Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.
They do not accept returns or do refunds. I bought some pants for my daughter, I measured her and used their size chart and the pants still did not fit. When I contacted them they first asked for her bust/waist/hip measurements and a picture of her in them to prove they didn't fit. Then the next time they responded they said, "If you return it to us, it will cost you a lot to send them back. Also it will take a long time for us to get the parcel. Is there any chance you can keep it? Or you can give it to your family or friends? We would like to give you a coupon on your next order." Why would I order again, if their sizing is a mess and I know I can't return or exchange if it doesn't fit. What I didn't know when I ordered is that this is shipping from China which is why it is so expensive to return. I will never order from here again.
I'm pretty pleased with everything that I ordered! The only reason I'm not gonna give it a 5 star is because the one pair of earings I recieved were falling apart even while in the package. And my hat was flattened and I'm still trying to reshape it. Overall I'm happy with my order. And I will be ordering again. :)
Updated. I emailed Bellelily, and they apologized and offer some great replacement. Happy with that.
Easy app to shop through. I have purchased 2 bathing suits and 2 tshirts. The bathing suits arrived in 1 week, but the tshirts took over 1 months!
You must pay the shipping cost for returns to CHINA! I purchased a pair of fleece lined tights as a Christmas present, then they made me submit photos of the item, then they told me, 'you should give the item to a friend. The shipping cost is very high and it will take us a long time to process your refund'. In other words, tough luck buddy. They pretend to have a return policy that makes sense, but the reality is that the shipping to China is more than the value of most items you will purchase here. USPS cheapest way is $35, UPS, and FEDEX even more. They don't have a state side consolidator to lump their returns and lower your cost. GOOD LUCK - I hope it fits.

sizing is off - it is small and based on China body types. If an item doesn't fit, you will lost money paying for return shipping. Good luck!

Absolutely beautiful dress. It is well made and the fabric is not thin, but a medium weight material. It is curvy as it comes below the knee and does not show cleavage. Color is nice, sort of a blue color.
The dresses are beautiful, very stylish I'm a fan of their bands and they have a great selection, delivery is fast and almost every dress comes with a great price is very reasonable for the super quality of the dress.

Terrible service, package did not arrive for weeks, when I tried to exchange an item for a different size they refused, when I asked for a refund they refused. Not an American company - package came from China. Emails were poorly written.
Good product and good price. My daughter has to wear this dress to go to the marriage ceremony. These are the perfect ones for my daughter. Was referred here from a lady at gas station who bought one and showed me thanx a bunch.
This place is a Scam! Placed order December 7th, 2016. When you contact them they will blame customs, postal services. They do everything to delay you including offering you a $1.00 back "when you get your package" & if you do not complain about them. They delay you so you just give up and writing it off to a bad experience. They take orders and money, but never ship the items! BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
I ordered a tank top before summer. Never received my product, emailed them. Said they were going to resend my item to me. Get another email saying it's out of stock and I can pick a different item. While on thier website I seen the tank top I ordered and clicked on it. It said I could ordered it! That it wasnt out of stock. I then was scrolling through my Facebook and the website comes across my wall advertising the same tank top. I asked them to just refund my money and now that email as "a error" in sending.

Don't waist your time ladies, I bought $65 worth of product and they could not offer me a return. The clothes on here are humongous and they asked me to take pictures in them which I did and they still gave me the run around and over 30 emails later... all they could offer was a VERY small percentage of my money back. DO NOT waist your time or money with this place! The materials of the product and their service is the WORST. I wish I would have saved myself headaches and money and never trusted them.
If I could give this website negative stars I would. It took months to get the 2 things I ordered. The shirt and dress was not true to size and the fabric was weird. Not the type that was advertised. The dress felt like a trash bag

I have ordered several items from this company. My first order was prompt and I loved, loved, and loved my items! My second order was placed and if it takes the same amount or time as the first, which I expect, I will see it soon enough.
Awful! Do not waste your time. I ordered 3 shirts, 1 for my mom for mother's day, 1 for my mother-in-law, and 1 for my sister for graduation. They instantly took my money, I received no confirmation email, and got each piece separately. I got them a lot later than I expected and had to by both mom's other gifts for mother's day. The shirts are horrible as well, the medium looks like an xsmall, the small for my sister is huge, and the large I bought my mom is short. One top does not have the neck, arms, or bottom seams sewn shut! Also, because I did not get an order confirmation I can not contact them. If I could give them a zero on the scale I would.

I ordered 3 shirts, they were super cute and pretty cheap as well. But that's where the good stops. I ordered at the beginning of the month and they said it would be here by the 15th well the they didn't come so I gave them a couple days then tried to email them and got nothing so I waited til the 29th and emailed again and have still not heard anything from them. This is the 2nd time I've fallen into the trap of ordering from a Facebook ad. The clothes you receive are NOTHING like the pictures. The quality of the fabric is horrible. Not to mention, these clothes are coming from China and they take over a month to receive. Do not purchase from this seller. Instead, buy from American sellers where you can easily return something if it doesn't fit or you don't like it.
I ordered a swimsuit a few weeks ago they told me it shipped four days after I ordered it. I never received it and even tried to contact them after trying to be patient. Still no swimsuit still no refund still no response. Never again

I found this site easy to get around and the jeans are quality. Each fit me well, although I did order one in a size up because they did not have it in my size. It still looks ok and I will not return it, for I feel that a good washing will bring it into the size I need. I am pleased with the ease of this site

I saw this site on Pinterest and as I said, I was impressed with the jeans that they were showing. They have a wide range of high waist to mid-waist jeans and some low waist. All seemed to be quality and after I received those that I ordered I have not been disappointed

My first order from them was in the summer. I ordered a romper size Small and they sent me and X-Large. I emailed them asking for my money back and they said how about you keep it and we'll give you 10% back. How is this even close to okay when they made the mistake of sending the wrong size. So basically they expected me to pay for a romper that wasn't my size and was useless to me. Anyhow, I should have learned my lesson but I didn't. I ordered from them again a few weeks ago and spend almost $200. The quality of the items was terrible! They weren't true to size and the material was paper thin and the items did not look like the pictures. I just sent them an email asking about returns and exchanges but I know from my previous experience and reading other reviews on here that the most I'll likely get is 10%. Never ordering again!
