Great prices, great delivery. Only small complaint was instructions for gas lift bed were not as easy as they could have been, although had a very quick response when I contacted customer services. Overall fantastic and will use again.
I purchased a 3000 pocket sprung mattresses with an organic pillow top as described in the pictures and description on their website. What arrived was a completely different mattresses with no pillow top. I emailed and asked for a refund or an exchange and was told this was the right matress I had ordered and there was no error. I said how can it be when it has no pillow top. I have had no reply now im within my 14 days days and they are refusing to return the mattress exchange. I will attach picture of the pillow top mattress we were supposed to receive and what we received. I said to to the delivery driver im not accepting that it is a complete different mattress he said we can't take it back you have to take it up with the company. Terrible customer service and scam artists misrepresentation of their items on their website it illegal. They say the stitching and colours may vary ok... but to advertise a pillow top matress then send a plain mattress with no pillow top on completely different specification. It feels flimsy and I doubt it will last the test of time. I wish I had order from wayfair or a reputable company kicking myself so bad thinking of calling the bank don't make the same mistake! Im being told these are the same mattress? Pls someone tell me im not going insane!
Specifically called to get an idea of delivery times before ordering to save hassle later. Made order on the phone as was told delivery date I received no email confirmation. Delivery datecame and passed even though a received a text on the day stating the time. I had to contact them (which was a nightmare) to be told it was recalled but when I challenged and said but it's still for sale on their website all of a sudden it was out of stock and I could have it two months after the original order date, offered a replacement but was something they had no photos of? Yes I'll spend £500 on something I have no description/ picture of - I don't think so. I asked for a refund said I would get a call in 24hrs wasn't taking the risk then said it's been processed and will take 10 working days. I asked for an email confirmation that I would wait online for after not receiving an order confirmation at which point Sarah decided to end the chat so I am not hopeful of getting the refund for. Them and will go to the credit card company instead.

I ordered a matteres from Beds.co.uk.
The delivery man parked at the end of the road and demanded that I go to his van and carry the product up to my flat.
After being told what he could do with that idea he grudginly appeared at my door and pushed it at me.
The materess is actually a matteress topper so is not as advertised. I have since been given the run around and they won't replace or refund the purchase.
DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered a double bed from this company which arrived on April 15th. There were staples sticking out all over the place and a dent in the base, but as I'm heavily pregnant I accepted it, removing the staples myself and rationalising that no-one would see a dent in the base.
What I couldn't accept was the wooden headboard snapping in my hands, it was so flimsy it caved. I contacted Beds.co.uk that very day and was asked to provide images (fine) to ensure it was actually their product. No apology, no concern, just the suggestion that I was requesting a refund on a product not event provided by them. Nice.
I swiftly sent across photo evidence and received a reply saying they'd only pay me £5, a fraction of the cost of the headboard. Ermmm, why?! Again no apology at all just a blunt response from a lady who turns out to be the customer care supervisor!
After multiple emails and being passed around to 3 different tesm members, they've agreed to pick up the broken and dangerous headboard and then give me a refund on it. No delivery time specified so stuck in all day.
And just to top it off I've repeatedly called the complaints department but lo and behold they're not answering!

Fast delivery service but...
I am aware the purchase of the divan was cheap so was not expecting a brilliant bed. Unfortunately whilst I popped out my hubby unwrapped and put it together which he made tiny holes in the rattan plastic underneath to ensure clips holding the two pieces of divan together fitted properly against the wooden frame - aaaargghhh.
This then made it unreturnable according to their terms and conditions.
When I layed down it was rock solid and felt no softness from the pillow top, I therefore looked at the Pillow top and it did not look like the same softness as the picture, handles are not on the mattress all the way around, material looks different. I looked for manufacturers label for details on the bed to confirm it was the correct item and as described but unable to find any. This concerned me that there were no labels from manufacturer as with most beds. Looking back on their website it does actually say NO LABLES that alone started questions.
I have not contacted the company as only now reading the reviews it appears it will just be wasting time, together with the fact my hubby put holes in it.
I also cannot find the holes to screw the headboard on.
Now going to buy another elsewhere, now going to try sell this one for next to nothing, hopefully a landlord may be interest.
Are Beds.co.uk the actual manufacture?
Certainly learnt a lesson on this purchase.

I bought 3 beds from them in October. A double and 2 singles.
Double bed story first.
The double bed base was damaged and i reported it straight away. It is now December and i still haven't got a replacement. Last week ( 14th December they sent a base which was a different one from what i ordered) and they had to collect the damaged base. They left the damaged base and removed the 2 single beds (one which was made up) from a different bedroom and left the damaged base.
Single beds now.
I ordered upgraded mattresses and received one of what i ordered and another completely different and the incorrect size. I never noticed this until i started building them up which was 2-3 weeks after i received delivery of them ( i was on holiday) i have been trying to have it replaced and today 18th December Boyce with no second name as i did ask and he refused to give me his full name after i asked for a manager and he told me that he was the manager, well Boyce kindly told me that as i didn't report it within 14 days he cannot exchange it for the original one i paid extra for and i would have to buy another.
Completely unprofessional in every way you could imagine. Stay well clear of this company. And for the record, i never complain and this is my first review written
