Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)

I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.

This website is completely fraudulent. I bought 5 bikinis. 4 of them were supposed to have glitter on them, when I received them not even one had glitter. Not only that none of the sizing is correct I ordered small and all the bottoms are very large. I cannot wear any of them.
I messaged customer service and although their response time is fast they are useless.
They offered me first only a 20% refund then a 30% refund!
I paid 59.42. They only refunded me 10.34! How is that 30%? Say they had to subtract shipping and insurance?! I'm the one who paid for shipping and insurance! They are fake and liars not trustworthy. Save your money!

I have tried contacting this company multiple times to get a return address and no response! Quality of clothing is awful! Got charged for cross cross open back tie doe heart mini dress, never received. The patriotic tie dye star tank was orange instead of red. All of the material smells like a weird oily plastic! Very thin weird material! A big scam! Where do you return the clothing?!?! Nobody answers/ returns your emails!

Received boots. Two sizes too big after using conversion chart. No response for returning. Address on package to return was not legit. It was an Express store in Rosemont, Illinois. The name on the package was Zhao Meng. Don't waste your time with this company. Scam!

Amelia was the customer service agent. I advised her of a missing Unit in my address. The items were never delivered. I was told they'd send new items. I was told that it was all my fault, though as asked, I spent over 2 hours trying to change the shipping address to add my unit number. As the one being shipped to, you can't do that. I told them over and over to refund me. I said I was disputing the charge because I never received the merchandise. I didn't mind paying for initial shipping, but they never made it right nor tried to. Amelia is the most rude, most unhelpful, non-customer service agent. I have proof that I never received a thing, yet they called my credit card saying I had. It caused my credit score to go down. They did this intentionally.

Website says they accept returns but actually they delay delay - want you to send them pics - then say it will cost too much for return shipping and I should just give the shoes to someone else. Reviews are fake I'm sure! It's a n overseas scam site wish I knew before ordering

Bellelily, Horrible company. Sizes are off AND send poorly sewn defective clothing. Waistline is sewn completely off (see photo-right ide of waist line doesn't even match the left side). Won't fully refund or exchange-excuse used is high shipping costs. They keep stringing you along with messages back that never resolve the problem. This company is out of China. Staying USA from now on!

Avoid Bellelily; Horrible company to work with. Sizes are off AND send defective clothing then won't fully refund all costs or send a new item to remedy. String you along with messages back and forth but never resolving the problem. Company is out of China.

None. The dress (photo included with review) was mis sized AND defectively sewn-waistine sewn all wrong-could bot wear even if it had fit.

Don't fall prey to all these cute clothes! They look nothing like the pictures & the quality is awful. Their return policy sounds very customer friendly but they refuse to guarantee a pair of shorts that are full of holes rather than frayed as their pictures show! Instead they offered a discount on my next purchase which won't be happening!

Ordered a very long thick purple sweater for Fall and received a waist length black lightweight black sweater that is for Spring/Summer. Completely different product and no inserts with packet on how to return. Email address provided in my confirmation email bounces back. Based on reviews (guess I missed them when ordering) I don't expect they will handle the return well. Scam as far as I am concerned.

Avoid - does not seem like a legitimate and ethical business

None. They delivered a sweater completely different than the one I ordered. Service email address included with order confirmation bounced back and I can find no other way to reach them. Seems like a scam. You order something, they send you something inferior and then give no no way to contact them.

I usually don't even leave reviews, but felt so unsatisfied and unhappy with my experience at Bellelily (an online clothing shop), that I decided to leave a poor review. First of all, the dress I received did not look like the one I ordered, and was poorly made. When I looked back at the website, it says you can only return the item if you get "approval" first from customer service. My first email didn't get a response. Then, upon my second try (mind you now it has been a few months since purchase), they told me I could get a refund once I leave a happy review about my product. I didn't want to lie on my review, and told them unfortunately I could not leave a positive review when I'm trying to return my product. I never received a response. This company is very shady, manipulative, unhelpful, and their products are not as demonstrated or quality items. I will never order from this website again, and would caution you against doing so also.

There are no refunds, no helpful customer service, and the products are low quality

The clothing took two months to get here. Quarantine happened, so I get that. But then my items were all STAINED. One looked like it had dried blood spots on it, the others were covered in makeup like someone had wiped their lipstick off with it. I emailed them asking for a refund, and they told me don't bother sending them in because I would have to pay my own shipping and it would probably be more than what I got back. Then they said the best they can do is a 10% refund and that's it. I paid 58 dollars for everything, the merchandise was all ruined, and they would only give me 5 dollars refunded. Never order from them.

By far the worst online clothes order I've ever received. I ordered two shirts. Very cheap thin quality, your better off shopping at Walmart or even the thrift store. I will literally never wear either shirts. The sizes are also massive, runs very large. A size small is more like a large or xL. I tried to wash and shrink but since the material is very thin, it did not help.
Do not waste your money. The clothes look totally different than they do online. Definitely the cheapest of quality coming from China. The pictures online are very deceiving.

I purchased some dresses on the website. The quality is horrendous. Super cheaply made. The clothes don't look like the pictures online. The customer service is quick in email but they won't do full refunds - I was only offered a partial refund for my "disappointment". They clearly don't stand behind their products. Avoid buying from the company.

Sweater arrived and did not appear as advertised. The materials were different, the stitching was poor, and the pattern across the front seam did not match. Two requests for return authorization were refused, stating that my cost for shipping would be too expensive and without providing the address, which is suspected of being China. At this point, I am forwarding this to my credit card company to resolve.

I ordered a tank top with a sunflower graphic. I understood the unusually long shipping time (2 months) because of the global pandemic; however, when I received my order, the graphic was not centered on the shirt. I contacted customer service requesting to return the garment for a refund. After several emails, they refused to return it, suggested I give the shirt to a friend or family, only offered a 20% reimbursement, and suggested that I take it somewhere to have it fixed (you can't fix a screen-printed graphic). I strongly discourage ordering from this company!

This is the worst company they have there sizing off so you can't go by there chart therefore u don't really know what size you wear in it u just take a chance if it fits
They will not return anything!
So if it don't fit your out that money plus shipping better off going to Amazon if doing online shopping!

It took over a month for my items to arrive. They sent me incorrect items in wrong size and print. Other screen prints were blurry. The maxi dress looked like something made in high school Home Ec. I will not even wear this stuff. I requested a return and exchange on items and for my missing item and they told me to send them $20 for shipping and to give the items away to friends. I believe this company is out of China based on my email from them.
What a waste of money.

BelleLily. The bathing suit I bought was made WRONG, and it looks awkward. One arm circumference is longer than the other I even sent pics, and they would not exchange or give full refund. They will only give 35% refund for a suit I can't wear. If I return it they take out shipping + from original purchase. I will pay shipping twice due to their poor quality.

Cannot return clothes for full refund or exchange. Only partial refund available for product that can't be used.

I made a mistake of not reading the reviews about ordering from this website. It is just a scam. They act like they don't have a shirt in stock to ‘slow down ‘the order process and act like they are waiting to ship your clothes because of not having something you ordered in stock. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. When you look up this company all you see is negative things and also it's the same horrible story of the purchasers situation that they have had with this company. Please do yourself a favor and DO not order from these Chinese bastards.

Asked 3 times if I could return item as it was too small, on each response to me they repeated the question about sizing, before they finally told me it would cost more than the item was worth to post back, could I give it to a friend instead and get a huge discount off another item from them! Very disappointed, not good enough!

I bought a bunch of the mini dresses that show your midriff. Across the belly there is an elastic band that bunches all the material together and it gives the illusion of a big belly. These dresses look cheap & terrible. Not to mention my boobs do not fit in the top part - I have to choose if I want my bra to show underneath or on the sides. Just very cheap clothing that doesn't fit a body right & no returns allowed.

Bought 4 dresses for an event. All were huge and of poor quality. Contacted the seller to get refund, they would only give 20% back— told me to give the clothes to someone close to me? Complete scam— do not buy from them!

Nothing like the pictures or very close to their OWN size measures if you're expecting it to fit the way you think it will.

The material itself is so cheap, you will be uncomfortable and sweating.

They charge way too much for these trashy items. They will do everything they can to convince you not to return and IF you get to, you will pay a lot.

This is clearly a company with no value or standards. Most likely just like Shein that mistreat their employees so badly.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I would hate for someone else to be so disappointed as me since I don't have a lot of money and getting some new clothes to look nice and being taken advantage of was hurtful.

They "have a return/exchange policy" but you won't get them to consider because they will make an effort to wear you down then you find out how much money you will have to pay for it possibly being ok.

Sandals I ordered arrived and were made cheaply, felt terrible, and didn't fit. The only way I could find to possibly return them was an email, so I emailed saying that I would like to return the shoes and never heard back. Lack of quality both in their goods and service ensures that I'll never be shopping with them again.

When I ordered, I didn't realize it was from China until after I checked out. To my surprise tho, my order arrived in just 7 days (Pennsylvania). Everything fit well except a pineapple blouse. There is a stain that looks like ink on a sweater that I ordered, but im currently soaking it in stain remover. The material is not the greatest but I am absolutely happy with the items that do fit! Update: the stain came right out!
