is just not there. If your mattress is a European 8 or 9 inches, you will be so pleased. Everyone else... beware. It WILL shrink.

We are so sorry to hear this happened! Shrinking should not happen if you wash on cold and dry on low. Please contact our Customer Service Team at hello@beddys.com. They would love to assist you with our warranty.
Beddy's invests heavily in marketing its products - you'll see glowing reviews everywhere. However,
The bedding quality is extremely poor. Expect your bedding to last less than 2 years before ripping. Do NOT throw away your money on this. So disappointing.
We have had many of our customers use their Beddy's sets for many years, but the life span varies as it is dependent on many factors. Our warranty only covers up to 365 days because it is made mostly of fabric, which does wear out over time. If any issues occur within 365 of purchase we are happy to assist customers with a warranty claim.
Using for 1-1/2 years, two summer seasons full time RV traveling. Throwing the Buddy's away. Primarily because of their bulk. An easy design fix by the sellers would solve the problems. The bottom section has heavy quilted fabric surrounding a thin top sheet that wears out quickly. Using an un-quilted version would reduce the bulk, allow easier washing and faster drying. The top milky is fine. On the road, smaller washers and dryers often require a separate machine for each section. Don't crowd the drier because the zippers will melt! Dry on low heat. This gets unnecessarily expensive.
We are so sorry you don't enjoy your Beddy's. That extra fluff is what gives Beddy's the luxurious look and feel that so many of our Customers love about their Beddy's. We always suggest drying Beddy's on a low temp because the fill can also melt and created hard spots when dried on a high temp. You may enjoy our All Cotton Beddy's on one of our basic styles like the Evan or Reese. This won't have the bulk and the weight of our Luxe line with Minky.
My son has had his Beddys for two years. It fits nicely on a top bunk. Still difficult to put on the fitted part. It faded after a couple of washes (yes I followed the directions). Two years later, he has a two foot tear near the zipper seam and Beddys refuses to replace it. This is clearly a manufacturer defect as I've seen this happen on other reviews. This isn't normal wear and tear. My other sons have PBTeen bedding. It's 12 years old and washed constantly and still looks great. Not to mention, I'm pretty grossed out by Beddys rules for washing (or not washing) the bedding because too much washing tends to wear the fabric.
The company offered me a 25% off coupon which is useless because I'll never burn my money with them ever again. Beddys don't last and they won't stand behind their product. Skip the Beddys and put your money into actual quality bedding.
Beddy's has a 365 day tiered warranty that we believe is one of the best for products like ours. We are so sorry that your item was outside of that warranty. Beddy's does suggest not washing your Beddy's more than once a week, but we believe this to be an appropriate cleaning regimen for bedding. We are so sorry you are not happy with our warranty policy and our products.
I live in Australia and bought three beddy's - very costly but thought it would be worth it for the convenience.
They are an efficient way to make your bed and launder etc. However, the zippers do bother me when I sleep and I inadvertently touch them several times during the night. Further, one beddy that I just got out of the packet has ripped. Their customer service response was hilarious to my complaint was get your needle and thread out and sort it, and of course, have a nice day. I encourage you to read the reviews before purchase.
I ordered the Aiden Luxe twin set. The black stitching design came out after the first wash in the pillow and blanket. I couldn't get a replacement or refund because it had been over 14 days. The best they could do was a gift card for 75% of the purchase price and a 20% off coupon. It will cost me over $100 to order a replacement set after sales tax and shipping. After looking at reviews, several other customers had the same problem with stitch coming out. The tiered warranty program isn't sufficient when the product is poorly designed and doesn't last.
The Aiden set is poor quality, do not recommend.
We are sorry you are not happy with the Aiden and you have had thread damage. We have many Customers that are loving their Aiden Beddy's and not having any issues. We offer a 365 day tiered warranty for Customers who may experience damage on any of our products.
We purchased 2 Beddy's bedding in September 2021. By 2022, the bedding was torn on one of ours. I reached out to the company and was denied to get a replacement because I had reached out 19 days after my purchase date. Not the receipt date but the purchase date. But they offered me a 25% discount on a replacement. They expect me to give them more of my money on their product when the first didn't even live up the expectation. I'm so disappointed in them and I can't say this product is worth it with this type of service.

We are so sorry you were outside of the warranty on your Beddy's set. We have many Customers use and love their Beddy's for years and we are so sorry this was not your experience.
I thought it would be better quality based on the price. The ability to buy a cute bed set with a comforter and matching sheets for 75% less cost than this had me scratch my head. I think they would get more sales if they lowered the prices for these. While the idea is very practical the expensive prices are not.
Purchased one set for my 8 year old daughter's top bunk bed. The vintage blush looks beautiful and my daughter loves it. Had I loved it I would have purchased a second set for the lower bunk but the quality doesn't justify the cost.
The bottom sheet and pillow are very scratchy! Why?!
The zipper got stuck the first time my daughter unzipped it. I was able to wrangle it open without doing any damage.
I honestly feel they need to slash their prices in half or substantially up the quality of the fabric.

They falsely led me to believe that what I was buying was 100% cotton. It's not. That's just the filling. The outside is completely polyester. They won't pay for shipping for your return or reimburse you for the shipping you paid when you ordered the product even though mine came with free shipping. So it cost me $40 to return something I don't even want. And they make it impossible to write a review on their website although they claim high reviews. Very awful experience.
For the price, My expectation would be that the material was a higher thread count and softer for sleeping on. Also the decorative pillow case we got was very cheaply made. We thought it was cotton knots on it but they are a nylon!? Very cheap. Seems these products are better suited for children, if your ok with spending a couple hundred dollars on your kids bedding?!
My son Drew is 6 and has always had a hard time sleeping in his own room. He would rather sleep with a sibling or on a couch closer to mom and dad. The first night with his new bedding I zipped him up and showed him how he can now make his own bed and he was so excited. Since getting his new Beddy's bedding, he has slept in his room and loves making his bed! He'll even demonstrate how easy it is to his friends when they come over.
I've been toying around with buying this product for a while and I'm so glad I did! It's so easy to use and so simple to just zip and go! Makes my mornings way better and keeps my bed cleaner with two big dogs! Highly recommend this product!
We are so happy you gave Beddy's a try! Thank you for your business and your recommendation!
I purchased a bed comforter for my daughter and was pleased with how beautiful it was. However, with such a hefty price tag, I thought I was purchasing a product made in a democratic country from workers making fair wages. I was dismayed to see that it was an overpriced product made in China. If I wanted a comforter made in China, I could have gone to the local Wal-mart. Please Beddy's, use your conscience and operate according to principle. Make your products in the USA. Many start-ups are managing to do so, so there is no excuse. Bring industry and manufacturing to a democratic country that treats its citizens better. You can do better!

We were so happy to get our beddys for our boys, sad to say not even a year later and the fabric is coming separated from the zipper. I contacted beddys and I was given a gift card but it is only for 75% of my purchase price which is not enough to purchase another one, pretty disappointing after the price we paid! I don't think based on the price and the quality with a warranty that does not cover a replacement that they are worth it. Do not buy, you will be disappointed like me.

We bought a set for our son's bunkbed and fell in love with it. He always struggled to make the bed in the morning and Beddy's make it so easy for him. I've since purchased 2 more sets. One for the top bunk and one for our room. We have the Minky fabric and it is so soft and cozy. Highly recommend and we are very satisfied with our purchases thus far.

Thank you for your recommendation and your repeat business! Beddy's are truly the best for bunk beds!
I got the gray, no minky, fast. It is very easy to put on. My son loves it. It is comfortable and soft. It makes it super easy to make his bed and make his room look put together. He is a crazy mover when he sleeps and the covers fall off of him, well not anymore! He also doesn't wake up cranky and I truly believe it is because he gets a better nights rest.
I purchased a King set of Beddys approximately 6 mos ago. These are very expensive sheets. You can see from photos how they have held up. When I contacted Beddys I was told it wasn't an issue with the quality and I should sew or patch the holes. But as a good customer service gesture they were giving me 50% off another set. I am so disappointed in this set. Don't waste your money.

I have spent over 1500 on Beddys. The concept is great the quality over time is crap. The bottom sheet part ripped after 18 months. We contacted them and they don't sell bottom replacement or replace after 365 days. I'm done with this place. I bought for every bad in my house. I had sheets from Walmart last 6 years. Spend 400 dollars for this crap.
