Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)

I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.

They refuse to return my purchases or give a refund. They withhold their return address. They keep stating that the return shipping cost is too high. They keep asking for me to keep the items and receive 20% off or coupon!?! Terrible customer service! Took almost a month to get items. Clothing and accessories/shoes are so cheaply made, does not look like the products in their advertising pictures. I have thrown over $119 in the toilet! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Received my items to waited a month for it... so disappointed sandals I order very cheaply made... shoes I ordered are not good poorly made also baseball hat was oddly shaped & the shirt was to sm & very thin I'm not happy with my purchase and I want a refund

Hi I am trying to start a class action lawsuit against Bellelily do to the fact that they stole from me and I am reading reviews and apparently their is a lot of other people they have stole from. Beware! I ordered what seem to be like two really cute flannels that the models have on. I received them weeks later and they are ugly and look nothing like what the models have on. I will never wear them. They are so ugly. I can't believe they advertise like they do and then they send you a completely different looking shirt that look horrible that are way big and not flattering. The models look like they have a slim looking shirt, then you receive it and it's a big boxy thin shirt that's super ugly. I should've checked out the reviews before I purchase from this company. Never ever again will I order from them again.

2 weeks after placing my order, I was told the item was out of stock and was asked to pick a replacement. I asked for a full refund instead. The next day I received another email asking to pick a replacement, I again asked for a full refund. The following day I was told my order had shipped. It's been over a month now and I still have not received my order. I've emailed customer service and all they tell me is to be patient. The tracking system this company uses is terrible and provides little updates. I can't speak to the quality of product as I have yet to receive anything, but from a customer service and shipping standpoint, I would NOT recommend them!

So it was my first time ordering from here. When I placed my order I did not put the wrong address but did end up changing it. They emailed me stating they have changed my address and it was processing to be shipped. Well I did this last week and it's still being "processed" I kept asking when they were going to ship my things and I was told that they were not in stock. I emailed back stating I was not dealing with it anymore and to give me a refund, after doing that all of a sudden my things were in stock. I leave for vacation Wednesday July 3 and even paid the extra $10 for express shipping and guess what, it's STILL processing! Be careful

Im still waiting for an order I placed on 4/29. I paid extra for shipping to ensure delivery by mothers day (5/13). Its 5/17 and my order still isnt here. I was unable to track my package with the tracking number provided. Customer service has at least contacted me back however due to shipping taking so long I wont order from here again.

I order a handful of items. 2 didnt fit they still haven't let me return them. I'm still waiting for an item that's stuck in customs and it's been now 5 weeks since I ordered with express shipping. When I tried contacting them about it they told me.to take a picture of the clothing on me as though they didn't believe me. This has been a nightmare. J have gone back and forth with them for 3 weeks now.

I ordered 6 gold dipped roses. When they arrived it looked like the package had been ran through with a forklift. The package had been taped back up. I recorded me opening the package. The shipper said they would refund Bellelilly. Bellelilly refuses to refund me or replace the items

Horrible fit! Everything that i ordered oversized to compensate for size differences in their country, still was WAY TOO SMALL. We are talking like an extra large looks like an extra small and has ZERO STRETCH. You cant even stretch it over your body because it is just firm fabrics. The collars on many of them are bubbly and look home sewn by someone learning to sew. Horrible mistake ordering from them. I wish i could go back in time and get money back. Lesson learned. NEVER ordering from one of these types of sites again.

Still have got my package! It has been like over 50 days! Ridiculous! ***Update: Bellelily reached out to me and helped me figure out what went wrong. Turns out it was the carrier's fault. Got my package today and everything look alright. Good customer service.

Don't do it unfortunately I did, and got completely ripped off with no choice but to leave a review on every post I see of theirs from their 20 different Facebook accounts. I ordered on March 3rd. It's almost June 3rd. No order delivered. Refund denied. They say my order was "lost" and if I cancel my PayPal dispute that they will resend my order. If I cancel I won't be able to re-open. Why would I trust this company after all of that? A company doing good business would give me my refund as I did not receive what I paid for. Just refund me!

Recently I bought a top and two leggings for the last Halloween and I got it delivered within 5 days, so the delivery time is pretty decent. Then it comes about the top, am a big lady so I was in need of a xtra large size and the top was of top notch. The leggings were very warm and easy to fit. Even I tried some stretching wearing those and these were perfect. Amazing result. Thank you Bellelily!

I have ordered multiple times from this website and have never been disappointed. I have ordered several bathing suits and tops, all of the fabrics were amazing for the incredible price! Durable, comfortable, and cheaply priced products! Sometimes shipping gets delayed though.

I placed an order for four shirts about two months ago. I received a package that came from China with three shirts in them. Two shirts were correct, but one is too small and it is marked as a Large. The third shirt was a duplicate of one of the two. So, I have two shirts out there that I paid for and still have not received. This is a horrible experience and I will never order from them again.

I wonder if it's even legal for a business or company to ask for the customer to pose for a picture in the item/clothing they're trying to return as proof it doesn't actually fit? For example: Imagine trying to return a swimsuit or bikini to Target or Walmart and they say "ok, I want to see you in it to prove it really doesn't fit in order to give you a refund?" My first call after walking out would be to an attorney. I purchased clothing from all these websites and would never do it again. Quality is garbage, takes way too long to get your purchase, and nothing is ever the size you ordered.

Warning! Do not shop from this company my package was shipped on the 10th and still don't have it its lost and they won't do anything. They say it's been delivered?! To whom I have no idea and it's my job to contact the post office or law enforcement! What a joke do not order from them

I would NEVER order from this company again. Don't let the prices fool you. I paid express shipping and I received the order over 2 months later. It was missing several items. They do not respond to email. I have not received a refund for the missing items or credit of express shipping. I've used AliExpress for years and never had a problem. This company is HORRIBLE

Shirts looked so cute on the webpage. When my order arrived about 2 weeks after I placed it, I was highly disappointed to find none of the clothes looked anything like they did online. The material is cheap, off color, and feels like it's material used for toys. The sizes are supposed to be small and fitted, but the sleeves are odd shaped and bodices are boxy. The sewing is horrible, the pockets aren't straight, the sequins are coming off, and there are no labels to give you any information. The return policy is ridiculous. There's no return labels to make it easy for the customer. You have to pay to return their poor quality clothes, and no easy way to contact the company. So disappointing. I will never order from them again. Definitely a scam.

I ordered a top and skirt. Quality was bad. I reached out the company. They told me I could receive a 20% refund only if I delete my bad reviews/comments. This was the only way I would receive the refund. They bumped it to a 35% but once again ONLY if I delete my reviews.

This is my first time ordering from this site (and probably my last) I ordered 10 shirts and paid over $129 and still haven't gotten them! I ordered almost 2 months ago! And the tracking number doesn't even work, it's always in the same location for 3 weeks. It's frustrating and by this time I just want my money back! This is ridiculous!

I ordered 5 headbands in April and im still waiting for 2 more
I contacted customer service in June asking for an update or my money back and they basically told me to keep waiting, and guess what! I'm still waiting
They sent 2 headbands in one package and 1 headband in another package, just doesn't make sense
If you have a few months time to wait for your stuff order from them if not don't even bother looking!
This was the first and last time I will ever order from them

I ordered a T-Shirt in a very good price, the quality was nice and the product arrived exactly the same with the photo that I saw in the website. Package was in very good condition. This company is the WORST! They are SCAMMERS! I do a lot of ordering online and cannot believe the lack of customer service. I followed their size chart and ordered 9 items of which 3 of them did not even come close to fitting. When I contacted them, they asked me for pictures of the items. I sent those and then they wanted pictures of the items on me. When I explained that 2 won't even go on, they asked for pictures anyway. So I'm standing there with my arms above my head with the 2 items on my arms as far as they would go. I ordered in November. It is now March and they still only want to give me $17 back for $50 worth of product. And, they haven't done it yet. I think if I followed their site's directions for ordering then it is a problem with either their website or manufacturing. I should get reimbursed in full for not only 4 months of my time with the back and forth with them and their faulty information/manufacturing. This company is a company of false advertising thieves!

I told them about the button part not having a hole and they say that is normal for pants not to come with a button hole. They told me to use scissors and cut it open? $40 pants have always came with the hole to button them...
