Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.
The photo of "stained glass birds" is not anything like the plastic I received. Most likely the photo on their site is of something truly stain glass that somebody did a shrink a dink knock off from. Bellelily customer service is non-existent to assist with returns. I will not ever purchase anything from Bellelily again. Below see photo of the online pic, bigger than the woman's hand by 4 vs what arrived (about 1/4 the size and plastic). Sorry I didn't keep the pictures of the unwrapped birds that shows the 1/4 inch thick plastic with decals... if you zoom in, you can see it through the wrapping.
I don't usually like to write poor reviews, but I must warn others about this company. They do not stand behind their products and do not provide a way for customers to return anything if it doesn't fit. I ordered two items. One was defective and the other the wrong size. They asked me for photographs of both which I sent. Then, they refused to refund me for the defective product and told me it would be too expensive to return the top that didn't fit. After writing back-and-forth about 30 times, I gave up and excepted a partial refund. Basically they kept enough of my money to cover their cost of the products and I am stuck having paid for sandals that are two different sizes and a top that doesn't fit and looks terrible on me. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
The thumbnail said "Stained glass birds" once opened it claimed "Sun catcher" What I received was a little plastic cut out that did not transmit light at all... After tons of emails and fighting for a month. They finally agreed to a partial refund! The picture was even of a real stained glass sun catcher. Not to mention it did not even get shipped from them, it was sent direct from some company in China.
This is THE WORST online company I have ever bought from! I ordered a shirt and when I received the shirt, there was an obvious misprint. I contacted customer service and their response was, "Sorry, we recommend you keep it." What?! They are not accepting my return buy keep offering me 10% off my next purchase, which I think is crazy, because I'm never ordering from them again. They say their products are guaranteed, but they're really just looking to take your money.
I noticed the last review and suggest you look at Walkers who do similar clothing and returns are free.
I and friends visited Bath and went into the store on Friday, lovely staff at the cafe but not such a pleasant experience in the store, not many staff and the lady who served us was very pushy, obviously very popular but not for me, I do know when things don't look good on me!
I purchased 3 tank tops. 2 were so large it was ridiculous. They made me take pictures on my, asked for my measurements and still would not refund. DO NOT PURCHASE from this website. Money you save on clothing is tossed out window when you can get no refund.
I got everything I ordered in less than a month. I ordered 7 items, they came sporadically but they all came eventually! Everything fits perfectly, except one item (which the website says is one size only) I was able to make it work though! After reading the reviews I kind of freaked out and sent them an email, I got an answer right the way, they were sending me tracking numbers and kept me posted on my items. I'm very happy with the items, the custom service, and the website :)
I don't have anything good to say about this company. After reading other reviews on how long it would take to deliver I figured oh well I can wait if there good shirts. But I ordered 4 shirts and only one fit properly. I ordered 3 mediums and a large for a gift. The large shirt Is the exact size of the mediums. I contacted the company hoping for a replacement and their reply was they would give me 10% off if I order it again. Um no I'd rather pay triple the cost of the shirt then deal with this company ever again. Do not buy from them!

The ornament looks like someone had it on their tree for a couple of years. It was chipped and the hanging ribbon was frayed. I personally don't want other peoples garbage. The styrofoam it was packed in was nothing but foam pills because the form had fallen apart. This is the last time I will buy from Bellelily. You never get what you pay for. False Advertising

If you buy from them, you can't return items. They will send you multiple emails about return asking absurd questions like "why you want to return" "waist line and bust size" "pictures" They pretty much send you on a wild goose chase to return. I was getting 1 email from them every 24 hours with another follow up question but never approving a return. I found a number to call them from another review (because they don't list on the site) and the guy said he would call back in 15 minutes once processed. He called back 5 hours later and said "you haven't received your items yet because it's out of stock" I had to remind him the reason I called was to return items and he got frustrated and said "okay, I'll call you back in 30" and I never got a call again. WORST COMPANY! Don't buy unless you are 100% certain you want to keep item. All clothing is very thin and cheap material or itchy.
Honestly, this site is not worth your time or money. The pictures of the products are very misleading. The sizing runs extremely small. I was not able to track my package at all until I contacted customer service. I had no idea the items were being shipped from China so when I figured that out I was already preparing myself for disappointment with the sizing. Once I received my items, as soon as I opened up the package I regretted my decision. The material felt extremely cheap and smelled like a lot of dyes and chemicals. I ordered my items in a size up so they could be a little bit more comfortable but they turned out to be tight. I'm usually a small and I ordered them in a medium and it felt like I had ordered extra small. I should have looked up reviews before ordering because then I would have known to stay away. Cute affordable clothes were too good to be true. I cannot even return the items or exchange them because the company does not allow it.

If something looks too good to be true, then it probably is and this site is no exception. The pictures look cute but when the products come in, they are nothing like the pictures at all. The colors were faded and the printing on the shirts are very hard feeling and low quality. I am very disappointed and will never order from them again.

I ordered 2 bathing suits, 2 sun dresses, 1 tank top, and 2 cover ups from this company. My order took forever to get here! When the stuff finally got here I was so disappointed! The quality of everything is absolutely HORRIBLE! One of the bathing suits looked like it was made by a 10 years old in first year of sewing class! Put it on and it fell apart! One of the dresses were sewn half was inside out! The tank I ordered in a small came and it fit my 210 lb husband! I will NEVER order again! Thank you for wasting my time and money!

"I ordered a shirt from BelleLily on 11/30/17. It is now 12/7/17 and it has not been delivered. They claim it cannot be tracked due to the free shipping, but I need that shirt now. If not... I want my money back. According to the reviews I am reading... doesn't look like I will be ordering from them again if I do not get my purchased item soon. I will make sure no one else does either. They have so nice and cute pictures of the clothes on their websites for reasonable price. When your merchandise arrives, it is not what you saw in the picture. So poor quality, sizes doesn't come as true sizes for some of merchandise I ordered. They even changed my ordered size and sent me a different one, which doesn't fit. When I wanted exchange or return, they don't want to do it and the shipping cost is expensive. They are asking for pictures of the products, for my size bust/waist/hip and when I provide everything they offered 10% refund and discount coupon for next order, which is insane. Communication with customer services is taking really long time, it is time consuming with no results. I will never order anything from them again.
I ordered products Dec 10/16 and today is March 20/17 and I still have yet to receive anything... when you email them they do not respond for weeks and when they finally do respond they say dumb $#*! like "what can we help you with?". Completely ignoring your initial question... it's a rip off game and they should be shut down

I agree with all of people who wrote about this company it's a fraud. I've been ordered many months ago and the items are not delivered and they keep saying the order has been shipped. My experience with Bellelily has been good! I usually refuse to order shoes online because of them usually not fitting, but this time I read the chart, and measured with a measuring tape, and the size was true!
Clothes arrived clean, individually packaged, and undamaged.
I purchased an item 4 weeks ago thinking it would arrive before Xmas. They only just shipped it and now I need to find another outfit and spend more money because they failed to complete my order.

I ordered from this site a few times before and always was happy with my purchases. This time I ordered shirts but when I tried them on they were too big. Reached out to customer service and received very prompt response. Then it went downhill from there. Multiple messages back and forth over the next week asking me very personal questions, asking for the item numbers etc. I provided them with everything they asked for. They came back and said we will give you 20%, keep the items. I said no I want 100% money back, I will pay for shipping. Then the communications stopped. They are not returning any of my messages. I spend $150 and am stuck with clothes that are too big. I will never purchase from them again. I'm wondering if I respond with I will take the 20% if they will respond back.

Wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased items as gifts, the items are nowhere near as described in the ad and are seriously defected upon arrival. There "customer service team" or so they call it, is a poorly computer generated response, it is clear they do not care about the quality of there products and are just a huge scam, they refuse to refund for the products bought. If I could give no stars as a review I would, because it was money wasted for "gifts" that they say are fit for anniversary's, when they are fit for the trash can. Do not buy from this company.
I will never order anything from this manufacturer or site again. I ordered 4 different items and all were terrible and cheap. Nothing like the pictures online. I had to send over 20 emails requesting information on returning items for a refund. Had to provide pictures of items, keep requesting information, would receive the same email over and over again, as if it was being sent automatically. Finally received a return response, which required me to pay for shipping, no guaranty on receiving or I could accept a refund of 20% of my purchase expense. I accepted the 20% and it is months later and still waiting. I wish I would have researched this company prior to ordering anything. Do Not Order from this site.
