Great prices, great delivery. Only small complaint was instructions for gas lift bed were not as easy as they could have been, although had a very quick response when I contacted customer services. Overall fantastic and will use again.
I purchased a 3000 pocket sprung mattresses with an organic pillow top as described in the pictures and description on their website. What arrived was a completely different mattresses with no pillow top. I emailed and asked for a refund or an exchange and was told this was the right matress I had ordered and there was no error. I said how can it be when it has no pillow top. I have had no reply now im within my 14 days days and they are refusing to return the mattress exchange. I will attach picture of the pillow top mattress we were supposed to receive and what we received. I said to to the delivery driver im not accepting that it is a complete different mattress he said we can't take it back you have to take it up with the company. Terrible customer service and scam artists misrepresentation of their items on their website it illegal. They say the stitching and colours may vary ok... but to advertise a pillow top matress then send a plain mattress with no pillow top on completely different specification. It feels flimsy and I doubt it will last the test of time. I wish I had order from wayfair or a reputable company kicking myself so bad thinking of calling the bank don't make the same mistake! Im being told these are the same mattress? Pls someone tell me im not going insane!
I purchased a small king size divan this week. The build quality is appalling, very poor quality wooden frame that looks like it could be made from a wooden pallet. The headboard is a mass of raggedy bunched fabric with staples everywhere, There were no holes for the headboard bolts, I had to puncture the fabric to get the bolts in (only to find a bolt was missing). A castor was missing and any attempt to phone Beds.co.uk ends after half an hour of being put on hold.

I had already places my order when i found this site so was very worried when I seen these reviews. Delivery excellent especially considering it was free. Got email confirmation and text and a time slot of between 0800 and 1400 it came at 11.15. Delivery men carried it to my door(I am in a third floor flat) No damage to packaging and all pieces seem to be there. Would recommend to other people

I ordered a super king size mattress from beds.co.uk at an incredible price, which was much cheaper than any other store I had looked at. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase when it arrived and the friendly delivery man very kindly hiked the mattress up 2 flights of stairs to my flat. The mattress came with a five year guarantee, which is also much better than any competitors. I would definitely use beds.co.uk in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing anything from them. 5 STARS!

Delivery was within timescale - everything came that I ordered - good quality - good price - and if you look on site they say they can't delivery to room of your choice so put in hall for us. So many reviews have moaned about delivery to room but obviously haven't read all info.

Ordered a prado leather look bed last weekend, and took delivery of it today. No problem with getting a delivery slot. I received both texts and emails regarding the day and time slot. The delivery driver rang me when he was 15 mins away.
Very polite man who delivered the bed and he even took all the boxes upstairs for me.
All the pieces were there and the bed went together reasonably easily, seeing as I fitted it all myself.
Only snag was the mattress. It stinks! Kind of a fishy smell. Apart from that, I like it. Yet to sleep in it so will reserve my judgement on the quality.

Fantastic service. First communication by phone to enquire about a particular specification mattress. Had one in stock. Kept it for us until we could visit the store. Then once we were happy with it arranged to be delivered whilst we were away. Came home to find mattress unwrapped and on the bed. Perfect.

I purchased this Faux Leather Double Bed Frame and mattress for my son and Im really happy with it. The bed was very easy to assemble and packaged securely. As for the company, theres been great communication from them, a choice of delivery dates and rapid delivery. Would highly recommend these to anyone.

Wrong bed delivered. Pressurised to keep it. Workmanship of the very lowest standard. Fittings could not be fitted. Mattress looked poorly made and marked. The biggest difficulty was trying to get it returned. Was thinking of going to trading standards to sort it out. Luckily had a family member who was more able at dealing with this type of company. Awful experience from start to finish. A company to avoid.

Ordered a bed a few weeks ago thought this would be a bargain, the gentleman who delivered this was rude. When all the boxes were in my house I realised the wrong legs had been delivered (white) now for two weeks I have been chasing this with countless phone calls, the agents tell me they will ring me back, the manager will call me and absolutely nothing! It is shameful this company is even allowed to operate.

Ordered a small double bed for my teenage daughter, they said it would be delivered on the Saturday, it never showed up. I rang the company, was put straight on hold. No answer! Rang the delivery company, no answer from them either. I opened a case with Paypal as I started to panic thinking I'd been ripped off. Sent an email and said I expected a full refund. A guy called James e-mailed back saying ok with no explanation, then I got another e-mail from a Leanne saying she could arrange another delivery for the following Saturday and she would refund me a massive £15, I reluctantly agreed. Then the day before the bed was due to be delivered she sent me another e-mail saying she had seen I'd opened a case with Paypal so they've refunded me the full amount. Totally messed about by these people, I'm just glad i used PayPal so I got money back. Avoid these time wasters like the plague!

I've bought from Beds.co.uk before... it was a good experience then. This time the experience has improved by being able to choose the delivery day. The product has been improved too, by the use of metal parts where wood was used before. The self assembly was simple, with easy to follow instructions and only took a couple of hours. Overall I am very pleased with the bed which is great value for money.

Should have took notice of the bad reviews and stayed well away from this company. Bought a bed from this company. Poor quality metal legs which bend and snap at the slightest movement of the bed! Also poorly fitting wooden slats which every time myself or my wife move they come apart and fall out. Paid £308 for this bed which they say was 70% off. Informed company of the problems but got nothing back!

I have nothing but good to say about this company. The bed was of good quality, easy to put together, actually had extra nuts and bolts incase any went through the floorboards and generally we are very happy with the purchase for the price we paid. So much so I am about to order another bed exactly the same as we liked it so much and our son now wants one. Delivery was decent as well, only took a few days as we had expected.

My bed would have costed £3800 in one of the retail stores and yet I've got this at a fraction of the price. It's a fantastic bed and has lasted. I will only by beds from this company.
The company need to ensure they remain the 2 man white glove service to enable those living in flats still have access to such great quality products.

Everything was so simple and quick. Only issue was trying to arrange for delivery as they could only show 2 weeks of dates that were fully booked. Had to keep looking to see if they had any availability. Put a note on the system about my working hours and they delivered it for me first thing in the morning. Quick and reliable.

I must say I am extremely impressed at the service I have received from start to finish. Ordered a Rimini 4 drawer sleigh bed with a memory foam mattress. Was advised of a delivery day the same day. Was advised by premier deliveries of my time slot and the driver called me 15 minutes before he arrived. The driver was really helpful in assisting me with the bed into my home. On assembling the bed I found I was missing a few screws. I contacted there customer service department who were extra helpful and apologetic. They posted my screws to me which I received within 2 days. Excellent service all round I will recommend beds.co.uk to my friends and family. To future customers, I was a little put out off by the reviews but only had a small budget for a new bed. They were the best price so took a leap of faith. There service has been great.

29/3/2024I had a very bad experience with this company's products after using them for a year and a half. I bought a small double ottoman gas lift storage fabric bed. After about six months of use, one of the gas struts stopped working. I tried to complain on the official website but got no response! And now there is a new problem, the side of the bed against the pillow is bent, and now after putting the mattress down, the shape is tilted and it is unusable at all. And the quality k if you accidentally kick or bump them. I hope everyoof the wooden bed slats is very poor, they will breane will be careful and cautious when buying this brand.
06/04/2024 After I complained, their customer service department tried to contact me and make repairs. I sent them photos, and they sent the complete parts to my home two days later (and gave them the broken parts). However, they made a wrong diagnosis and gave me the wrong bed board. I went to their customer service department again to reflect, but they said that my product was out of warranty and they could not take any action. Now I have not been able to use it for almost a week, which is unreasonable. I gave them my broken left bed board and now I have two right bed boards. I have no way to properly assemble my bed at all. Buying this company's products is a waste of money, time, and emotion.
If the problem is with the warranty, why did you try to fix it after my first complaint? Why didn't you explain it to me at the time of my first complaint? This is unreasonable

Delighted with the Ottoman small double bed, very easy to assemble and the recommended Mattress is extremely comfortable and well made with removable cover for machine washing. The price was the cheapest I found both online and in stores, the free delivery is a great saving too. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will definitely be using Beds.co.uk for future purchases.
