Great prices, great delivery. Only small complaint was instructions for gas lift bed were not as easy as they could have been, although had a very quick response when I contacted customer services. Overall fantastic and will use again.
I purchased a 3000 pocket sprung mattresses with an organic pillow top as described in the pictures and description on their website. What arrived was a completely different mattresses with no pillow top. I emailed and asked for a refund or an exchange and was told this was the right matress I had ordered and there was no error. I said how can it be when it has no pillow top. I have had no reply now im within my 14 days days and they are refusing to return the mattress exchange. I will attach picture of the pillow top mattress we were supposed to receive and what we received. I said to to the delivery driver im not accepting that it is a complete different mattress he said we can't take it back you have to take it up with the company. Terrible customer service and scam artists misrepresentation of their items on their website it illegal. They say the stitching and colours may vary ok... but to advertise a pillow top matress then send a plain mattress with no pillow top on completely different specification. It feels flimsy and I doubt it will last the test of time. I wish I had order from wayfair or a reputable company kicking myself so bad thinking of calling the bank don't make the same mistake! Im being told these are the same mattress? Pls someone tell me im not going insane!
Bought a 5' bed and headboard end of March 2016 and have wished we hadn't bothered. No instructions or diagram to show how to put base together. Two plastic clips were supposed to keep it together. The headboard came without fittings and is sitting in my bedroom not attached to base.
The base has a drawer which doesn't close properly. The clips came loose and we have had enough. Every movement and the bed squeaks. It's now going to the skip today.
We did email the company when we discovered the headboard had no fittings and never received a reply, hence I will not recommend this company to anyone

I have tried on 2 occasions to purchase a mattress via the phone service but sit on hold way to long, no one answers the phone! Makes you wonder what would happen if you had an issue with service? Can't be bothered to answer the phone to sell a mattress... so poor no stars from me and I would not be recommending this company to anyone!

I ordered a great value king size bed and mattress from beds.co.uk. When the item was delivered two of the boxes were actually for a different size bed. I called beds.co.uk and they immediately arranged for the replacements to be delivered within the next day or so, without any form filling or hassle at all.
The bed when I assembled it was excellent quality and easy to put together, and the mattress is very comfy.
Great service and quick resolution of the delivery issues.

Have read some previous poor reviews and was worried. But... ordered last Sunday and told next day for bed but 7-10 for mattress, I opted to wait and have both together. This morning (6days later) both were delivered (after receiving text and E-mail day before).
Absolute quality at a great price, I was expecting cheap and nasty but got cheap and quality. Easy assembly and looking forward to testing it out tonight.

Very pleased with the beds. They arrived within two days. The mattress is also very good. Even though I ordered them on Tuesday, I got a delivery date for that Thursday and the delivery company called me and made arrangement before delivery.

I used beds.uk for a bed for my son, it was custom made as it was a super king. Well worth the money.
I could also pick my delivery slot to suit myself.

Ordered bed wanted to talk to someone but no one ever answered so emailed your company 3 times but still no reply so continued to phone with no one answering. Phoned my bank to get a refund even my bank said your company sound dodging. How quick you are to take our money but not professional enough to answer a call or reply to an email. I spend 6 days trying to contact your company and my phone bill was sky high. Start acting like a company and have the decency to get back to a customer.

I have used many internet based companies over the years and these are the worst ive encountered.
I ordered outdoor furniture which the website said was in stock for immediate delivery circa 2/4 days, they took the money immediately and i waited to hear from them. After a few days i tried to contact them, over a week and two hours of being put on hold i never managed to speak to anyone. After 10 days they informed me they might have stock in another 6 weks.(the website still shows item in stock for immediate delivery).
They also sent me 5 e mails saying they attempted to ring me, but on each occasion no record of calls were left on my phone.
After getting my credit card company involved i got a full refund but have no trust in this company. The item is still in stock for immediate delivery according to the website. Buyer beware and always use a credit card for purchases over £100.

Received a bed with an oil stain on the headboard. And within one night the slats started to break.
They sent two new slats and offered a £20 refund for the headboard stain. Another slat broke on night 3 so contacted the company after we got back from holiday and they offered to send out 2 more slats and another £10 refund on the headboard.
I was not happy with this and asked for a replacement bed which they finally agreed to. But on receiving a call from the courier company I find out they are only replacing the headboard. Will never use this company again. Avoid at all costs

Sold me a "luxury" memory foam mattress to go with a Lift-up Ottoman bed. Bed is OK although it's a bit rickety (cheap, so expected) but the mattress was utter rubbish, the "memory foam" non-existent (or all but). I 'phoned but they insisted they sent the right mattress and weren't helpful. I certainly shan't be using this company again.

I have just purchased a gas lift ottoman 4ft bed from Beds.co.uk. It arrived yesterday well packed. I assembled the bed straight away and found that it was very well made allowing assembly without any problems what-so-ever. It went together like a dream. I highly recommend this company and their products. I am very pleased indeed.

The order was soon here, in a very fast delivery time and I was kept updated throughout the delivery process. The bed base is sturdy and strong but was easy to assemble on my own with all the necessary tools supplied and the mattress fits well and is comfortable. This was the best price for a single bed that I could find on the internet or in the stores.
