I was honestly skeptical about ordering this. I didn't want to spend this amount for bedding and end up not liking it. My hesitation was with the built in sheet and comforter. I thought that it would either be too hot, choosing the minky option, or too thin to keep me comfortable throughout the night. I was wrong on both thoughts. But my biggest surprise was with the fitted sheet. Not only does it fit my mattress, that has an additional memory foam layer and padded cover, it does not wad up and come loose after several nights of sleeping. It has become my favorite bedding set and I hope to purchase a second set in the future!
We loved the concept of the set as we are currently traveling in our RV full time & have close quarters, but the fact that I have had to patch the top of the comforter 3 times in less than 4 months is really disheartening. The materials tears too easily. I have never experienced this with any other comforter. I reached out to Beddy's but they will not stand behind their product when it is sold thru their Amazon store. "Their hands are tied" Apparently quality control is different depending on where you buy the item. I was not even offered a discount on a future purchase (as many folks here have indicated). I purchased the unit for $289 on Feb 14,2022 thru Amazon because the shipping was quicker and we were relocating sooner than Beddy's could ship. Buyer beware, the concept is great, but the quality is very poor.
My daughter loves her new Beddy's. She happily made her bed in under 10 seconds today! Would happyily buy again.

I actually don't have a complaint about the product itself, however I haven't had it that long. My issue is the return policy. I've actually never purchased a product that only gives you 14 days upon delivery. So this is my fault for not realizing this as I can see it's on their website.
That being said, I am a little shocked at the lack of customer care. The representatives are very kind and responsive, however there is a lack at helping to resolve the issue. When you get right down to it, the product is a glorified sleeping bag, but it checks off a big issue for me which is the ease it gives in making a bed. I mistakenly purchased the minky version of this bedding, we live in FL and it's too hot for my little one so I wanted to exchange it for the cloth/cotton version. I was told that I was outside the 14 day window where they except returns.
Shocked at the small window of time I did let them know that I was traveling most of the month so that 14 day window basically gave me a handful of days to test the product. They came back to me with the same statement, that I was outside the window.
So my issue isn't that they didn't allow me to exchange, I get it, it's a smaller biz and it's probably a lower profit margin and if they took everything back they wouldn't make any money. My shock is the lack of care about my disappointment.
As I mentioned this is a very expensive bedding, the least they could do would be to extend a way to purchase the set that we want at a discounted rate knowing that we now have a set that will go unused. Something that would make the unhappy first-time customer someone who would represent the company to their friends and family for additional purchases.
Unfortunately no, there wasn't any other help other than, 'I'm sorry that's our policy'. I own a small business, I know how important it is to extend good customer service even outside 'policies'. So this business left a sour taste in my mouth. I don't believe I'll be buying again now that I've researched the longevity these products have and the "tiered" warranty system they've put in place. I just expected more

I am so disappointed and regret my purchase from Beddy's. I wish I had seen the reviews on here before I ordered from them. Most, if not all, of the reviews on Beddy's website seemed positive which influenced my decision to buy from them but now I know why. It has been less than four months since I placed my ordered with Beddy's and I am no longer able to write a product review on their site.
I placed an order on 6/22/21 and by the first week in October 2021 I noticed a hole in my son's bedding. I reached out to them via email asking for a replacement or a refund and the best they could do was offer me 75% of my original cost in the form of a store gift card. The Beddy I purchased has been discontinued and to buy a similar replacement currently costs $319 on their site which is almost double what I originally paid.
When I emailed Beddy's I mentioned that I had only washed my son's bedding 2-3 times since purchasing it so I was surprised to find a hole in it after the most recent wash. Their response was:
We typically see this issue when the sheet is snagged from getting stuck in the zipper. Generally it starts off very small and almost unnoticeable and then spreads very quickly with washing and use. We don't consider this a manufacturing defect, but I spoke with the owners, and they have agreed to treat it as such this time.
I replied and explained to them that the hole was at the foot of the bedding where my son's feet do not reach and that my son never unzips his bed all the way to that area. I also explained to them I had been the one that put my son's bedding back onto his bed after each wash and was confident this tear was not due to a zipper snag. I told them while I appreciated the offer of a store gift card, I could not justify spending a lot on another bedding set for it to only last a few months and asked if they would refund to my credit card instead. Their next response was:
We have also seen this happen when the zipper has been pressed against a spot during the wash or dry cycle causing a small tear to form that can grow quickly unless it is patched or repaired.
Unfortunately, per the policy posted on our website we are not able to refund anything after 90 days. I am very sorry we are not able to accommodate this request.
I have washed many sleeping bags, jackets, clothes, etc. with zippers on them without issues such as this. I expect small holes to form in a cheap t-shirt; not in expensive bedding.
Don't waste your money on Beddy's. Apparently, they only guarantee their product for 90 days and do not stand behind their product. I have purchased cheap bedding from other stores that have lasted much longer (years in fact) than this. You would be much better off buying bedding from someplace other than Beddy's.
