Yesterday I called up the Beds.co.uk team and they advised my bed is out of warranty and cannot help at all, Even after me stating how can the bed break in the same place twice surely there is something wrong with the design. I was very sad yesterday

I am having difficulty with my ottoman bed and can not get this to perform properly, I am now told that to get someone out to assist will be £149? The wrong bed was deilvered and yes a replacement has been ordered(which I had to chase an reply for today) 25 minutes on hold before anyone answered. Really poor service as far as I am concered, The mattress I ordered has non-existent memory foam.? Will definitely try and shop locally for my next purchase. Saving a few pounds is no exchange for quality.
So we was looking for a new bed and mattress as you do for your new home. Not sure what mattress would b beat but the lady on zoopim was very helpfull reccomend a mattress most suitable to our needs. Placed an ordr on friday and was delivered on Monday. EASY to assemble and the driver was very friendly in bringing the goods in althoigh 2 man would have been nice
Although we were not impressed initially with either the Rattan furniture, or the customer service when a query was raised, a further telephone call retrieved the situation with a promise of replacement furniture, and an offer to assemble the chairs when delivered. They carried out that promise and we now have the furniture we originally hoped for. So as said the company did get it right in the end.
Checked the reviews was a little cautious, did a few checks company is legitimate so made a purchase. Bed arrived as arranged, easy to assemble and looks great- would recommend if your looking for a simple but nice bed quickly for a fair price which was easy to assemble alsp

So I've read some of the reviews on beds.co.uk and was uncertain about making my purchase. I chose to go ahead and no regrets. Great product for the price. Delivery was swift and couriers where very informative. 2 young lads delivered and the bed was easy to assemble. I have since brought another bed and mattress and no issues again
I bought a Chelsea small double bed with mattress and head board delivery slots were fine and delivery was good delivered 01/07/17 Manchester nice and pleasant delivery driver the problem is the workmanship of the bed the frame feels so flimsy and the board over the top wouldn't take much weight for it to go through you only realise once you have set it up then it's finding the holes for the headboard also haven't got a clue how you secure the two halfs of the divan together as there is no instructions but to top it off the mattress hangs over the bottom of the bed frame we have tried to higher the headboard but we car'nt get it higher than the mattress to be pushed back to be honest car'nt see this bed lasting long really regret not reading the reviews
I purchased a bed for the spare room, a day bed with mattress plus trundle. I received a message to choose a date of choice as advertised. The bed arrived promptly and the driver was kind enough to bring the goods upstairs. I was missing a screw so i emailed the support team and received my screws within 2 days. The bed was easy to set up and the mattress is idea for the spare room and no complaints for the amount i paid. Great price, Great service and quick delivery. Thanks beds.co.uk

I ordered a rattan garden set from this company on 31st May. Their website would not let me click on delivery options but it stated on their website next day delivery.as I ordered this on the Wednesday around 20.30 I knew my item would not come next day, so I presumed it would come on the Friday. Nothing had been delivered by lunchtime so I contacted them by phone to be answered by a very rude customer service lady who said we didn't ask for next day delivery when we ordered this. She then went on to explain that they could deliver the following Tuesday, this was no good to me as I have to work. So we agreed for this to be delivered on the Friday. By about 14.00 my delivery hadn't arrived I phoned again and was told my item would be with me shortly. When the item turned up it was just dumped in my front room, I signed for it and the delivery driver left. I went to open my parcels to find the boxes covered in birds mess, but to top it up the table was brown and the chairs were black (I had ordered a brown set) I phoned that day and was told that they couldn't collect it till the following Tuesday. The lady on the phone was very unsympathetic on the phone and I suggested would they be able to exchange this on Monday and she said they don't deliver in this area on a Monday. At this point I was beginning to get quite frustrated so I told her I wanted a refund for whole set. She agreed to this and said the patio set would be picked up on the Friday and a full refund would be given. They collected this item on 12th June. I did not receive my refund till 27th June that's 15 whole days to refund the money into my account. I think this is appalling service and if anyone ever thinks to buy from this company I seriously would think again. Poor customer service, poor delivery and collection service and worst still awful refund service.

I read some of the bad reviews and was very dubious about purchasing from beds.co.uk although a friend had told me about a good experience he had so, I took his word and made a purchase.
I ordered a mattress, pocket spring, soon after my purchase I received a message, a confirmation followed by another email to choose a delivery date. Nice and easy. The delivery arrived promptly on the date I selected with a time slot the day before via text. I was hoping for a call prior to arrival but as it was prior to 9 am I was already at home. The mattress was well packaged and heavy as expected. The first night I slept on the mattress it was a little uncomfortable although this was expected as it was something I was not used to and different from my old mattress of course. A few nights in and it's proven to be a fantastic mattress supports my back nice and firm and just what was needed and advertised. Iv gone and pruchased a metal bed for my daughters room today and again nice and easy order and delivery process. Great A+
I had placed an order on 17th June with beds.co.uk. Me and my partner needed a new bed, ours had broken and we had been sleeping on a mattress for a week already.My mum had sent over a link to beds.co.uk and they were brilliant prices. I didn't look at the reviews at the time because I thought my mum had known someone who got a bed off of the site. So on the Saturday we thought we would order it for the following Saturday 24th June as we were both off work, could get it up the stairs together instead of paying the extra £30 and we were already on a mattress for a week so we thought no harm for another week. On Friday 24th we got a email and text from them telling us our time slot 7am till 12 midday. We were both up. My partner was going to go to the tip with our mattress but I told him not to go incase the bed arrives. It gets to half 12 and there still is no bed so we try to ring the delivery company... no answer I kept getting cut off so then my partner rang beds.co.uk. The gentleman he spoke to was so rude, kept getting spoken over didn't listen to anything he had to say. He was pleading for the bed to come that we would hire a van and pick it up ourselves and they can reimburse us as we knew where they were based they said that they didn't keep the beds at the warehouse. We were then told the van had 40 beds in it... then we were told the driver had an accident on the motorway, all lies to make us feel bad that we were angry. I then started looking at the reviews and told my partner to cancel the bed as there were some terrible ones and we didn't want to be in the same position we told them we wanted the refund straight away on the Saturday absolutely nothing. I'm so worried I won't get the money back just thankful I payed through PayPal and will be opening a dispute and will be going to watchdog as this company needs to be closed down so it doesn't happen to anyone else! This place doesn't deserve 1 star. Stay away I have learnt my lesson. We have now ordered a bed from a store and will be getting it next weekend so another week on a mattress

Do not order from these, they take your money then use different delivery companies to send the mattress and the frame... communication is poor... ending up with mattress delivered one day and no sign of the frame... still waiting

I have taken a look into your order and can see the mattress and bed were delivered by different couriers, they were supposed to be delivering on the same day however the frame courier was delayed by one day. For this we sincerely apologise, we use different couriers to make the delivery process as quick and efficient as possible for our customers, and can only apologise that this was not the case for yourself.

After a small issue terri customer services sorted it out couldent of faulted service and super divan and brilliant delivery driver nothing was to much trouble and very polite
Ordered 8 piece Rattan set online, asked to confirm order with an email, no problem. All parts were there even a couple of extra screws, excellent quality. Great price and fast delivery. Delivery within 24 hours on Saturday morning which I selected, driver called 15 mins before delivery... would definitely use this company again.

Ordered a prado leather look bed last weekend, and took delivery of it today. No problem with getting a delivery slot. I received both texts and emails regarding the day and time slot. The delivery driver rang me when he was 15 mins away.
Very polite man who delivered the bed and he even took all the boxes upstairs for me.
All the pieces were there and the bed went together reasonably easily, seeing as I fitted it all myself.
Only snag was the mattress. It stinks! Kind of a fishy smell. Apart from that, I like it. Yet to sleep in it so will reserve my judgement on the quality.
This has to be worst mattress ive slept on. Said it was memory foam delux but more like sleeping on concrete!

I ordered a 3000 pocket sprung, memory topped mattress. When it arrived the quality was so poor that we couldn't even work out which side the foam was supposed to be on. I called them immediately to arrange to return the item (this was on 28th April - its now the 22nd May) and am still waiting for them to contact me. You can't get through by phone and they don't return emails. Will now be taking matter to Trading Standards and Advertising Authority plus credit card provider to try and get full refund. Whatever you do do not order anything from this company unless your happy with very poor quality and can afford to waste your money!

Absolutely terrible. The worst company I have had the unpleasure of dealing with. Avoid Like the plague. Should not be allow to trade they sell low quality and sub-standard products and do not back up their one year warranty. I am reporting to trading standard and national media today!. Jokers!
