Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)

I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.

I ordered 5 items from this site and all the items that I received were way to small and/or not as pictured. I ordered 2 dresses, one was a "small" but fit like a large/xlarge. The other dress was completely see thru! The 3 bathing suits I ordered were so small a small child could wear them, and they were made out of cheap material! After emailing the company they asked me to send pictures of myself in the items which I refused (what kind of company asks for that)! They offered me a 10% discount on further purchases (which I told them that I would NEVER be ordering from them again). I told them I wanted a refund and I would send the items back and they refused to let me do that and again offered me 10% of my order total which would have been 6 dollars of a 68 dollar purchase! I threatened to contact the BBB and file a complaint and they still didn't care. This company is fraud, has false advertisement and pretty much NO customer service. I would highly advise to NOT EVER buy from here unless you want to waste your money and be completely unsatisfied! Their products are cheaply made, sized wrong and just plain crap!

Wow - I placed an order and recieved everything. Out of all the items, I didn't like the way 2 looked on me. On "Bellelily" website, for returns they say to email *******@bellelily.com - so I did, and explained the issue, but praised all the other items I recieved.

They came back and said you must have ordered the wrong size. Please take a photo of you wearing it and we will help you with a solution.

I wrote back - the items fit fine. I ordered the correct size and recieved the correct size, I just would like to return these 2 as they don't look very good on me.

When I hit send THE EMAIL BOUNCED BACK AND SAID THEY REJECTED IT.

I had some items sitting in my cart to place another order, but after this I will never order from here again. Terrible customer service. So dissapointed. Would NOT RECCOMEND.

Save you time and money. These clothes are so poorly made and this company will only give you 30% refund and tell you to sell the clothes or give them to the homeless. Absolutely ridiculous.

Purchased two COATS (Plaid Pocket Button Turn-down Collar Coat - Red) but received two flannel material SHIRTS, with only the vests lined in very thin fleece. The wind blows right through the sleeves and the vest area doesn't protect from the wind much better. Hand pockets are very shallow. Decorative chest pockets flaps only, no actual pocket. Tried to leave a review on their website but there's no way to do so, even if you have an account with them. Therefore, it would seem the "reviews" on their site are not from actual customers. Shipping time was what I expected but I was sent an email from them stating delays due to the "aggravation of the current epidemic" and that "most flights had been cancelled", which we all know the PANdemic is well over and flights are operating as per usual again. I tracked the package and it hadn't even left their warehouse! I certainly don't appreciate being lied to, AND sent SHIRTS instead of the COATS I ordered. By the look of the other reviews here, I doubt a refund will be easy to get. Bad Business. Waste of time and money. My advice would be to spend a little more elsewhere and get something you can actually use.

Shop elsewhere!! Yes they're cheap, but so is the quality...or lack thereof.

I wish I would had read the reviews before I made my purchase. I had to wait 32 days for my items to get to me. And half the stuff I ordered wasn't even what I ordered. Very disappointed.

It took over a month for my order to get here and when it did it wasn't the right items.And they won't send me the item I didn't receive. They are only giving me a 20% refund.

Was sent the wrong items, wrong sizes and never received some items.
They have NO CS number so you have to email them. Then, you never hear back from them!
Don't even bother with these CROOKS!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The dress I got was very poor quality and looked nothing like the picture. It's VERY thin. So I emailed them asking if I could return them and get my money back.

This was their response to me asking that:

Sorry for the late reply and the trouble caused to you. For the items you mentioned, is there any chance you can keep them to your friends or family members who fit them?

The international shipping fee is a little expensive and the shipping may be on your side if you start a return.
It costs too much to send them back.
For the inconvience, we could offer amazing discount for your next order. Could you accept our sincerity?
Your support and understanding will be highly appreciated

I wrote back and decline and asked for my full refund.

This was their response after I declined "the amazing discounts"

Dear Customer,

Sorry for the inconvenience and troubles.

For the inconvenience, we can refund 10% of the items for you.

Could you accept our sincerity?

Waiting for your reply.

Still no refund and now they won't answer my emails

I NEVER write reviews but after my experience, I feel people need to hear it.

I ordered nearly $150 worth of stuff. My order came in two packages at two different times. My first package was missing two shirts... I figured they would be sent in my second package coming. My second order comes and I'm still missing the two shirts so I contact customer service. I sent a screen shot of my order and circled the 2 items I was missing... They want me to send pics of the packaging... I threw it away a week and a half prior hoping my shirts would be in the second order... so then they want me to send a pic of everything I received. What in the world? Wouldn't it be easier to look at the picture I sent with the circled two missing items vs me send pics of everything I received? Makes no sense to me. I work 7 days a week... I've wore all the clothes I bought and received. Let me dig through my closet and get all my clothes I bought to take pics so I can show you I got them but all I'm worried about is the 2 I didn't get. ‍
The clothes I did actually receive were cute though. But I won't be using them again.

Horrible customer service. Took 20 days to receive my shirt that was supposed to be express shipping. Then the shirt didn't fit. They wanted pictures to prove it didn't fit. It fit very tight, I could barely get it on. Then they told me that the shirt was "ok" and that it looked fine on me and that I could just keep it. And the image on the front was poor quality. It is blurry. So I've been fighting with them for 5 weeks to get a refund and the best they would give me was 20% of the shirt. I had to fight for that. All they wanted to do was give me 10% off my next purchase. And turns out that I NEVER received a refund. So I have a shirt that doesn't fit and I wouldn't wear if it did fit because the image on the front is so blurry. Also the customer service is only through email and you will get emails from them at 2-5 a.m. Please stay away from this site. I wouldn't order anything from them if it was the only website left. It is very obvious the 5 star reviews on here are fake and from the company itself.

1st of all my package wasn't able to be delivered to my house and I understand that it happens but they ended up sending my package back to them and when I contacted customer service they couldn't give me a refund and offered to send me the same package I ordered cuz I spent over $100 and once I confirmed them sending me another package and it'd be fine they stopped messaging me back and this was back in May I've continued to message them and still no response no update on if I'm getting a new package and again no refund and the shipping did take a couple of months to get to me for it all not to be delivered to my home just be aware poor customer service!

They dont give refunds if your order wasnt shipped to you.

I ordered 3 Christmas presents almost a month ago from this site it said 5-15 days its clearly past that I've had to complain to get it from china to where it is now and it still isnt at my home the sites a joke you shouldn't have to complain to get them to do something about your package Im not using this site again its over priced as hell for one and 2 they dont get you your package when they say I wouldn't reccomend using this site not even as a last resort spend your money else where for what your looking for because your just going to have problems with them.

I'm an online shopper and I'm always open to trying out new stores. Came accross this store online and I must say this is the worse online shopping experience I've ever encountered. I purchased to pairs of sandals from this store. When the the first shoe arived in the mail it was two sizes to big. I immediately compared their size chart with what was listed on US retailer sites for a comparison. Their size chart was off by a size. I reached out to them and asked that they stop the shipment on the other shoe because the first did not fit. They ignored my request. Once the second item arrived I asked for a refund. I pointed out that a size 38 was listed as a US size 7 on their site while other US online retailers had it listed as a 7.5 to 8. At this point the representative communicating with me accused me of not doing my research first and refused to give me a refund or an exchange. Please save your money do not shop here. The items come all the way from China and you have to account for size descrepancies. If the size is off they are unwilling to issue a refund.

Size quality and fitting does not match what they have on the website at all.
This is a total scam and they DO NOT offer return/refund even if the item is within their return policy. BEWARE

I finally received a shipment from these people and the clothes they sent me aren't the ones I ordered at all. Very cheap and nothing compared to what I ordered. Please don't order from these people.
