Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.
I made an order for 68 off the $1.99 clearance hats. The website showed they were in stock. Bellelily emailed me to tell me they only have 7 in stocks and that I need to pick other merchandise to get the amount of money I paid. I emailed them and told them to just sent what they have and refund the rest. They emailed me back telling me to pick other merchandise. Um, no. If I am not getting what I paid for, then I should get a refund. So now I have to dispute the charges. Don't waste your time.

Upon receiving my items they were both broken. They were simply plastic cutouts with a cheap low-resolution sticker stuck on the plastic. They were snapped in half but held together with the sticker.
Emailed customer support for a refund. They requested pictures and upon receiving the, here is the message they sent:
"Could you please fix it at your local place? For the inconvenience, we can refund 20% as compensation of the item for you."
I told them no and requesting my money be refunded. They agreed to do so, but we'll see.

Absolutely love this jumpsuit! I was torn between ordering a med or a large. So glad I went with the large. A med would have been too tight and may have cheapened the look. Because it's fitted, undergarments were a bit difficult. To avoid panty lines, I found success with shape wear leggings. Yes it was very long but it worked out fine with 3 1/2 to 4 inch heels. I received compliments all night. The jump suit is nice and classy. I'm waiting for it to become available in black. This is a must have for one's wardrobe.
Wish I had read these before I ordered $94 worth of junk. Nothing that has come so far has fit or been what I thought I ordered. Here is a sample of the email I got from them: "When you use the coupon code, you should pay more attention to the spelling." LOL! Not use to that sass from customer service. That's not a huge deal, but the quality of the fabric they sent me was just gross. Shiny, stretchy and not the pattern or size I ordered. Really disappointing and if anyone knows how to get my money back let me know! Gozon.com has the actual products shown on this site and fantastic customer service. Go there! A little more expensive but it's worth it to get what you want!
After seeing several adverstisements for Bellelily fleece leggings online, I decided to purchase a pair. As recommended on the site, I took measurements of my legs and waist, and ordered a size M.
However, when the order arrived, I was very disappointed to see that the legging was much too big for me.
I then contacted their customer service department, who suggested that I purchase a second pair at a discounted price, instead of being reimbursed or sent the correct size. I've never received a response like that, and this is the last time that I'll shop with them.
I ordered the buffalo plaid shoes. I got them in great time, this is the only reason I give them 1 star. The fit was terribly big both in length and in width. I emailed them IMMEDIATELY. They then asked for proof that they were big. So I sent two pictures to prove that they were ridiculously big. Then then asked for me to ask my friends if any of them could wear them. I was already asking since it seemed apparent that they were not into great customer service. I didn't have anyone that wanted them or were a size up from me. After telling bellelily.com this then then told me that it would cost too much to return them and they would only refund me 10%! What a joke! You can bet money that I will never purchase a thing from this company again!
Didn't even receive all of my order. Sizes were all over the place. Poor quality material missing buttons. And they only want to refund me 40% off one item, which is $5. I spent $250. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER
This is the worst place to order I order a cute top I thought and got some old thing cheap very wide ugly shirt that would not compare to what I ordered. People do not waist you're money it is a total rip off.
Product is cheaply made, quality is unsatisfactory, material is crap, and I'm pretty sure they measured Tinkerbell for sizing purposes. My regular sized shirt thatvi ordered from them would fit an 8 year old child perfectly. Btw... I wear an extra large shirt. I would never consider ordering from this company again.

I ordered a size medium shirt and it was too big... I requested info from them on how to exchange it for a small. They insisted that I send them my bust and waist size. After refusing… They told me that I could return it but that they would charge me more to ship a new one then the shirt originally cost. Shirts were just ok quality - kind of cheap. Guess you get what you pay for!

The dress from Bellelily was beautiful... I got so many compliments. I probably could of went with a size smaller. Worth the money. Only thing is the straps were a little long. I just cut them and stitches them shorter and this is now my favorite dress to wear out. Will buy again from Bellelily!

Took a month to get my shirts, they didn't look anything like pictured. Entirely different type of fabric and fit than what was pictured. Cheap materials and poor quality sewing. Their return process doesn't actually exist. It's online chat in broken English. They tell you to just keep it and accept a 25% refund. When I slammed them on social media they upped it to 35% refund. For items I wouldn't put on anyone ever. They told me they only give full refunds if you return the items but they won't give you a return address because they tell you shipping international is too expensive and you just need to accept partial refund instead. (Return address on my package was from NY even though they claimed they only have warehouses overseas). Garbage company.

The sizes are not accurate and forget about it if you want to return an item. There are so many other online stores that have quality clothing and good return policies, like Lulus and Nanamacs. Don't shop here ever.
Buyer BEWARE! They do not do returns. Was just offered a 30% refund on a pair of shoes purchased at Christmas as a gift. Didn't fit, back and forth and the best they can do is a 30% refund. I'd rather donate to A woman's shelter!

Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company. They use pictures of other companies clothing items and send you cheap versions of that item. They also won't refund you. I got offered a 10% refund for a $27 dress. You can't contact them by phone either. Only by email and Facebook messenger. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them!

My daughter & I ordered Halloween & Thanksgiving themed tshirts because they looked cute at very low prices. We'll never order again. Items came from China & were too late to wear for Halloween. Sizes were way smaller than their sizing chart showed. One shirt was too small to even wear. They don't allow returns or exchanges & offered only a 20% refund & told me to gift the shirt to a friend. I only gave it 1 star because I had to pick one, it shouldn't get any!

I ordered three tops and one dress recently from Bellelily. The quality of the shirts was horrible! I ordered a dress in my size but it was too small, so when I contacted them about it, they wanted me to send my exact measurements, and then would not even respond to my emails.
I finally got in contact with them over Facebook and was offered 40% return, which I agreed too and ended up getting only 20% off. When I brought this to their attention, they then said I could send it back but they might not get it. Made me wonder if I did send the items back whether they would be honest about receiving them!
All they have offered to do now is refund my shipping, which was $6.99.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order a few months ago for several items and didn't look at the reviews... now I'm wishing I would have. I have asked for a refund being how my items haven't shown up and they refuse or will not answer and I'm guessing my items will never show up now. 10/10 do not recommend unless you like giving money to scammers.

My swim suit took about 3 weeks to arrive to my house, but for the price I was paying I was expecting that which is why I ordered it way in advance. I love my swim suit and I get lots of compliments. I just ordered another one Andrew paid a little extra on shipping so hopefully it doesn't take too long to arrive.
This company is nothing but liars! What they advertise is not what they send! I spent $60 for two pairs of leggings, of which they sent me the wrong size and the wrong style. They are very flimsy and cheap! They offered to reimburse me $4 if I kept them. I said NO, I want a full refund... and then they said their policy does not allow exchanges or returns!
I ordered 4 swimsuits from there and they were fine and true to size. But one of the tops was much longer then showed in the picture, but not so bad tho. And thank you Sally from Bellelily for helping me out after I posting thia reviews!
Do not order from this company. It is a scam. Clothing looks nothing like advertised. They refuse to refund me the money for Clothing that I did not receive and clothing that I do not want. Buyer beware!

I ordered 4 dresses, over $60 worth of merchandise. One has ridiculously long straps so it doesn't fit me or my friend (smaller and larger so smaller chest wasn't the issue). One had a stain on the strap. One had a completely inaccurate sizing chart and looked defective. They refused to replace the items, even the damaged one. They refused to exchange it. They offered 15% refund. 15%! That's less than $10 when I spent $63 on dresses I can't wear. Awful awful customer service and felt like I was bargaining with a whiny child instead of a business.
