ORDERED OVER 170$ WORTH OF STUFF AND TRIED TO RETURN SOME OF THE ITEMS THAT DIDNT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES. ASKED TO RETURN THE ITEMS AND THEY SAID I COULD GET 10% OF MY ORDER BACK. I HAD ASKED FOR THE RETURN LABEL AND THEY TOLD ME I WOULD SPEND MORE MONEY ON RETURNING THEM AND IT WOULDNT BE WORTH IT. AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH 20 EMAILS THEY WILL ONLY REFUND ME 35% OF MY MONEY BACK. THE ITEMS I HAD PURCHASED LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS AND WERE FAKE LOOKING AND FEELING LIKE THEY USED SUPER CHEAP MATERIALS.
OVERALL VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE STAFF FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THEY WOULDNT GIVE ME THE FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY BACK WHEN RETURNING THE ITEMS.

WHATEVER ILL PAY IT JUST TO GET THEM RETURNED AND MAKE THEM PAY ME IN FULL FOR ITEMS IM RETURNING

I wouldn't buy anything from these liars. They are pushing tRUmp lies and propaganda. We'll be setting up petitions to boycott the store online or off. POS people.

Ordered several items. All came late. One item has yet to arrive. Emailed them to advise that several items were to big even though they were "small" and wanted a refund on this items. There was no where on the check tab that stated there was no refunds. This is the response I got: "Dear Customer,

Horrible clothing THEY DESERVE NEGITIVE STARS! Looks nothing like the pictures! Then the return is a joke! Customer service is a joke. They wouldnt even give an address to send back. They give you the run around and try to make you keep the clothing. Then try and give you 10% off the item! So for a shirt I paid $18.99 they want to give you $2 back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS.

In may 2020 i puchased a dress from Belle lily, 3 months went by and i still didnt have my dress delivered so I contacted the costumer service where they told me to wait 10 more days, after 15 days when I contacted them again they said they were gonna send a new one, but then another month went by and nothing, so I demanded a refund but they tried to brush it off. After insisting for a few weeks they finaly said they would refund me BUT THEY ENDED UP CHARGING ME ONCE MORE the dress was 20$ and now they have my 40$ and are still beating around the bush. Its been almost 5 months since the purchase so its safe to say that they just keep walking you around in cycles hoping that you would forget about it.
