Great prices, great delivery. Only small complaint was instructions for gas lift bed were not as easy as they could have been, although had a very quick response when I contacted customer services. Overall fantastic and will use again.
I purchased a 3000 pocket sprung mattresses with an organic pillow top as described in the pictures and description on their website. What arrived was a completely different mattresses with no pillow top. I emailed and asked for a refund or an exchange and was told this was the right matress I had ordered and there was no error. I said how can it be when it has no pillow top. I have had no reply now im within my 14 days days and they are refusing to return the mattress exchange. I will attach picture of the pillow top mattress we were supposed to receive and what we received. I said to to the delivery driver im not accepting that it is a complete different mattress he said we can't take it back you have to take it up with the company. Terrible customer service and scam artists misrepresentation of their items on their website it illegal. They say the stitching and colours may vary ok... but to advertise a pillow top matress then send a plain mattress with no pillow top on completely different specification. It feels flimsy and I doubt it will last the test of time. I wish I had order from wayfair or a reputable company kicking myself so bad thinking of calling the bank don't make the same mistake! Im being told these are the same mattress? Pls someone tell me im not going insane!
The delivery was super, it was a bargain for the bed frame, but the mattress that comes along was a bit not what I expected. For the price that I'm paying, I have zero complain about it.

I ordered ans paid for a kingsize pillow top bed, as advertised as a Drayton for £409! Last chance as the clock was ticking. I then seen the same bed advertised using exactly the same pic called a Sultan for £336!
I called the company to explain and was promised a price match refund, sent pics, bed arrives from the delivery man and it was literally thrown in the hallway blocking my stairs, driver could see I had my arm in a sling and refused to help me.
The bed and mattress was NOTHING Like advertised, it is of substandard quality and has ink marks lining up the joins and is coming away at the seams, it doesnt have the turning handles as advertised either.
Also on the polythene packaging that I sent a picture of to this company it describes the bed as a SULTAN! They cheekily emailed me back saying it was an old label...
I have sent so far about 14 emails and pictures, asking for the bed to be returned and my money back, I keep getting a generic automated reply fobing me off!
I am now taking this up with the ASA... big mistake beds. co.uk dont go near them, ive lost £409 and a shoddy excuse for a bed, misleading site

Absolute scam of a company. We placed our order online and the delivery information was all there at check out stating free delivery. We then got an text message and email asking us to pick a delivery slot but when we went onto premier deliveries link we were unable to select the time slot so I went to online chat for advice where I was then told that the delivery charge was £69.99 for my postcode. Although this is stated in the terms and conditions (was made aware of this when I went a searched the fine print) this once not once made clear during the purchase, further more I was informed I would have to ring a charged landline number to pay for the delivery over the phone which meant giving my card details over the phone, not very secure. When I asked to cancel the order I was then informed the only way I could do that was to ring another charged for landline number. So basically the company advertises cheap prices then once you pay, informs you of a massive delivery charge with an insecure way to pay for it and if you decide to cancel you are still out money because they charge you for the phone call to cancel. Far better using a different company who's prices seem a little more expensive but are upfront and honest about other charges. Plus I was waiting for 40mins on the phone (I tried calling twice), dreading my phone bill :(. . I am out money and without a purchase, SCAM

The king size ottoman grey fabric bed I recieved from this company is great. I bought the foam mattress with it and 2 more mattresses for a triple sleeper bed in our spare room. The bed is sturdy and looks great. The mattress was very comfy, however we are now looking to replace our matress due to our body imprints and it becoming uncomfy. Im not a big fan of memory foam anyway, so this could just be our preference. We have had this matress a couple of months, what more can you expect for the £100 we paid for a king mattress? The ones in the spare room are still in great condition due to not being slept in every night.
Delivery was not an issue and I could not praise the customer service any more. The response times are great and they are willing to resolve any possible problems. I have had nothing but pleasure dealing with the customer service team. I had a slight issue with the bed slats recently (these beds were purchased in September) and they were still willing to sort it out two months down the line! I would like to thank the staff for great service and I will definitely be recommended to friends and family!

I ordered a bed base from beds.co.uk because of the price and the fact that i needed a bed base within 48 hours. I had to call the company 3 times for various questions and i had to wait on the phone over 26 minutes every time. The bed arrived damaged and had also parts missing so i could not secure the bar and the legs that support the mattress in the centre of the frame. Also, the pre-drilled holes are not correctly placed so most of the screws could not fit. I had to do some DIY with tools and parts from my own tool box to make the frame hold together. The boxes were not damaged when they arrived but they were not in great condition, so my only guess is that they delivered to me a returned/unwanted bed from another customer who had returned it. I cannot be spending more time dealing with that company, but i have learn my lesson. The prices are to good to be true.The delivery occurred when they said it would but the two guys who delivered never even came to ring the door bell, i live in a basement flat and i saw someone walking on the pavement few times in row, so i decided to check it out and it was the the guys delivering my bed. They were simply going to leave. The delivery van was so dirty you could hardly see their plate number AND I HAD TO JUMP IN THE VAN to get my boxes out of it. THEY DID NOT HELP. Only they came to check i had the correct boxes before i had to sign the delivery note. AVOID - AVOID - AVOID

Currently awaiting my refund a week after requesting them to cancel the items. I spoke to someone on the phone regarding an order I placed on Thursday April 27th. Although I had seen the same bed cheaper on amazon, I elected to order from beds.co.uk as it was advertised with next day delivery (and I ordered before midday) & my previous bed broke so I was left to sleep on a mattress on the floor. The bed didn't arrive on Friday leaving me sleeping on the mattress on the floor every night until The Tuesday when I could contact them again. I was also working that morning and missed the delivery of the bed (which was expected 4 days before). Beds.co.uk and the courier company then said they can't deliver the bed until Friday this week (again... Dont advertise next day deliver if not possible), leaving me bedless again. When I called again the person on your phone told me he couldn't do anything because "I just work here."
I then asked to cancel my order and asked for a full refund to be told they cant do this because the missed delivery is my fault and there will now be a £29 charge to rearrange delivery.
Just no help or Amy level of customer service.

I bought a 2000 pocket sprung mattress with memory foam from Beds.co.uk, and hands down it has been the worst mistake I've made this year. Although the mattress looked ok on receiving it and unwrapping, when you lay side by side on the on the bed, you were both thrown into the centre of the bed; bare in mind this was suppose to be pocket sprung which is developed to keep the bodies independent when laid upon!
Obviously we were unhappy about this but gave it a second nights trial, and still woke up achy and unrested. The worst part is dealing with Beds.co.uk's after sales team, firstly they will pas you around the office, with almost insulting excuses, then there are calls for photographic evidence, that they don't reply to and eventually promising numerous call backs that never materialise.
Even when Paypal were involved to resolve the issue, their calls for fair play were dismissed. If it wasn't For my diligence, Paypals backing, and a fantastic courier that returned it back to them with photographic evidence (Beds... will try and deny you trying to return their shoddy items) a month and a bit down the line I can finally wash my hands of these charlatans.
