Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.
I will absolutely, positively never buy from the site ever again. Yes, their products and clothing seem really cute… Until they arrive. Most of them feel cheap in quality and are not true to size. I emailed them to ask for the return address as it was not posted on their website. All I got was a run around, asking to be told to take pictures of the products that didn't fit/I didn't like so they could exchange them. I told him I am not interested, to which they responded please send us your measurements of your bust hips and waist. Again, I don't want these items, I want them sent back. I have been in communication with them for one month, sending approximately 40 emails back-and-forth. One email they state it is too expensive to send the product back and it will be out of my pocket. The next they state they will refund me 10%, then they refunded it to my PayPal account… I don't have a PayPal account. Then they will refund me 20%, oh wait, no, now they will give me a coupon to order again. It is an absolute run around for something that should be so simple. I will never order from them ever again strictly based on their customer service and refund policies.
UPDATE****
After a month and a half of communication, they're now stating they won't refund my money until I delete this review as it's "causing harm". Apparently, once I delete the comment I will receive 30% back of what I paid but I need to guarantee I won't make any further reviews and promise not to repost/ post on here about them again.

Not bad at all. I read some reviews complaining about their shipping time, and size etc. I was scared of placing my first order, but suprisingly I love most of them. Fast delivery
Stay away from buying from this site. I ordered 3 bathing suits and a coverup. The 1st bathing suit I finally received was such poor quality you could see through it and if washed 1 time it would fall apart. I then received my 2nd bathing suit and it had a thong bottom which was NOT what I ordered. I can't wait to get the 3rd bathing suit and coverup to see what is in store for me when they arrive. This site is a total joke. I wish I had read reviews before i ordered from them. I have learned my lesson for sure. Thankfully I bought 2 bathing suits from reputable sites and they arrived before these did and they are what I ordered and great quality. This site sells things cheap and lures people in thinking they are getting a great deal, when in reality you are being scammed because returning items to China will cost you far more than what you paid for the item, and they are well aware of that.
Their cloths are inconsistant to the size chart and they will not refund your money or take returns. If you purchase anything from them, you are taking the risk of getting worthless merchandice. And they will hassel you when you ask to return the items. Plus if you want to return anything, you can't simply return it to their US warehouse. They insist it would have to be mailed back to China and will cost too much.
I am very happy because the prices are low and all the items were delivered without any extra cost.
I suggest you to visit it and buy something with a good price.
I've been trying to return two itens for weeks, one of them was advertised wrongly and the other one the fabric is completely different. As a costumer (and bought more than 3 times) I feel extremely frustrated, the only option is refunding me on 20% of what I paid (They want to refund me $5 and I paid $30 for two items that I'll donate after that), I'd not recommend the store AT ALL. They're giving me a extremely hard time to return two items.

I wouldn't rate this company with any stars! I ordered one item, it came late, I couldn't track it, and it was NOTHING like what I saw online. I couldn't salvage it and I couldn't send it back because it would be a waste. Totally regret buying this item and will never buy from them again!

Customer service sucks $#*!! For one, They take FOREVER to respond! I have had issues with my order ever since I purchased, I have sent emails numerous of times to not get a response until like 5 days later or not at all. It takes months for them to even come, two came at once and the other came at a different time. The sizes aren't even all the same either I am usually a small but got mediums for All three bathing suits and they all fit differently. Top was too big on the one but the bottoms fit ok, the second bathing suit the top in a Medium fit great but the bottoms felt like they were an XXS and it was a M! Oh not to mention that they sent me the wrong order on my third bathing suit as well( they sent me a baby blue top when it was supposed to be green and it didn't even match the bottoms) no one is getting back to me about doing an exchange and I am just so not happy with this company and my purchase. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered a dress, sandals, and earrings as one outfit. The dress I received was not the color I ordered so it does not go with the sandals and earrings. I emailed their customer service requesting a full refund. The responded 3 days later, asking me why I want to return every item when it was only the 1 item that was the wrong color. I explained and sent them a photo. 3 days later, they responded saying that according to the photo I sent, the dress is the correct color I ordered. I have never once gotten into an argument with a company about making a return, and I have never been denied before. Absolutely unbelievable! Why anyone would order from this company is beyond me. There are plenty of great clothing companies that sell cute, affordable, good quality items and actually ALLOW YOU TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE AND GET A FULL REFUND if you're unhappy for ANY reason with your order.

TERRIBLE! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
DO NOT ORDER FROM BELLELILY! I ordered a wreath & pillow cover for Christmas. The wreath is barely 11 inches not 24 inches that I was told. Also, I ordered a "Red Truck" pillow cover and received a "Snowman Baby it's Cold Outside@ one. When I emailed them they asked me to send a picture of what I got. They later replied that I got what I ordered and they were done. I have my receipt! I asked if they were blind and can't tell the difference between a truck and a snowman? They are ignoring me now & nothing has been resolved!

The pant I bought, was not very bad. It can be a little bit of better quality. Color is good but the pant has 2 problems in stitching. Which is negligible. Price is decent.

If they had allowed a 1/2 star that is what I would have given. I ordered 4 shirts for a trip 17 business days prior to our trip date. Their order site states 7-10 business days from ship date. According to their site, my order was shipped the next day, but didn't arrive until 4 days after I left for my trip. That gave them 21 days to ship the products. I watched the tracking--how does it take 20 days for an item to get from China to America? I guess they ship by boat. I had called and emailed prior to leaving to cancel the order, which they would not do. When I returned home, I opened the items and the shirts were horribly made, stitching incomplete, necks were not even on the shirts. When I asked for a refund, I got the following answer:
