Great prices, great delivery. Only small complaint was instructions for gas lift bed were not as easy as they could have been, although had a very quick response when I contacted customer services. Overall fantastic and will use again.
I purchased a 3000 pocket sprung mattresses with an organic pillow top as described in the pictures and description on their website. What arrived was a completely different mattresses with no pillow top. I emailed and asked for a refund or an exchange and was told this was the right matress I had ordered and there was no error. I said how can it be when it has no pillow top. I have had no reply now im within my 14 days days and they are refusing to return the mattress exchange. I will attach picture of the pillow top mattress we were supposed to receive and what we received. I said to to the delivery driver im not accepting that it is a complete different mattress he said we can't take it back you have to take it up with the company. Terrible customer service and scam artists misrepresentation of their items on their website it illegal. They say the stitching and colours may vary ok... but to advertise a pillow top matress then send a plain mattress with no pillow top on completely different specification. It feels flimsy and I doubt it will last the test of time. I wish I had order from wayfair or a reputable company kicking myself so bad thinking of calling the bank don't make the same mistake! Im being told these are the same mattress? Pls someone tell me im not going insane!
Appalling from start to finish. Blatant lying on the website with regards to deliveries: they are not next day, but in fact an entire week! I tried to cancel the delivery but couldn't. The courier they use (premier?) was appalling. Turned up at 7am after giving me an ambiguous text with a 5 hour time slot a couple of days before. Rock up at my house at 7am, one guy on his own, drops my bed frame from the lorry and makes a hole in the box.
The quality of the bed frame was fine, but the mattresses were f****** SHOCKING. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on them (bunk beds). They were also both completely different models. My four year old lay on one and complained instantly that it was uncomfortable!
So returned the mattresses after haggling on the phone and the guy was blue in the face after trying to flog me some other crap offering of theirs for a discount.
ANOTHER week and some rude guy rocks up (on his own, again) and started questioning why I was returning them, why did I open the plastic covers (?!), could he back into my lawn as his partner is sick etc etc. I had to help him carry the damn things onto his lorry.
PLEASE, PLEASE avoid this horrendous company, or at the very least don't even think about buying their mattresses. Horrific episode and now I am still hunting for mattresses!
Tip for consumers:
There are so many other incredible companies to use. My favourite so far was Simba if you have the funds.

Rude and patronising company. Costumer service team are lazy. Do not buy from this company, it's a big con, you will receive a sub standard bed that will break with in a month.

Ordered a double Devan bed with 4 drawers. A mattress and headboard. Delivered it to me on friday. Driver found headboard at bottom of van under beds. When he took it out it was broken I said to him are you going to take it back.he said no you take it in and contact them and they will replace it. I signed the paper work and I write headboard broken on it. Took the headboard inside and tried to contact them.no one answered the phone. I sent them an email explaining the situation. They emailed back the next day saying takes photos and order number etc and they will sort it out. Now Monday two days later.no more replies to my emails. Rang phone number 10 minutes later someone answers and told me I need to speak to after sales. Said they would put me through. Again waited 10 minutes and again told same thing. Gave up no one takes responsibility. Very poor after sales. Stear clear of this company.or if you pay cash on delivery check goods first.and hold back any money if goods are faulty/broken

Efficient for dealing with the order, bed arrived on time and delivered to our bedroom. It turns out that it was too small: that's when things got much too complicated for beds.co.uk! Called the customer service several times without being able to go through so emailed them: very slow responses (2 days between each emails, given that you have a 14 days exchange this is not ideal at all!) and the responses were completely useless and unhelpful. Finally got someone on the phone (very nice lady) who rearranged for a new bed to be delivered and the other one to be picked up from my flat, told me that I only needed to wrap up the bed (which I did). When the delivery men came finally (they were given the wrong address by beds.co.uk first), they didn't want to go all the way up to my flat this time, they expected me (I was by myself!) to take the bed down and take the new one up 4 flights of stairs by myself... Of course I couldn't do that so they took the bed back. Tried to contact customer service again, phone number wasn't working again, had to email them again, very slow and useless responses again - so slow that it finally happened, my 14 days for exchange had expired. So now I have a bed that's too small and I can't really do anything about it, I was penalised because of their bad customer service which is very annoying, this has been a bad experience. You better be sure of what you want if you want to use them, exchange or return is not an option with this level of service (despite what they say)! Would not recommend them at all.

Over a month ago now I ordered a bed from beds.co.uk. Never Again! I would recommend no one to give this company any of their money or any personal details. First, I was informed I would receive my order the following day. You can imagine my disappointment when the bed did not arrive after I had paid for my old bed to be taken to the skip and no one had contacted me to inform me of this. After a few phone calls and being advised I would be given a partial refund and that I would receive my bed 4 days later! Finally the bed arrived but no partial refund received. Then, I noticed I was linked in and receiving an email from a customer of beds.co.uk and when looking further my email had also been shared with others. When drawing this to the attention of the manager apparently this was a technical problem that had been resolved. Still receiving emails and still no refund I called again to be told a manager would be calling me back straight away "within 2mins" apparently. Now beds.co.uk have closed and guess what? Still no phone call/ email/ refund!

Nice option to choose delivery date, and was delivered on time. However, the delivery company wasn't very helpful in terms of knowing what time the bed would arrive.

Bed came when it said it would. Comfortable mattress (memory foam) was easy to put together. Just a shame wasn't given the option to purchase mattress for trundle at the same time
