Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.
I've contacted the company multiple times requesting a refund they said they would give me 25% back still haven't received my refund. Sent another message same response. There clothing isn't what what was expected and it's coming from China if you want to return the clothes you will need to pay the shipping fee. Buyer Beware

Just use their pictures as inspiration because you will never get your order or money back! I ordered some fall leggings and gifts for friends and have never received them. No shipping info even though they tried to send some. I lived overseas and I know things can get lost and take a bit longer but this is ridiculous! I would not have ordered if I knew it was coming from China.

Took 3 weeks to arrive and when they did they could have been any £8 shoe from a discount shop in UK.
Quality was terrible, size was completely wrong even though bag labels say 39. Next to my size 39 Rocket dogs (that actually cost less!) they are a good 20mm shorter.
No paper work with parcel no address, no returns policy.
Several emails later offer of partial refund (like they would fit if half price!) I have reported to trading standards etc.
They make you believe initially that its a American based company doing quality goods but is in fact a Chinese sweat shop sell rubbish (funny how they have English names at the start!)
Steer clear awful company, awful product, awful customer service.

The items I received did not match either the description or image offered by them. I specifically looked for Tennessee Volunteers clothing. The picture and description showed the correct color. What was received was more of a reddish color. I emailed the company about a return. I've heard nothing. From what I can tell this is a Chinese company. Extremely disappointed.

Do NOT spend your money at this site. If there are any issues they will not address them. Something as easy as clothing is way small would like to exchange... not even asking for my money back. Will not get heard. With the covid19 I expected it would take a while... almost 2 months is what it took and then to be treated like... we've got your money who cares. Really classless place.
I wanted to give this website a try, as their clothes look so cute online.
I ordered 3 items that costed $75 all together. I received the items and 2 of them did not fit properly. When I asked to return them, they stated I needed to send them my bust/waist/hips size. Then they said their size chart is clearly stated on their website and I should have read it more carefully. (If anyone has ever ordered something online you know that reading the size chart doesn't mean it's going to fit how you want it to LOL)
After going back and forth for a few emails, they THEN asked me to send pictures of myself wearing their clothes so that they could determine if the items fit me properly or not. I found that to be very inappropriate.
Long story short, this company will refuse to let you return any items no matter what your reasoning is.
Don't waste your time on supporting their business because they won't waste their time providing you good customer service.
The two shirts I ordered took a long time to get here, and were sent straight from China. They were advertised as T-shirts, but seem to be 100% polyester. There is no tag in the shirt explaining what it is made out of or what the washing instructions are.

Misleading returns policy!
The clothes are ok, not great quality but sizes are random so its difficult to match your size correctly. The worst is that you can't send them back. They then stall and try to get you to give up trying and then begrudgingly offer you a measly percentage after you've nearly lost the will to live.
I now have almost £80 worth of clothes that don't fit me and I can't return.
I'd never use them again.
I ordered a cute summer dress, probably would wear as a bathing suit coverup. The measurements were off a lot., tight across the chest, the neck was really high and small. The fabric is see through and is that cheap polyester. The pictures online were super cute... Just not right for me... can't get in touch with anyone and can't return. I'm only out $20 but at the same time this sort of thing is happening a lot, buyer beware.

I bought a few items adding up to $130 nzd. Their clothing is absolute rubbish. Worse than ebay or aliexpress and worse than a school project. Looks nothing like the cute photos they advertise on fb or Instagram. I feel totally sucked in and would never shop with them again. Material is cheap and thin. Sewing seams are rubbish. Pay the extra from a credible website.
I was charged for a shirt that was out of stock. Contacted customer service and they simply said that order was on the way and give it "some days" never refunded my card and the amounts didnt even add up. They were almost 20 dollars off and made no apologies. No help, horrible service and takes forever to receive! Save your money and go elsewhere! This site is terrible!
I know my measurements and what size I usually wear... It looks like your sizing chart and description of model sizes doesn't match up and is pretty confusing because everything is different. The clothes looks awesome, and prices are good. The return policy looks to be buyer beware so I'm taking a chance here. Hopefully I can update this with 5 stars after everything is delivered!
Yes the clothing runs small my daughter usually wears a small in shirts so she ordered a medium and all was well... She ordered a lot of tommy hilfiger and calvin klein tops and they were awesome... we always pay for shipping, I would advise you do so... Then you can track your items. Both of the orders we made were delivered in about a months time maybe a few days less... I thought the quality was fine. Some of the shirts had a nice thicker cotton material... They all looked just like the pictures... Very similar to ordering from Romwe...
I ordered 13 different items from bellelilly and I only received 12 of them. They left out 1 shirt but yet it says delivered. Not true. The fabric on each article of clothing is cheap and thin, sizes run way to small, and they don't do full refunds! I spent over $100 and hate all articles of clothing I got. Not to mention I waited over a month to get any of them! If your smart you'll read the reviews before you place an order with this company. I did not, and this is what I have to deal with now.

Ordered pyjamas in small for my sister as a Xmas gift. Terrible quality and way too big. Be aware of their own reviews too on here. Despite saying they have a returns policy on their website, they don't. After various email attempts to return the product and being asked various times for photos of my sister wearing the pyjamas (Xmas gift) I was eventually told I could return the item but that they are based in China and it would be too expensive for me to return it. Most companies I've dealt with before offer a free returns policy. So instead they offered me a 10% discount on a future purchase. AVOID. Best to pay a bit more from a company within the UK and get the customer service you'd expect.
This website is a complete joke! I bought 7 shirts and they were all too small and horrible fabric. I requested to return them with a full refund and they have been giving me the run around and will not refund my money and suggest I give the shirts to a friend or family and they will give me 10% off my next purchase, which will NEVER happen again. I wish I would of read the reviews before purchasing anything. Everyone is having the same problem.

I ordered a lovely Christmas present for my Mom in November and still have not received it. Very disappointed in how Bellelily is dealing with this. And no phone number to be able to communicate, messenger only. I will never buy from Bellelily again
Unbelievable that I ordered goods for Christmas before Thanksgiving. Don't even need them now but sure can't return them. Their web site has a US flag in the corner leading you to believe the items are coming from the US but clearly came from China! Would have never ordered. Shame on me.

I found Bellelily by accident. Almost a month later I still don't have the 4 items I ended up paying 75 dollars for. I did discover, after trying to figure out exactly how to track my order, that it ships from China... I can't tall about the quality of the item yet.
This is the worst company ever. DO NOT BUY FROM! They are a scam. I placed an order for several items. Requested right after to cancel the order as I realized they were located in China. They blatantly ignored my request to cancel the order and instead said how about we refund you the one item not in stock? I said no cancel the whole order. They ignored the request against and proceeded to ship the order. Now I'm trying to get my money back and return the items. Customer service talks and circle and you get nothing accomplished. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Such a scam. Also clothes are garbage and basically transparent.

I've bought from them before, mostly the silly tshirts and thanks and the price and quality were suprisingly decent. I clearly made the mistake of attempting to buy more 'fashion' centric items. The quality was poor and didn't match the website, and the sizing was bizarre. I ordered two items that were the same size but one was clearly double the size. They will only give me a refund, after a month of refusing coupons or the top offer of 35% if I ship the items, with tracking, to China which would be double the cost of the items. So when their website says 'returns are welcome' they mean returns are so laughably difficult you'll never be able to do it. I'll never do business again and am so put off I'll be posting my experience everywhere I can.

Also, none of the colors look the same as in the pictures of the models wearing the items. Total disappointment for someone that works really hard for their money and totally wasted $120. She will never, ever purchase anything from this company again. She doesn't know how to return any of it or get her money back. Please do not purchase clothing from Bellelily, you will not get what you think you are purchasing.
