Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)

I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.

I ordered three bathing suits from Belle Lily. As everyone has stated, they came in after about 6 weeks. One was totally ripped and damaged and the other two didn't fit. Costumer Service said they would not refund me for the damaged product, but would give me 8% off my next order. You've got to be kidding me? One, I wouldn't ever purchase from this company again. And two, 8% is the best you can do to make up for your faulty and HORRIBLY made products?!

I warn you: NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I paid for items through paypal as they don't accept credit cards (should have been my first clue). According to their site they ship within 1-8 business days. On business day 10 I emailed them via their website as there was no customer service contact (clue #2 - but they already had my money). After a few days no response and antoher email, I disputed the charge through paypal. To my surprise I received a response from bellelily finally stating that the items were shipped on December 18 and that they canceled one of the items due to the dispute but the other two had already shipped. They would issue me a reimbursement for the one item only if I canceled my dispute. I did not. Paypal did nothing about it except told me to work with the company. I have again emailed asking where my order is as I haven't received. At this point they took my money, have been super sketchy and I still haven't received a single item or refund. As with others, tried to research reviews before I ordered but didn't find much (clue #3). So shame on me but if I can stop others, save your money and don't bother. Shop a reliable source!

I seen a few pair of cute shoes that I liked from another website(at a ridiculous price). Taking the brand name of the shoes and doing a quick search I found this online market at a more reasonable price for the same shoes, supposedly the same brand and all! I was stoked that I would save about 20.00 after this purchase. The purchase that I made came in today and I was excited. Well, until I took them out of the shipping bag (of note, bag was from somewhere overseas, then with another label on it NOT FROM THIS SITE). Needless to say, the shoes were HOT GARBAGE, VERY CHEAPLY MADE AND NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. The return policy is trash as well, TO BOOT, I PAID AN INSURANCE FEE?
I made a substantial purchase through this site and I have to pay for return S/H. NEVER EVER WILL I PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I ordered two beautiful items... when I received them, they were not what I ordered. The material was not what was expected and the sizing was way off. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they are in CHINA so sending it back would cost ME more money. They would only refund me 30%. This is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ORDERED A SWEATSHIRT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RED IN COLOR AND RECIEVED A PINK ONE, THEY HAD ME TAKE A PICTURE FOR CONFIRMATION AND SAID MY LIGHTING DID NOT SUGGEST PINK AND BELIEVE ME IT IS PINK, THEN THEY THOUGHT I SHOULD PAY FOR SHIPPING WHICH IT WAS NOT MY FAULT IT WAS THEM! I HAVE HAD 5 EMAILS WITH THEM TRYING TO GIVE ME A PARTIAL REFUND ON A WRONG PRODUCT AND IT HAS GONE NOWHERE! THES GUYS ARE HORRIBLE BEWARE!

I ordered some shirts for my wife from this site then realized I selected the wrong size. I emailed the customer service about changing the size. They did not reply until two days later and told me they couldn't not do that, so I requested a cancel. Two more days went by until their reply asking me to please keep the order. I said cancel my order if you cannot change the sizes. Two more days until a reply and they stated the order was shipped and there was nothing they could do to help. Pretty much, they delayed until the order shipped then told me they refused to change the sizes or cancel my order. They did everything but slap me in the face and say tough $#*!. This company is out of China. The clothing is NOT as averted! The sizes are one to two sizes smaller than normal! The material used is cheap and the stitching is poor. I highly recommend NOT purchasing from this site. Their customer service is a joke, might as well not even have one. No phone number just email. The email replies are highly dishonest, disrespectful and unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER From this site, unless you enjoy being treated poorly and unhappy with your products.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I placed an order through this site over a month ago, I have no recieved any confirmation emails, the only thing I recieved was an email from paypal saying they took my money from me. After waiting about a week for a confirmation email I decided to go on the website and check on my order and see what was up, after spending $60 on bathing suits, it says on their site that I have not placed any orders with them. At this point I started emailing them, over and over, even tried different emails, no response. It's been well over a month and still no word back from them, no confirmation email, and their site is still telling me I havent placed any orders with them. I have started a dispute through my PayPal account and hopefully I will get my money back. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST. They literally just stole my money. I'm P*****.

If you want to return something and get a refund you need to ship your things back to China at your cost, which is more than what you pay for your order. Terrible service.

I bought two items, received the one item which was great... them received another package and it was some complete different shirt size XXL when the shirt I ordered is way different and a size MEDIUM then I send them pictures of the shirt I received like they asked me to do, them they respond with "we can give you a 20% refund to fix the problem" like WHAT?!?!?! NOOOO I want my full REFUND back! I cannot wear that big of a shirt, and it's not the shirt I ordered! I'm super frustrated... I would not recommend shopping through them.

I ordered, 4 clothing items.
Received only 3 items (an additional package was sent--label states, black dress--inside the package was a 'gold paper neck shape' thing... I thought it was a bonus gift, threw it away).
Company claims, they sent the the 4 items because they have record of 2 packages mailed out.

Scam... when you receive only 3 out of the 4 items.
No telephone number to contact and keep receiving the same message via generic email stating, we mailed out 2 packages.

Strongly recommend NOT using this venue as a place to online shop unless you want to send $$$ on clothing you will NEVER receive.

I as well received one of the pieces of clothing that looks/fits nothing like how it is photographed online in the photo. The ends of the sweater are tailored baggie, not fitted and the sweater was suppose to be slim fitting but it is baggy/loose fitting.
But again, they are unable to exchange anything for dissatisfied costumers.

I have reported this to Facebook as they advertise this company.

I recently purchased four items from Bellelily. I had read return policies before purchasing. Out of the three shirts I bought, two of them did not fit well and were poor quality or made cheaply. I did not keep them with their original packaging so I did not attempt to return as I knew that I couldn't. I did attempt to return the shorts that did not fit and did not look like the picture. It was not worth the process. There is no easy way to return items. You have to email customer service with pictures and pictures of the packaging and they also ask for your measurements. I'm wondering if that is to clarify that they do not fit? I did not send mine so I am not sure what would have happened if I did. Customer service tries to fix the issue in other ways than refunds. Returns are also not free and there is a very small timeline for returns. In the end I had to end up keeping the shorts with no refund because they would not tell me how to return the item. They only offered a discount on my next purchase, which I will not use. There are many online boutiques that have good quality, cheap prices and easy return policies. This is not one of them. I would look elsewhere. I will never purchase from here again.

Use the site at your own risk. Expect poor quality and same sizes not fitting the same. Expect not to be able to return anything.

I bought a pair of sandals for my daughter the ankle straps were so loose couldnt wear. Emailed for return and refund. Took forever to get a response and when i did they told me to take to my local place to fix... Or they can give me a 15% refund? For one i dont have a local place and for two it stated returnable now they want me to only get 15% back if i return them... I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. YOU SHOULDNT EITHER

Sadly I purchased clothes before I read the reviews. The clothes do not look like the pictures and they are made with an incredibly cheap fabric. Do not buy these clothes. Waste of money.

My daughter ordered and paid for a jacket on 8/24/18 and she has never received it. We've made several attempts to contact them. She has asked for a refund and she has received nothing, not even a tracking number. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
