I have to say what a great service. My bed arrived on time, early morning by a pleasant driver.
The bed itself was excellent quality, well manufactured, relatively easy to assemble and great value for money.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Everything was so simple and quick. Only issue was trying to arrange for delivery as they could only show 2 weeks of dates that were fully booked. Had to keep looking to see if they had any availability. Put a note on the system about my working hours and they delivered it for me first thing in the morning. Quick and reliable.
I must say I am extremely impressed at the service I have received from start to finish. Ordered a Rimini 4 drawer sleigh bed with a memory foam mattress. Was advised of a delivery day the same day. Was advised by premier deliveries of my time slot and the driver called me 15 minutes before he arrived. The driver was really helpful in assisting me with the bed into my home. On assembling the bed I found I was missing a few screws. I contacted there customer service department who were extra helpful and apologetic. They posted my screws to me which I received within 2 days. Excellent service all round I will recommend beds.co.uk to my friends and family. To future customers, I was a little put out off by the reviews but only had a small budget for a new bed. They were the best price so took a leap of faith. There service has been great.
I have waited all day for a delivery of a mattress and it didn't come! I got an email confirmation yesterday that it would be here and I have moved furniture around. Waste of time! The phone line is supposed to be open until 5.30 but it was switched off all day... is this even a really company? Do not order from these fraudsters!
Delighted with the Ottoman small double bed, very easy to assemble and the recommended Mattress is extremely comfortable and well made with removable cover for machine washing. The price was the cheapest I found both online and in stores, the free delivery is a great saving too. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will definitely be using Beds.co.uk for future purchases.
Do not buy a bed from this company unless you want to end up sleeping on the floor after 5 months when it breaks and have a rude manager say "well your not on the floor you can still use the mattress". I would say bed is made of cardboard but that would be an insult to cardboard as it's not even that thick. Awful bed, awful customer service, never again.
We had ordered a bed through another company but were messed about with delivery days - so we came across beds.co.uk and found a cheaper alternative. It arrived on time, had better storage and is a much better product. We then went on to order our garden furniture which was equally easy to assemble and great value
I bought a double bed from their Ebay store. It was very well priced so was expecting ok quality but the bed that arrived was far better than that. Easily put together with simple instructions. Communication was excellent and it arrived in less than 48 hours. I would highly recommend. Thank you for a great service.
Bought a spring memory foam mattress, said it bounces back to shape, and good support, only had for two months and it's sagging and is not good if you suffer with a bad back. Beds.co.uk have now exchanged my mattress and the new one is much better. I have to say personally I will never buy a mattress online again as you never know what it is going to be like, will go into a shop so I can try it first from now on.

I bought my memory foam mattress to try a help with the pain I'd had in my shoulder for months, it was completely gone after one week of sleeping on it. The price was the best I could find anywhere. The delivery was fast and friendly. Really excellent experience overall!
