Bought a garden sofa set size was wrongly advertised so would not fit our garden space sent it back and got refund with no problems great customer services.

Good quality, looks smart, Sarah great help with the order and delivery. No problems, even one person could assemble it, although that took longer. Would order again.

I was amused to se leather bed at such rate so tried once and realised its a great product, easy to assemble and my bedroom view is completely changed.

Ordered a bed on 14th May for delivery on 22nd May. Received email on 21st spouting Covid 19 blah blah. Can't supply my bed, gave other suggestions. Emailed straight back to see when new stock would be in. No reply. Sent another email stating I required a refund. Spent ages on the phone, eventually got through & was promised a call within 24hrs to sort out refund. No call! After 18 attempts on 23rd May I had the pleasure of speaking to a rude condescending female. Still no closer to a refund. Small claims court it is.

Should have read the reviews before ordering a bed & mattress. Decided to cancel the order the next day and 2 weeks later still havent been refunded despite numerous emails & phone calls. I can't believe this company hasn't been investigated by Watchdog or Trading Standards. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Great value for money would recommend to anyone! After looking at high priced beds Ive found theres is no comparison to the one I have bought, the build quality is much higher than expected.

Purchased a mattress from them. (Pocket 3000 Spring Orthopaedic Mattress) What I received was in no way what I saw on their web site. Although they do say there are variations. See photos. What you see will NOT be what you get. Do not rely on the picture nor the description. Made a complaint. I must say the customer service contacted me later tried to resolve the issue. I purchased a so called 3000 Pocket Spring mattress but I could safely believe that there is not even 1000. Mattress was sold as a Firm but you could squeeze it to a thin mattress by hand and if I sat at the edge I would slip down. Sent them photos and they accepted that it did not look ok and they promised to send me a firmer one ensuring it will have extra padding and frame around the mattress etc. Having had to take yet another day off work the replacement mattress arrived. And to my surprise exactly the same as the one I already had. I checked and compared it with what I had and decided that there was no point in accepting the new one as it did was exactly the same would not solve the issue. So it was sent it back and I sent the customer service an email. That is the last I have heard! Their delivery service may be free but you pay for it by loosing your days off in my case if things go wrong it will be a waste of time. In fact I had to take three days off as the first mattress was delivered in two attempts since at first attempt they damaged the order. I am now left with a £400 waste of a mattress and already feel the springs in to my back! I am afraid... Never again Beds.co.uk! Should have paid £100 more and gone to Argos.

Very pleased with product which is both attractive and sturdy. Delivery was prompt and the item arrived as described and well-packaged. Would definitely use this company again.

I ordered a new double match this month a mattress was delivered by two guys who turned it around in my hallway and learn it against my wall then asked me sign for it and quickly left. Later when I asked a friend to help me take it upstairs to the bedroom we noticed that the wall was marked with black stains and were horrified to see that the reason they had struggled to turn it around before leaning it was that the covering was very badly stained with animal or bird excrement!
I was horrified who would dream of doing that? They say they provide an excellent delivery service but it's disgusting.
I can't be sure that the mattress has not been contaminated as there were small tips on the plastic cover. There is no way I'm accepting it and although I reported the problem to them via email and trying to phone. They are not responding and have just ignored me.
Do not buy from this company. I have pictures of the disgust was on the side of the mattress the mess includes worms. It made me feel sick.

Possibly the worst customer service of my life.

Shocking treatment from start to finish. Ordered online to be told there was no possible delivery available, after reading great delivery deals advertised on the website. Three days later I was contacted to be told the bed I ordered was now unavailable and I needed to choose an alternative option. I was very disappointed to hear this as the bed I chose my girlfriend had her heart set on.

After the bed was delivered we began building and half way through noticed a split on one of the leather panels and from this moment on had a nightmare with customer service. I called to make the company aware of the issue and was told I would get a call back within the hour (this didn't happen) I phoned again two hours later to ask for an update.

We were offered a replacement bed but after a day of assembling the first bed to sleep on this didn't appeal to me. Eventually we agreed to a replacement panel. The following week a delivery driver arrived with a new bed expecting me to have dismantled the old one. I phoned customer service and spoke to a very rude man who argued with me that I had insisted I wanted a new bed delivering.

I then spoke to a supervisor who made delivering a replacement panel as difficult as possible. How can I be expected to have the damaged panel ready to be collected without having the replacement delivered to put straight on? The whole issue has left a sour taste in my mouth. Lesson learned pay more for better quality and better customer care.
