Great prices, great delivery. Only small complaint was instructions for gas lift bed were not as easy as they could have been, although had a very quick response when I contacted customer services. Overall fantastic and will use again.
I purchased a 3000 pocket sprung mattresses with an organic pillow top as described in the pictures and description on their website. What arrived was a completely different mattresses with no pillow top. I emailed and asked for a refund or an exchange and was told this was the right matress I had ordered and there was no error. I said how can it be when it has no pillow top. I have had no reply now im within my 14 days days and they are refusing to return the mattress exchange. I will attach picture of the pillow top mattress we were supposed to receive and what we received. I said to to the delivery driver im not accepting that it is a complete different mattress he said we can't take it back you have to take it up with the company. Terrible customer service and scam artists misrepresentation of their items on their website it illegal. They say the stitching and colours may vary ok... but to advertise a pillow top matress then send a plain mattress with no pillow top on completely different specification. It feels flimsy and I doubt it will last the test of time. I wish I had order from wayfair or a reputable company kicking myself so bad thinking of calling the bank don't make the same mistake! Im being told these are the same mattress? Pls someone tell me im not going insane!
Great product for the money, delivery was on time as stated... great value for money. The bed looks even better than I thought it would. Would use again... well done

We ordered our bed and got it within a few days, it took about an hour and a half to put it together then a couple of hours to wait for the mattress to expand but it was well worth the wait.

I ordered a 4f6 double ottoman bed on 22nd April everything went through ok, got a phone call a week later saying the Bed was delayed, can't be delivered till the 14th may I said that was ok, got an email saying that Something went wrong with our bed so they have upgraded our bed at no extra cost which was nice but sent an email saying that would be fine my sone moved back in on the 10th I said he had to sleep on a blow up bed for a few days.
Haven't received the new bed have called about 10 times emailed with no reply if I can't get through by Wednesday will have to go back to PayPal to get a refund.
I was told if you start this process and cancel the refund with PayPal you can't get it again so if I start the refund you have to get your money and sauce another bed from somewhere else.
Just want the bed my sons been on air bed now for 8 days I think that's long enough

Excellent quality bed and for a 1/3 of the price of what i found similar beds for online and in stores, would definitely use them again and would 100% recommend them to friends and family

Or a king size bed from beds.co.uk got a delivery time and date and the bed was delivered very easy to put together and of a very high quality would definitely recommend to anyone wanted to buy

Searched lots of sites but was impressed with the value and delivery service that was offered. When my order arrived I was further impressed with the quality of the product. Will be ordering again.

Worse company
I ordered 3single beds and a double bed in December. Purchase and initial delivery was ok.
When beds were built they were of poor quality and skins broke. All beds were then replaced. New beds were put together and parts were missing.
After numerous emails back and forth they agreed to swap one bed as I had bits from that bed to repair the others where parts were missing and damaged.
Their courier came later than advised with no correspondence and I had to pop out for an e argent call out. They advised they would take bed and leave other one outside as I was less than ten minutes away and we have full cctv covering the property.
When I returned there was no new bed, upon checking the cctv I could see the courier had taken the damaged bed and no new bed was delivered.
I sent the cctv and was emailed back to say a delivery has been scheduled. On the day of delivery they contacted to say they had not received the bed back and therefore would not be sending another until they had received it.
I again emailed and have done on numerous occasions and still til now we have not received the bed nor being given and advise how to rectify this. They do not reply to emails. They send same message over and over again but do not address how unacceptable quality there products are. They are not helpful they just want to sell with no after sales help. No quality in the products.
It has been 8 months and they have not delivered the bed that they agreed to swap although they have had CCTV of their driver collecting it.
I can only advise you to purchase elsewhere these people are money robbing thieves and are not helpful and will not be there if you have any problems after.
Very annoyed customer who is in the process of getting legal process started.

I purchased a leather bed frame and mattress for these and at first it all seem fine. It was delivered on time, last Friday and I dismantled my old one and put together the new one over the weekend. It was only when I unrolled the mattress I noticed that it was not what I through I ordered.
I had ordered a spring memory foam mattress but this looked nothing like what I had seen before. I left it for well over 24 hours to let it settle.
When I went back and laid on it all I cud feel was the springs and no memory foam. I contacted the by email and was asked to send in some photos, which I did. When they got back to me they said this was the correct mattress. So I called them and was waiting for over 25min and then what the man on the phone said was appalling, he said what do you expect its our cheapest one.
As I am a CAD design engineer by trade I thought I had best look at the mattress in more detail, this is what I found I my opinion.
1. There are no fire safety labels on the mattress at all. So would not comply with BS 7177 or EN 597:1995.
2. I then cut open the mattress and not to surprise there is no memory foam in it at all.
I have just emailed them the photos of this and I am awaiting there reply.
In the mean time I will be reporting them to trading standards under the trade description act and for a possible fire safety risk.
Please do not use this company as you cud be putting your safety at risk.

The Ottoman storage bed I bought was great value, arrived on time and the quality was as expected. The only issue I had was that the floor covering doesn't quite fit the size of the bed.

I read some of the bad reviews and was very dubious about purchasing from beds.co.uk although a friend had told me about a good experience he had so, I took his word and made a purchase.
I ordered a mattress, pocket spring, soon after my purchase I received a message, a confirmation followed by another email to choose a delivery date. Nice and easy. The delivery arrived promptly on the date I selected with a time slot the day before via text. I was hoping for a call prior to arrival but as it was prior to 9 am I was already at home. The mattress was well packaged and heavy as expected. The first night I slept on the mattress it was a little uncomfortable although this was expected as it was something I was not used to and different from my old mattress of course. A few nights in and it's proven to be a fantastic mattress supports my back nice and firm and just what was needed and advertised. Iv gone and pruchased a metal bed for my daughters room today and again nice and easy order and delivery process. Great A+
