Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.

Do not purchase items from this company, as they provided zero customer support. I wanted to exchange a pair of leggings for a different size and I received ZERO assistance. Bellelily response was it cost to much to ship the item back to CHINA. All they offered was was the existing 10% discount on their website, which is offered to all customers. I again asked to return the item and the response was, the warehouse is in China and for me to go to the post office to find out the cost. They would not provide an address or a shipping label. Imagine a company telling the customer to go to the post office to find out the cost to ship their item back. Stay away from this company and avoid giving CHINA your information.
Watch what you order their size charts are way off! I ordered a lg the tag reads lgs but there is no way its a lg! That shirt fits my 9 yr old granddaughter. When i placed my order i was looking at the reviews for each item and was trying to be careful with what i ordered but every shirt, dress and shoes i ordered where super low quality everything was translucent nothing like the pictures show. Its not what the picture shows. The shoes are the lowest quailty shoe i have ever ordered. I can get Absolutely 0 help with exchanging some items. I truely and honestly DONOT recommend this site.
They took 160.00 out of my account and have not provided any type of order confirmation. I reached out and they can't find an order in my name. I sent them a VERY clear screen shot of them taking the money out of my account and they said that it's too blurry for them to read! Now they aren't responding to my messages. Ordered a pair of white canvas shoes, very cute on web site, but not what I received. They fit really big and aren't the quality that shows on their site. First photo is what I received 2nd is what I ordered. I Sent them an email and they kindly told me they would take 10% off my next order!
I ordered a hoodie 39 days ago and have yet to see it. I have sent emails and I get a computerized response back every time telling me nothing of importance. I will be filing a fraud charge through my bank Monday morning.
My package is 23 days late as of now. That isn't including the max of 14 days I was promised for shipping. So all together 37 days. They refuse to refund my money even though I havent received the product. It was for my finacees engagement pics. The shoot was 23 days ago. I have zero use for it now. The only compensation they have offered me is $5-$15 to take my review down.
I went to order a few items but when it came time to put in my credit card info, I didn't see the usual lock symbol at the web address. So I began looking up reviews on the site and found a lot. Apparently it's not a good website, probably made by sweat workers in China. I deffinitly won't put my credit card info in now! And usually won't unless I see the lock symbol up top. I ordered $145 worth of clothing. Out of all of my items the shoes were too big, a medium sized shirt I ordered was too small, and another medium shirt i ordered was too big. I requested a refund immediately and they said shipping back would be at my expense and cost more than my item. (WHAT!) They asked if I would keep the item or give it to a friend. When I said no they said they would only give me 10% of a refund. Like since when does a company negotiate giving your money back for items still packaged and never worn? Do not buy from this company they are a scam! Save your money, time, and energy from dealing with them. The clothing is CHEAPLY made and ALL the shirts are see through.

Zero stars! Do not buy from this Bellelily Scammer! I order two items, when they arrived. They did not fit. You have to email the company prior to returning your items. Once I email them with all my order info, they responded by needing my body measurement and picture of the items that I bought. I emailed them picture, but refuse to give them my body measurements. They responded again stating that I am responsible for the cost to return them and it was a international return. They said for me to just give them to someone else and they would send me a generous discount code. Well, I never received the discount code. Their reason was because they did not have an email address to send it to. Really! The same email address they use to tell me I could not return them and to give the items to a friend. Never in my day have I have just a turbulent return issue. I will not be buying from this fake company again and do not recommend them either!

This site is a scam! They will charge your card, double order your order. The items are CHEAPLY made. Then they will suggest you just keep your items and give them away for gifts. WHO wants this poor quality of stuff. To return items is a HUDGE headache and they will let you know it will be at YOUR cost although I did not order the same item twice. The instructions to return their stuff is back, they have you go through hoops and bounds and its spendy. All at your expense.

These are very nice quality, very comfortable, I bought large which fit comfortably. The lace edges are beautiful. I usually do not like lace at all, especially sitting on it, but I love these. Comfortably wide crotch, does not ride up the back side at all.
I ordered a few items from this company on March 3, They sent mea email saying the items were shipped out on the March 7. These were 3 bathing suits I ordered for a vacation south. My vacation started April 29. This week May 16, I recieved one bathing suit, I wrote the company several times, it takes them over a week yore ply. They ask that I be patient and that the tems are on their way. They don't care, their customer service is terrible, I refuse to order anything else every again with this company! I should read the reviews! Lesson learned! Still awaiting for my it her two bathing suits.

Terrible. Ordered 3 items that said 15-30 days shipping. After 35 days I emailed and they said it's still on its way but one item is actually out of stock... You didn't know it was out of stock when I ordered? It took 35 days to tell me that?

I ordered 5 items from belle lily. Two of the items were satisfactory and the other three were completely see through/didn't fit. When I reached out to customer service it took a total of 6 emails and two months just to get a response. When I did get one they said it was going to cost me a lot of money to send the items back and I should just give them away. When I told them I wanted my money back they again told me it was going to cost me more money than I paid to send them back. I insisted that I wanted my money back and to return the items and they've stopped responding to my emails. This was 6 months ago... please save your money and don't order from this site, it's a scam
I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I never received my package and I reached out to the customer service to report it. They told me I had to pay shipping ($12.99) to get my package resent! After reporting this fraud to my credit card they tried offering to replace my package but haven't followed up. Don't bother with this fraudulent website. The images are not actual images of people with the clothes. The clothes are cheap for a reason!

So I ordered 3bathing suits over a month ago they r at a shipping facility in los angeles ca and have been since may 18 2020 at 1 am. I have emailed multiple times to b told to b patient and I've asked for a refund as I haven't received my stuff as of today may 25 2020. These were birthday presents and the birthday has already passed. So y cant I get a refund? Will never order from here again and i will be contacting the attorney general from my state to report this scam and the BBB to even see if they have any info on this company as i believe it's a scam and they rob u without sending u ur stuff.
Received 2 pairs of the leggings for Christmas 2021. Leggings fit small and couldn't get them on all the way. Even when advised I could not get the pants on, Bellelily wanted "picture proof". I advised I couldn't do that as my picture would reveal too much. They insisted I provide the picture. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking for an exchange. When I responded and told them I could not and would not provide "picture proof", they stopped communicating with me. (Email only) Now I'm stuck with 2 pairs I can't wear and out $90. Buyer beware!

But when I pulled it out of the bag, all I could do was laugh! A friend of mine wears a small and it was skin tight on her! Of course, they wont allow me to return it or give me my money back. Me mother and I ordered from this site and it took a month for us to actually get our stuff. My mom got 2 sweaters and they looked nothing like the pictures and we're a very awkward material and they also sent the wrong size. I ordered a sweatshirt, sweater, and a pair of shoes and my sweatshirt was also a thin awkward material and my sweater looked nothing like the pictures and had a hole in the pocket. The shoes were also very low quality and didn't look like the pictures as well.
