Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.
I ordered 4 dresses, over $60 worth of merchandise. One has ridiculously long straps so it doesn't fit me or my friend (smaller and larger so smaller chest wasn't the issue). One had a stain on the strap. One had a completely inaccurate sizing chart and looked defective. They refused to replace the items, even the damaged one. They refused to exchange it. They offered 15% refund. 15%! That's less than $10 when I spent $63 on dresses I can't wear. Awful awful customer service and felt like I was bargaining with a whiny child instead of a business.
I've bought 4 swimsuits from this site and they were all super tiny (I'm a small) I Purchased small and medium sizes and all 4 for XXS (not exaggerating)
The photos make the times look good but the quality is compared to clothes sold in dollar stores. Supee poor quality and the fit is ridiculous. The bikini tops could barely hold my breast in and I am not a large cup. It's like clothes for dolls. Terrible! Please save your money. They most likely take photos from elsewhere and make their own "look-alike". Nothing like the pictures.
Do not order from here, takes for ever. I made an order 1 month ago, paid the shipping fee that said 5-8 days, come to find out the shipping fee is just so they give you a tracking number, not to send you your order within 5-8 days. They sent me an email letting me know they have shipped 1 of my 6 items... 1 month after I paid for ALL of the items. Horrible, use Etsy, they have the same pretty shirts and ship them pretty fast.

This is not a normal clothing company. They don't take returns. Clothes are unlabeled, from China and arrive in unmarked package. No documentation, no email beyond initial order confirmation, poor quality. If you find them and ask to return items they require you to wear the clothes and send photo of you wearing the clothes to prove it's bad. Weird all around. AVOID
Belle Lily has cute clothes, but when mine came in, some didn't fit. I had my measurements and the website matches you with a S/M/L/XL according to your measurements. When the items were delivered, some of them did not fit (too loose). I was told I could not return the 3 items that didn't fit because of shipping costs. Although I was happy with most clothes, I will not be buying from them again.
I ordered a swim suit back in March and still have not received it. I have written number of times and they keep asking me to wait it out or call the post office. They already charged me and now I leave for vacation next week and still no suit, I will have to buy another one, glad I only ordered one and it was very inexpensive. Is there a phone number to call them?

They don't even deserve one star. So the items shipped from California, which sounds good, but in order for me to get my money back I am to return them to China. The customer service is awful and the clothing looks NOTHING like the website pictures.
Just order from shein or wish I still haven't received my items and they won't even send me my money back either. Do not waste your time nor your hard earned money. I wish somebody would've warned me about them

I am happy to state that Bellelily has responded promptly and very professionally, with customer service in mind. I received six dresses I had ordered and was happy. However, I will give Bellelily another shot considering their high level of thoughtfulness with respect to my experience as a customer
Ordered three items (leggings, a top and a dress) and all were of terrible quality and nothing like the pictures or description.
Leggings arrived damaged (threads lose and pulled so one leg hole was completely closed). Top was size 'medium' but was actually the size of an XL top.
Sent photos and request for refund to company. They refused 4 times and offered a measly 10% refund for the 3 items.
Never ordering from this company ever again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your money, time and energy.
Unless you're a size 10 and under, don't order from this site! It's 100% crap. I spent $70 on tank tops and can't return them. I'm usually an XL and ordered 3X in all tops for an oversized fit and they look like mediums when I put them on. Additionally, they took 3 weeks to get to me. Don't waste your money!

Ok not only did it take 2 months and 1 week delivery but the clothes were so cheap the letters didn't stick to my shirts! Wth? My wubble bubble ball was so cheap their was no name on the package. It read " inflatable ball" save yourself some time and money and don't buy this garbage
Cheap crap. Terrible fabric, awful sewing skills and irregular patterns/shape. Terrible customer service. Had to lodge a complaint with paypal when they just give the same response over and over when i contacted them for a refund. Absolutely appalling customer service to match an appalling product. Save your money and go straight to target.

Really bad services. 2 of the 5 clothes that I buy are not correct. Do you think people are that stupid, and they are not going to find out that you send the wrong clothe or size? I contact belle lot and ask for a refund since I didn't order those clothes, the answer was: Order product is beautiful and the size is correct, we hope you like it. I wish you a happy life

NEVER buy from this website! Huge scam. I order 3 shirts from here and they did not fit me right. I emailed the company asking r the shipping address so i could send the items back and get my money back. There response was "could i give them to a family member or a friend because shipping is too expensive even tho i was paying for the shipping? I spent $45 on 3 shirts i nust want my money back! They are beating around the bush, taking a long time to answer. TERRIBLE company and customer service!
They make refund impossible. Bought poor quality item and too small. They respond alright, over and over. Want pics, Measurements, and more. What does any of that have to do with size and refund. Everyone should put complaints all over web.

I ordered a racerback dress and when it arrived- it might as well have had sleeves. It looked nothing like the picture or the product described. Really bad quality material and customer service did not take care of their issue even though I emailed and messaged them on their site multiple times with pictures. It was an obvious error on their end that the product was made wrong but nothing was fixed and no refund was made. Awful company

I ordered two Christmas shirts to wear three weeks before Christmas. It is now Jan 20th and I still have not received them! Customer service has given me the run around and finally admitted they got lost in transit and will refund my cost minus the shipping cost. So I Have to pay shipping cost on items I did not receive plus lets see if they actually give me any money back. Horrible customer service! Will never buy from them again.

I ordered 2 items that totaled $45, both were badly designed and very cheap. I contacted the company and they requested photos of me wearing them and my measurements, which is was insane. I again said I wanted to return and they offered 20% off. I opened a claim with PayPal, the claim was escalated. They offered 30% back, I said I wanted to return for a refund. They then provided an address IN CHINESE, so there's no real way for me to return. I contacted paypal, and they just refunded me. But bellelily is a total scam selling cheap badly made items and offers zero protections to the buyer.

I ordered a sweater in January and it arrived today! (Feb. 23rd) Taking in count the fact that is a Chinese store and merchandise from these usually take 4 months to arrive, that's a good thing. The size was perfect! (Remember Chinese sizes are smaller, so it's important that you check the size table they provide in their website) Good quality! I would buy from this store again. :)
I ordered a green camo dress. I received a black, grey and pink camo dress. Not at all like picture they advertise. They said the batch coloring could be different but many customers love it. They will not allow me to ship back or give me a full refund. I'm very unhappy. And they correspond with you via one email a day. It's very bizarre. I recommend shopping elsewhere.
So I was SUPER skeptical to order after I read all of these reviews. I purchased about 10 items totaling approx. $150 -- and did opt for the expensive shipping with a tracking number. My items arrived in about 2 weeks, and they were all super cute and decent (not great) quality. For the price, can't beat it. However, it seems they are super inconsistent and perhaps I was just one of the lucky orders that had no issues.
