Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.
Bought a pair of shoes they claim they were canvas they were not Canvas it was very cheap flimsy rubber and then they sent the wrong size shoe, they even admitted it was described wrong on the Internet and everything was their fault. They would not give me a total refund they wanted to deduct money off of the amount plus they wanted me to send the return back to China at my expense I explained to them you do not treat Americans like that when you are trying to do business. Terrible customer service.
I wore this dress at a wedding and felt absolutely beautiful in it. It's soft and comfortable and does not wrinkle. This dress looks amazing, and the price is just as great! This dress will make feel elegant, classy and sophisticated. The best part is this dress will flatter body.
They said I received my order in which I did not. I contacted them told them I never received it. They told me to go ask my neighbors if they have my package which I'm not going to do. So I asked for a refund They kept going around my request. Said they can send me another one but I have to pay for shipping which I'm not doing for their mistake. So I kept asking for my refund and now they're saying they are sending me another one for free. When someone asks for a refund for a parcel they did not receive this company needs to respect that. Do not order from this site. Terrible customer service
They do not ship in 24hrs like the site advertises, for the item I ordered. They don't answer emails, messages on FB etc. They are a scam! I regret I did not read their reviews before ordering! Beware! They never sent me a shipping notification.
Says item delivered yet never received it... was told someone probly stole it then so I needed to contact local police... funny thing is it was "supposedly" delivered to my P. O. Box which cannot be broken into! No one can get into it steal from a po box so gtfo with that bs
The majority of the clothes were not the right size. A few tank tops were but I contacted them about returning the others, as per their policy. Months of debate over e-mails happened. Kept offering a percentage refund... of goods that I have no use for. Eventually they gave me a return address, which I used. According to the postal service, it doesn't exist. They kept telling me to resend it, I asked them to contact the postal company. They haven't and won't. Wasted money on returning now also. Now they have gone back to offering me a percentage. Don't know how they are still running as a business. Frustrating. Fairly sure it's a scam. DON'T BE ANOTHER VICTIM- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I ordered a swimsuit from bellelily and I love it! It's one of my favorite suits! It was embellished with rhinestones and when I received it, a rhinestone was missing. I contacted bellelily and they immediately resent me a new suit! Very pleased with my swimsuit and their customer service!

I bought 3 ornaments from Bellelily, when they arrived I was extremely dissatisfied, they cost me $10/ornament and felt like I picked them up from the dollar store! I emailed Bellelily in hopes of returning them for a refund, and was told they could give me a refund of 10% - $3. I explained that I was not going to use these ornaments and would still like to return for a refund and they bumped it up to a refund of $5. After going back and forth I could tell I was not going to be able to return so then asked to get a refund down to their new sale price at least (would have been a refund of $7.50) and they would not budge from a refund of $5. I would 100% NEVER purchase from here again.
Several days ago I got my new dress, it's so beautiful. I wore it on my birthday and never wanted to take it off. It has the cutest neckline and fits really comfortably. Everyone like it! It's my favorite dress
I was SO excited to get my products and when it came I couldn't wait to open it! When I took the dress out of the package I knew it was cheap material that won't breathe. I opened the tank top, same thing. I was optimistic, thinking they couldn't mess up a cotton T-shirt? W r o n g. Same material. And they're all too small, even though I ordered a size up. No receipt or packing slip so I can't return.

I have never seen such cheap, poorly made clothes and horrific customer service! My clothes arrived in a torn up, damaged bag and they were all stained with something brown. Even if these clothes could miraculously survive being washed, they were stained. After taking many pictures and wasting a bunch of time emailing them (all they do is respond with a generic email), they are now not even bothering to respond! You'd be less frustrated to just throw away your money than to waste time and energy and get ripped off by Bellelily Crooks! DO NOT SHOP AT BELLELILY!
This company has the most dishonest return policy of any e-taiIor I have ever purchased from. The shipping charged on my original purchase was less than $6.00. I was very unhappy with the quality of the items purchased so I requested a return address. They repeatedly refused to honor their return policy if I returned the items to the original point from which they were delivered to me, and repeatedly offered small incentives to purchase other products at discounted prices. Eventually they sent me a return address and it turned out to be the manufacturer's China address. They will only honor the refund policy if I pay more to return the items then the original cost of the items. Do not use this company. The products can be found elsewhere at competitive prices.
I had a very good experience whilist buying from this site, it has awesome quality products available with good prices and it contained good packaging when it delivered and that left a good impact on me. I am highly satisfied with the products and I will surely shop more. Customer service is very good and solve your issues at their best and the website is well managed.

I ordered two dresses November 6. I did not receive my order until December 14. The pictures made the dresses look very nice and stylish. When I received the two dresses, they looked awful! The material looks cheap, does not look like the pictures at all, and feels horrible. I am very disappointed that I cannot get my money back and have waisted about 40 dollars on two items. Horrible.

I placed a order over a month ago and still have not got my package... when I placed my order it gave me a confirmation along with where it will be sent to ect. 3 days later they gave me a tracking number just to find out that orders with free shipping are not able to be tracked.( then why give me a tracking number!) This was the worst customer service I have experienced by far. The dress I ordered was cute and I was so excited to receive it. I went by their size chart, but it swallowed me when it got here. I wanted to exchange it for the proper size, but they kept offering me a 20% refund instead. Once I made a little fuss, they offered me 30%. I, for the life of me, could not understand why they couldn't send me the correct size if I offered to ship back the one that was too big. They started talking about fees they pay another company…. It was all very strange. After at least 20 emails back and forth they gave me 50% refund. I will NEVER order from them again!

I thought I was getting a comfy normal sweater nope! Made of thin plasticy material, it is a crop top and the placement for the arms to begin starts at the elbows! Not possible for a human to wear. Seams are not sewed on properly. So disappointed! So wrong and bad! Never ordering from here agian.

I purchased two dresses the same size. One was way to big and one was way to small. I asked them if I can return for refund and they instead offered if I can just keep the dresses because it's to expensive to return and they would only offer a discount on my next order. I did not agree I asked for full refund and at that point they stopped replying. None of the coupons they sent me worked.

I ordered a swimsuit in April 6th. It is now April 28th and I haven't received anything! I am very annoyed. I should have checked the reviews before I ordered. There is not tracking your order as it never updates despite days of trying to figure out when I may get my swimsuit that I have been waiting over 20 days for. I am sure glad I didn't pay to have my item shipped faster because I see that it wouldn't have mattered from other reviews left.
I bought way too many items for not knowing what I was getting into. Took forever for my order to arrive, because it is shipped from China, no returns allowed so that should have been the first red flag. I finally recieved my items and they were really unproportional and I ordered large and XL both were made for a person in the US that wears size zero or 1.

I ordered from them and recieved a bracelet that only a child could wear and my wrists are small. The other items looked like they came from The Dollar Tree. The worst part is you can only return clothes and even then you only have 7 days.
