Great prices, great delivery. Only small complaint was instructions for gas lift bed were not as easy as they could have been, although had a very quick response when I contacted customer services. Overall fantastic and will use again.
I purchased a 3000 pocket sprung mattresses with an organic pillow top as described in the pictures and description on their website. What arrived was a completely different mattresses with no pillow top. I emailed and asked for a refund or an exchange and was told this was the right matress I had ordered and there was no error. I said how can it be when it has no pillow top. I have had no reply now im within my 14 days days and they are refusing to return the mattress exchange. I will attach picture of the pillow top mattress we were supposed to receive and what we received. I said to to the delivery driver im not accepting that it is a complete different mattress he said we can't take it back you have to take it up with the company. Terrible customer service and scam artists misrepresentation of their items on their website it illegal. They say the stitching and colours may vary ok... but to advertise a pillow top matress then send a plain mattress with no pillow top on completely different specification. It feels flimsy and I doubt it will last the test of time. I wish I had order from wayfair or a reputable company kicking myself so bad thinking of calling the bank don't make the same mistake! Im being told these are the same mattress? Pls someone tell me im not going insane!
I have to say what a great service. My bed arrived on time, early morning by a pleasant driver.
The bed itself was excellent quality, well manufactured, relatively easy to assemble and great value for money.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Everything was so simple and quick. Only issue was trying to arrange for delivery as they could only show 2 weeks of dates that were fully booked. Had to keep looking to see if they had any availability. Put a note on the system about my working hours and they delivered it for me first thing in the morning. Quick and reliable.

I must say I am extremely impressed at the service I have received from start to finish. Ordered a Rimini 4 drawer sleigh bed with a memory foam mattress. Was advised of a delivery day the same day. Was advised by premier deliveries of my time slot and the driver called me 15 minutes before he arrived. The driver was really helpful in assisting me with the bed into my home. On assembling the bed I found I was missing a few screws. I contacted there customer service department who were extra helpful and apologetic. They posted my screws to me which I received within 2 days. Excellent service all round I will recommend beds.co.uk to my friends and family. To future customers, I was a little put out off by the reviews but only had a small budget for a new bed. They were the best price so took a leap of faith. There service has been great.

29/3/2024I had a very bad experience with this company's products after using them for a year and a half. I bought a small double ottoman gas lift storage fabric bed. After about six months of use, one of the gas struts stopped working. I tried to complain on the official website but got no response! And now there is a new problem, the side of the bed against the pillow is bent, and now after putting the mattress down, the shape is tilted and it is unusable at all. And the quality k if you accidentally kick or bump them. I hope everyoof the wooden bed slats is very poor, they will breane will be careful and cautious when buying this brand.
06/04/2024 After I complained, their customer service department tried to contact me and make repairs. I sent them photos, and they sent the complete parts to my home two days later (and gave them the broken parts). However, they made a wrong diagnosis and gave me the wrong bed board. I went to their customer service department again to reflect, but they said that my product was out of warranty and they could not take any action. Now I have not been able to use it for almost a week, which is unreasonable. I gave them my broken left bed board and now I have two right bed boards. I have no way to properly assemble my bed at all. Buying this company's products is a waste of money, time, and emotion.
If the problem is with the warranty, why did you try to fix it after my first complaint? Why didn't you explain it to me at the time of my first complaint? This is unreasonable

Delighted with the Ottoman small double bed, very easy to assemble and the recommended Mattress is extremely comfortable and well made with removable cover for machine washing. The price was the cheapest I found both online and in stores, the free delivery is a great saving too. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will definitely be using Beds.co.uk for future purchases.

Do not buy a bed from this company unless you want to end up sleeping on the floor after 5 months when it breaks and have a rude manager say "well your not on the floor you can still use the mattress". I would say bed is made of cardboard but that would be an insult to cardboard as it's not even that thick. Awful bed, awful customer service, never again.

I have waited all day for a delivery of a mattress and it didn't come! I got an email confirmation yesterday that it would be here and I have moved furniture around. Waste of time! The phone line is supposed to be open until 5.30 but it was switched off all day... is this even a really company? Do not order from these fraudsters!

We had ordered a bed through another company but were messed about with delivery days - so we came across beds.co.uk and found a cheaper alternative. It arrived on time, had better storage and is a much better product. We then went on to order our garden furniture which was equally easy to assemble and great value

I bought a double bed from their Ebay store. It was very well priced so was expecting ok quality but the bed that arrived was far better than that. Easily put together with simple instructions. Communication was excellent and it arrived in less than 48 hours. I would highly recommend. Thank you for a great service.

FOund your company on line and was looking for anew bed for my teenage son. Great price that included mattress and headboard. I ordered on line and phoned a few days after to discuss delivery. Very helpful and driver phoned my mobile to advise actual time.
Took a few minutes to set up and my son is over the moon as he has had same bed (part bunk bed) for past 10 years

Good value for the cost. Courier gave good contact for delivery and turned up when he said. Bought the brown ottoman style bed with sprung memory foam mattress. Was easy enough to put together even by myself. The bed is solid and the mattress once unrolled and formed was quite a comfy sleep. Considering the price paid can fault have paid 3 times the cost for just a mattress before and cant say got any better sleep.

Ordered a super size king at a rock bottom price. We speculated the mattress would be cheap etc but wow we were well chuffed... The bed is MASSIVE and the quality of the mattress was outstanding for a complete price of just over £300.

Bought a Ottoman Bed, from there site on Ebay, delivery was very good, as described, some a little heavy, and may require 2 to take up the stairs, but packaging of the product, was excellent, after reading the instructions, then checking everything was there started the process of putting the bed together, in all easy process, went wrong once, my mistake, but nothing major, would say all done and dusted in a couple of hours.
Now up, for the price I am extremely pleased, it comes across as a quality product, and the price, was one of the best I found on the internet.

Although we were not impressed initially with either the Rattan furniture, or the customer service when a query was raised, a further telephone call retrieved the situation with a promise of replacement furniture, and an offer to assemble the chairs when delivered. They carried out that promise and we now have the furniture we originally hoped for. So as said the company did get it right in the end.

The mattress purchased is lumpy and completely uncomfortable, you can feel the springs through it. To make this worse you are offered a partial refund, but only if you leave them a 'raving review. So don't believe the good rating and reviews

We bought a bed in good faith, the divan was broken, the mattress and headboard was the wrong ones. You can only contact customer services via email so have to wait 48 hours for response. Which arrived. The new divan was delivered very poor quality and no holes for the wheels, had to make the holes myself and the mattress and headboard not exchanged. Speaking to the lady who arranged the divan exchange She advised this happens all the time they don't deliver what is in the picture.
I have emailed about this and again no reply.
Do yourself a favour pay a bit extra and get the bed and customer service you deserve.
