Brought a leather bed with drawers, easy to assemble, sturdy and top quality. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend product or company to anyone. Delivered on time, all parts present and nothing damaged. Top quality at budget prices can't fault anything!

Our mattress arrived with a burn hole in it. We have also had to purchase a topper due to the mattress being extremely uncomfortable. The quality of the foam is poor and you can still feel the springs through it. We will be purchasing a new mattress elsewhere asap.

I bought two beds from beds.co.uk- Im very satisfied with one but the other was not the product I ordered- I submitted a query but received no response. As my baby was due imminently and I urgently required the bed I kept it... the customer service was none existent.

Just had delivery of my new single bed. Not the mattress that I ordered and one of the drawers fell to bits. My 91 year old father is having try and mend it for me. Was told two men would deliver the bed but only was one man to be in the bed.
I wouldn't rate this shop its rubbish.

From ordering to delivery very good communication felt confident in purchasing online as this was our first time furniture was delivered promptly & on time and was assembled and being used within 2 hours on one of the hottest days of the year good quality and very good price would recommend.

This is the second bed I have bought from this company and both times the service has been second to none. I was able to choose a delivery date and kept well informed as to when it would be delivered. Many thanks for a brilliant service.

Easy to assemble, comes with clear instructions. Bed is great for storage, plenty of space. We got the grey bed, great look and good strong material. Delivery was free and it was great I could choose my delivery slot when I placed my order. Great service

Quite happy with my purchase. Delivery was as promised. Mattress perhaps not as firm as I wanted, advertised as firm but felt quite soft if you sit at the edges but comfortable when you lie on it and super thick! Bought the 2000 sprung pocket mattress.

They delivered a bed without the parts to fix it. They also delivered a drawer that was broken. When I called them to send the parts to fix the bed and replace the broken drawer, they said it was sent but I never received them. It has been over 3 weeks and still I have no bed to sleep on, because the parts were not delivered.

I called them about this issue to the point they started to ignore my calls and hung up on me. I am unable to reach anyone who actually knows what they are doing or talking about. I still have no bed to sleep on, not even a refund or any persons I can speak to as I am constantly getting transferred or ignored.

I feel the company is fraudulent and they need to be reported to the trading standards!

Bought few beds from this company. Very poor service had to chase them a lot before getting my delivery. To my surprise did not get the single bed delivered. Againg start chasing them ask for refund which was very hard to get. Spoke to a manager but no change this time they came to deliver without informing me. And was the wrong bed. Still waiting for refund lets see poor service.

We purchased a bed and mattress for my brother from beds.co.uk before we saw the negative reviews. Naturally, after reading the reviews we were quite concerned that we'd get messed around - this didn't happen. We called the following day and were given our delivery date. The day before delivery we received a text confirmation stating approx delivery time. On the day of delivery the driver called, who was very polite, to advise that he was 10 mins away from the property. The bed is now up and my brother is very happy!

The mattress was well packaged, after the packaging was removed you could see the quality of the mattress, the expert workmanship. I could not lift it myself as I am tiny in height. I had to get help to unpack and get it placed on my bed base. It did not bend in the middle like some mattresses do. And I knew that this was a A+ quality mattress. That I would recommend Beds.co.uk to all who what to sleep soundly on a deep comfy luxurious mattress. At affordable prices. The service from this company is Five Stars from the time of order right to the delivery of the mattress. When I went to bed that night soon as my head hit the pillow. I was dreaming with Mr. Sandman.

I am an old age pensioner who bought a bed from these people 15 months ago, the bed has been used only to sleep on. The side of the bed has broken and collapsed and was clearly faulty when sold. The after sales service from these people has been disgraceful firstly saying they had no record of the sale and after sending them the original invoice and some 8 emails they answer was that the item is out of warranty so they have no obligation to repair or replace, they were not prepared to even offer to sell me the broken part. Avoid these people like the plague unless you are happy that your purchase may only last you a year - thouroughly disgraceful after sales service.

Ordered a 4 ft divan bed for my daughter with memory foam- delivery was prompt but bed didn't resemble the bed in the photos- not just colour wise! The quality is appalling- no instructions, no delivery note, no labels on the bed or mattress- not even a fire label? Is this even legal? Definitely no memory foam- spent an age waiting for customer service- asked for an urgent collection as my daughter has no bed to sleep on now and no space to put a bed until this has been collected- but no reply! Really wish I hadn't parted with my money.

This purchase could not have been easier. Product selection was good and lots of info on the website.
I could arrange delivery to suit me and delivery was achieved well inside the requested window.
Will definitely use again and will recommend to everyone.

Purchased a bed/mattress via E Bay and the service from the minute I placed the order was first class-very swift delivery on time, well packaged, no damage of missing parts and not too dissimilar to one I bought at Harvey's last year for my Son at twice the price! I would recommend them and use them again

The bed I bought from here is very comfortable and easy to put together. They originally delivered a few of the wrong pieces, which was a bit of a pain because this meant I was without a bed for 2 days. However, they did eventually send replacements free of charge. But, reason Ive given 2 stars is because of the service I received.

I was told multiple times that someone would call me back but this didnt happen, so I was always chasing calls. I was also offered compensation and an email confirmation of this, but I never received either. When I spoke to the customer service manager, he then went against his other staff and refused me any compensation at all. He then proceeded to tell me he was the director of the company and that there was no one higher to speak to - a blatant lie after a quick online search. Then he continued to argue with me until he hung up. Ive never had a company go back on their word, lie to me, given me such bad communication or hung up on me. Terrible service.

The mattress came quickly and everything was as advertised. It came very well packed and therefore was easy to get upstairs for two pensioners. It is very comfortable and we are getting a much better nights sleep.
